I have a Wolverine V2 Pro and the only time I can get it to work is when it is in wired mode and it is connected by wire to either my PS5 or PC. I can’t get it to work wirelessly with the Hyperseed dongle. On the PC side, it sees the dongle, and sees that it’s for the controller, but no inputs from the controller is detected. I have updated the firmware on both the dongle and the controller and it still isn’t working. I’ve checked to make sure that the settings are correct in the back of the controller, still no help.Does anyone else have this issue or had this issue? Any fixes that anyone knows? Thanks!
Hello I recently bought a Razer Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed headset and I'm having a problem. In certain games that make my PC run harder than usual, the sound cuts out. The only way to get the sound back is to turn the headset off and unplug and replug the dongle. I'm plugged into the back of my PC. Do you have any ideas? Thanks in advance

When I try to launch the 7.1 surround sound software it tells me that my account does not have it enabled though I have registered my peripheral, please look into this matter as resolve it quickly. I really want to experience the headphones to the fullest
After i installed the razer synapse 4 update, i have issues with the mic being muffled, its up to a 100% but it keeps going down to 93, then 58 then 40 and so on, until its almost down to 10, people i talk with say they cant hear me proper because of this and i constantly have to put it back to 100, but then a few seconds after it starts going down again, its like it dont wanna stay on 100, ive tried everything and other people has tried helping, we are out of solutions now and its very frustrating as i keep getting muffled when i talk and it ends up with people not hearing me. Does anyone else have this issue or is it any way to fix it?Below you can see its supposed to be on 100% but it keeps going down all the time, sometimes it stays on 100 and everything is fine, and then it starts going down again and people cant hear me. All the other settings are no issues with, its just this one, ive tried to fix it any possible way i can or know of but it keeps happening.
I’ve had my Razer Blade 15 for quite a while and it auto updates drivers every once and awhile (along with windows updates) but my WIFI is no longer working and it looks like the BIOS has never actually updated - I disabled secure boots and turned off Windows 11 Core Isolation -but when I run the latest updater, it says there is nothing to update - Do I need to step through each BIOS Update from 1.0.0 ? There are only 2 updates (1.1.2 and 1.1.3) available from Razer Support pages. When I run either as an admin user, they both give the same message “Detected Components are up-to-date”Any help would be appreciated !

The package included the headset and accessories, but the activation card was missing. When I attempted to register the product, it showed that the activation code had already been used, which prevents me from accessing the advertised features such as 7.1 surround sound. Hello, thanks for your time. I have a Razer Blade Pro 17 2016 Product No. RZ09-02202E75 which has a battery that has bloated and become dangerous to use. A replacement attempt has already been made with an aftermarket battery which was defective. Would we be able to figure out a genuine replacement for this laptop so I can continue using it? This is my first time owning a razer mouse and I got the Deathadder Essential. It says synapse 4 has support for it, but every time I launch the app it says no device found
After changing profiles in razer synapse, my mouse disconnected and hasn’t been re-connecting. I get the windows usb connected sound, but the mouse doesn’t light up or work at all. I have reinstalled synapse, checked for driver updates, and restarted my pc. Any help would be appreciated.
Hello, I lost the wireless dongle for my Razer Viper V3 Pro. Because of that, I purchased the HyperPolling dongle since the Razer website mentioned compatibility. However, I was unable to use it with my Viper V3 Pro mouse. I would like to ask if it is possible to request a replacement dongle for the Viper V3 Pro. It started happening like a month ago on bootup and have been waiting for a solution. I saw support reach out privately to other people in similar threads so I’m hoping that will help solve this.
I am running a Razer Leviathan RC30 from a macbook pro. I am able to get much better sound through the bluetooth connection rather than the wired connection. I upgraded the cable for the wired connection but still no luck. The reason why I would like the wired connection is there is an ever so slight lag on the bluetooth sound when I am watching video so the lips of the person speaking are always a little bit in front of the sound coming out of the speaker. I have tried all the Apple sound adjustments but to no avail. Is this a known issue with the older Leviathans?
Hi Team, It seems this is an issue others have run into here, but I haven’t been able to find an actual solution to this yet. When I boot up my Razer Blade 15 with secure boot, it gives the following message:“Secure Boot ViolationInvalid signature detected. Check Secure Boot Policy in setup.”I have turned off secure boot, which allowed me to access my computer again, but I don’t want to keep using it without secure boot. I did some digging, and it seems like this might have been triggered by Windows Security Update (KB5077181), but I’m no expert so I could be wrong. Would appreciate any help in getting this working again. Did all the updates that were possible trough the official website and available Windows Updates. My new headset has been working well for 2 months now, but when I put it on today I heard a weird noise. Whenever there’s a slight vibration in the left ear there’s always this noise that kind of sounds like a spring or something similar. It’s really annoying and I have to idea how to get rid of it.
Hello,Since yesterday my mouse has been disconnecting randomly every ~10 minutes. It would reconnect automatically after a few seconds, so I initially assumed it might be a battery issue.Today the mouse stopped working almost completely. The behavior is a bit unusual: When I plug in the wireless dongle, Windows detects the dongle correctly, but the mouse does not connect. When I connect the original cable directly to the mouse, it is not detected either. If I leave the mouse connected by cable for about 2–3 minutes, it eventually powers on and starts working again. When I check the battery level it shows around 90%. However, if I disconnect it and try to use it wirelessly again, the same cycle repeats: random disconnections followed by the mouse eventually stopping completely.At the moment I cannot get the mouse to connect again.I considered opening the mouse to check whether the battery was swollen or if cleaning the internals would help. My Mouse Dock Pro doesn't start up with Windows after a reboot. Although Synapse 4 launches correctly, the Dock Pro fails to connect automatically, and I have to manually unplug and replug the power cable every time.I have already checked all Windows and BIOS settings, and there are no power delivery restrictions (USB power saving is disabled). All device firmware and Synapse 4 are updated to the latest versions. I am using a Basilisk V3 Pro 35K mouse.Are there any similar reported cases? Unfortunately, there are no Razer service centers in my country, but I suspect the issue lies with the software rather than the Dock hardware itself

My just over 3 year old Razer Blade 14 Laptop has experienced what I understand to be a known issue and design flaw. When I suddenly could no longer turn it on, a repair tech check discovered that the motherboard had short circuited. When investigating this issue it seems it is a well documented issue due to the design of the product. I'm hopeful anyone could recommend any support avenues as I am incredibly disappointed that a product this expensive that is just over 3 years old could have such a short lifespan. Any feedback or support would be greatly appreciated. I’ve tried to find a contact for Razer Support but seems like the only avenue is here or reddit to post about my displeasure with the company and product.
