My transceiver for razer blackshark v2 pro got broken and I can’t use it anymore. Is there any replacement part I could buy?

Having an issue with my razer mamba wireless. It just suddenly stopped working. It still lights up but there is no movement or responses to anything I try with it even while connected with the wire directly to my PC/laptop. Is this due to any updates or something? It’s been working perfectly fine up until yesterday.

I bought Razer Blackshark V2 X last week. I registered it on the website successfully. I got the email that said it has been registered. But nowhere it mentioned the activation code. I have checked spam folder just in case. It’s not a physical code either it seems since the greeting card is not a scratch card and told me to do it online. I have tried using this self service tool. Screenshot says I need to register the device first, but I selected it from the registered product. It doesn’t make sense? Please help. 

Hello, I'm having trouble finding the product number of my Razer Kraken v3 x, I don't have the box, one on the headphones only says RZ04-0375. To register the product and activate the 7.1 sound I need the product number, which I can't find, I have a serial number.

Hello, I did not receive the activation code for 7.1 sound on my headphones. After registration, I expected to see the code, but it was nowhere to be found. I have already checked everywhere in my mail, in spam, in mailings and in the basket. But there is nothing anywhere. Please help me solve my problem.

I am writing from Türkiye. I bought a Razer Blackshark V2 X, but the external cable for the microphone and the earbuds is missing. I bought it from BIM, it has a Bilcom warranty, I think I need to contact you first.

What is this? 

Bought this controller two days ago and now it won't stop vibrating on the left side constantly. Anybody know what is going on, I've tried turning off haptic feedback in synapse but that doesn't fix the issue

Hi Razer Community,I'm experiencing a consistent issue with Razer Remote Play PC and would appreciate any help or guidance.Problem Description:After connecting to my PC and playing for approximately 30-40 minutes, the video stream freezes completely. However, I can still hear the audio perfectly and my inputs are still being registered (I can move my character and interact with the game). Only the video feed gets stuck/frozen.Setup Details:- Using latest version of Razer Cortex on PC- Latest version of Razer Remote Play app on mobile device- Issue occurs consistently after 30-40 minutes of gameplay- Audio continues working normally- Input commands still register on PCWhat I've tried:- Restarting both applications- Checking network connection stability- Updating to latest versions of both appsHas anyone else experienced this issue? Are there any known fixes or troubleshooting steps I should try? Any help would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Im kinda stuck between choosing between Blade 18 and Blade 16 with 5090. Provided best case scenario, with recommended external cooler and for use for AI application with extended load - which laptop will provide highest consistent stable TDP? Is 175W possible over several hours or only 2 hours? Is it possible to push it further with dedicated cooler ?

I have been trying to get an activation code 7.1 Surround App. The self-service page shows that the code has been emailed but I have not received it. It is not in the spam/junk folder. Also tried to request a new code doesn’t work.

hi ive bought razer v2 x headset, but when i try to register product for 7.1 surround sound its says product already registered ….please can someone assist

When i try to charge my mouse on the baslisk dock it wont, also when i just try to use the mouse as normal with the reciever plugged inot the dock my computer “goes crazy”. Every few secons a windows sound plays as if I plug something in and then take it out. Also the mouse don’t work when the reciever is plugged into the dock, it works fine when the reciever is plugged directly into the PC.

My Email address that my Razer account is attached to is. I no longer have access to that Email address because I no longer have Suddenlink internet and they froze my Email. My new Email address is. I need to be able to change my Email address in my Razer profile in order to manage my Razer information

I have thoroughly checked my inbox, spam folder, and trash folder, but unfortunately, I have not received any email containing the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code.I have also visited the 7.1 Surround Sound Activation Code Online Service page (https://www.razer.com/7.1-surround-sound) and entered my headset's serial number, but I still wasn’t able to obtain the activation code through the system.My headset model is Razer BlackShark V2 X (3.5mm version), and there was no scratch card included in the product packaging. Good day!I bought Razer Blackshark V2 Pro Sn: headphones and registered them in my account. I installed the 7.1 Surround Sound Code, THX Spatial Audio software packages, but I can't launch the applications, they require an activation code. Tell me where I can get an activation code for these products.

Anyone has the same issue? This laptop is beautiful, but it does not make me happy because I paid $3700+

I scratched off my Razer Gold card code when I bought it, now it's only 5 digits on it, I have contacted Razer support, I want to ask, will they help me redeem my code? It's a $200 Razer Gold card.
