Recentemente comprei um mouse razer deathadder essential em site chinês, porém o synapse 4 não o reconhece. Já tentei registrar também em Razer ID, mas conta a mensagem “Este produto já foi resgistrado. se não foi você, entre em contato com o suporte da Razer” por isso estou entrando em contato. Pode ser falso?

I just bought some Blackshark v2 X headphones, but when I try to start the THX Spatial Audio program it tells me that I need an activation code. I enter the code that they sent me to my email and it tells me that it is invalid.

Hello! Recently, I bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X but I have problem with the product where the item is already registered, but not under my Razer ID, which means I can't get the activation code via my email to activate the 7.1 surround sound features. I looked around in the Razer community for a fix. How do I fix this problem? Please help

I purchased the Razer Barracuda Pro headset and registered my product on the website. However, the 15-day trial period for THX Spatial Audio was activated, meaning the activation code did not reach me by email. What should I do? Thank you.

i dont understand why my A and D keys dont work whn im playing cod they work for about 30 seconds then just stop kind of annoying i spend so much money on a keyboard and then it not even work on games properly i have already updated the  keyboard i havent messed with any setting my old corsair one worked better than this

Hello all! I have razer synapse installed on my PC and I am mapping some windows shortcuts. However, it keeps giving me a red sd card with a slash in it referencing the message in the title of this post.  The thing is, synapse launces when I double click it in the system tray. I am not sure why this issue is occurring and could use some help please!

I am the first and only user.The battery capacity is very low and does not provide sufficient power for peak consumption, making it nearly impossible to work without being constantly plugged in.Additionally, I have noticed a growing issue with the touchpad becoming increasingly stiff over prolonged use. I was in a voice chat with a group of people this morning talking and then all of the sudden my mic stopped working and my headset is no longer being detected in synapse

I don't understand much about using a PC or the internet. I'm not good with this type of technology, and I'm not very good at using the internet, so I accidentally blocked the account. I have bought the razer deathadder V2 x Hyperspeed , but the onboard memory profiles are not working. It works till the synapse app is running, as soon as I close it the keys return to default settings 

hi i have a razer blackshark hyperspeed v2 and they ran out of battery, i charged them and when theyre charging the light stays red as soon as i plug them out they dont turn on even if i hold the power button,the switch button and both of them together.When i connect them with the pc via cable they still dont work

I just recently bought a wired Deathadder V3 and it's been giving me issues when I lift it off the desk at all, I've moved the settings around to change the liftoff height but it currently doesn't change anything, I updated the firmware and it worked fine for a short period until it started to act up again, it's making doing anything quickly hard and makes playing any game impossible, I'm not exaggerating when I say it completely turns the mouse off if I lift it even a fraction of a cm off my desk, it will only work if it's glued to a surface.

My Deathadder v2 (not wireless) stopped working out of nowhere. does anyone know why?

Hi there,it seems my Iskur doesn't lock into position normally. I have to lean back in the chair, lock, which keeps it in sturdy/good enough position to sit on. (Not recommended)If the lock isn't on, the chair leans forward. Update: it turns out the based plate has snapped where the soldering is holding it together, causing the chair to rock and not hold into position?Is it possible to get a replacement base plate

I've seen many threads saying that their Viper ultimate disconnects intermittently when used wirelessly, but for me all of my devices just disconnect and reconnect. This happens alteast once every use cycle of the PC. It has not happened at all if the mouse is connected via cable. Any solutions or troubleshooting tips? I've reinstalled drivers/Synapse and did a clean install of Windows but the issue has persisted.Also, this issue always happens if say I stream something on Discord or a game/program opens an external window within the program (e.g. steam browser opening when trying to purchase something in CS2) 

Blade 18  - 13th Gen i9 13950HX 240Hz screen running the RTX 4090.Recently this thing started stuttering so badly in-game I have had to stop using it for anything but email and work related stuff. I can switch it to use the Integrated and any non-gaming seems to work just fine on the Nvidia (though it does stutter from time to time).After purchasing a 3k+ laptop a few years ago I hate to think I am simply out of luck with a brick on my hands.I have updated all drivers, all apps, BIOS related items, etc all to no avail. Is there any way I can determine what is going on with the card and/or options to fix it???
