Dongle suddenly stopped working. I have updated firmware, tried it on other devices, reinstalled synapse wired mouse still works but i can no longer use the wireless . I cant seem to find out how to get a replacement.

Hi, The battery of my Razer Blade 15 Base 2020 is swollen, it start to push the track pad and make it difficult to use.  I'm currently located in Switzerland and there is no official store nearby. I had to redo my Wi-Fi passwords, and I have reset my Aether Standing lightstick but for some reason the gamer room app won’t detect or scan the matter QR Code. Any suggestions? I do have my Wi-Fi set to 2.4 ghz

how do I check logs from my mouse? i think something is going on with my mouse in the software level.

I'm playing with a brand new Razer Blackshark V2X on the Series X and it just seems like the bass is just a bit too loud. It's not distorted bass but like gun fire and stuff is just too loud bass wise. Is there a way I can bring this down?

Bought an Intel BE200 to replace the Wifi6E WiFi adapter on my Razer Blade 2023. On initial boot it was working, but upon an cold restart (Shutdown), the laptop is unable to detect the WiFi adapter, prompting error code 45 in Device Manager, resulting in no WiFi capability.  

HiI try to update my Razer Nari Ultimate with Nari_FirmwareUpdater_v15_r1, the dongle is connected but the headsets aren’t recognize by the software and i use the USB original cable. I’ll thank you your help

Just got my razer kishi v2 usb c for android and ios. But i cant play my favorite moba mobile legend s bang bang the game is showing in nexus app it also opens but there is no option to map the controls what should i do. But in my s24 ultra it is working perfectly fine. 

So basically yh I had a vendor or supplier from USA and he told me to pay by using razor fold gift card method so I bought like gifts card around 40£ in uk pound and I had to send him the screen shots so he could redeem it but he block me after so I can’t get the money back from him because he redeemed all the codes and took the money I only have his number 

So, a couple weeks ago Synapse downloaded a larger than usual update when I booted up my PC. Ever since, I cannot launch any steam games while my BlackShark V2 Pro is connected to the PC. When the device is not connected, the game launches and everything works fine. When it is connected, the game will try to launch and fail to respond. I’ve tried device updating drivers, removing then re-adding devices to Synapses, updating Synapse, uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse, uninstalling and reinstalling Steam, updating different games and checking their file integrity, and updating Windows. I bought a second hand Tartarus V2 a while back and noticed the bottom row (16,17,18 and 19) didn’t work. I thought the key mechanism or the PCB underneath must’ve been dirty so I took it apart to clean it. After cleaning it with alcohol on cotton swabs and letting it dry, I noticed that now the 12 through 15 keys didn’t work. So I took it apart again to clean it again and make sure all parts were put back correctly… Now all that works are the 1 through 6 keys (The wheel, D-pad and 20 key always worked).Beginning to remark a pattern here. It goes bad from bottom right to top left, anybody encountered this issue before? Any help would be greatly appreciated! 

I just got the V3 Pro's and so far, one of my only issues with it has been the volume increments using the volume knob on the headset when on PS5. The increments are around 15% each notch on the knob, making it very frustrating to find the right volume without it being too loud or too quiet. I also use them on PC, and it works fine there with the increments being 4% each knob notch. Will this be addressed or updated?I'm aware that you can adjust the volume more precisely within the PS5 popup menu, but that seems like a last resort. Most other headsets give you 20-30 volume increments between 0 and 100, but the Blackshark V3 Pro only gives 7.I also have the "PC version" of the headset, so maybe this isn’t an issue with the “playstation” version?

So this past week I bought a Razer Gold card from Eneba worth $300 dollars though recently I found out that someone else had previously used it before and I'm trying to get a refund. I was just wondering is it possible for me to get a refund or at least a portion back of what I spent on the card?  

Hello,I would like to inquire about obtaining an AM5 mount holder for the motherboard I recently purchased. I also bought a Razer Hanbo AIO cooler, but the included mounts appear to be compatible only with AM4 and Intel 1770 brackets.I have checked online and found that I should reach out to support for assistance, but I was unable to find a direct contact method. Hi I just got my Black Shark V3 Pro but I have an issue using discord. I use the - game output as standard output and - chat as default communication output device (win11) in discord.  When I try Mic test without a game running it works flawless, but as soon as I start a game I have no audio feedback. Same with the synapse mic preview. Here is the issue, as soon as I start any game I have no audio from discord anymore when I use the -  chat audio as output device.When I switch the output device in discord the “Razer Blacksdhark V3 Pro Certified” is suddenly works, BUT the others in discord sound distorted (probably 5.1 game audio or so) and the voice mix function is not working. It seems that only one audio output is working at the same time. Any idea how to fix that?
