I recently bought a Razer Kiyo and I want to configure it so whenever I open an app like discord, zoom etc. it turns on and work, but so far it only activates when I'm in Razer Synapse. Is there anything in the settings I need to do to make it happen? Additionally, I need to use an extension for the usb cable does it work with a USB 3.0? I'll mainly be using Discord, Teams and Moodle if that helps answering my question

Okay, so with my Razer Blackshark V2 X, I wanted to activate my 7.1 surround sound. But I didn’t get an activation code. I registered my headset, and I said it would send a copy of the code to my email. The email is typed correctly, I checked all the spam and trash folders, but nothing is there. I'm getting other emails, but not the one with the activation code. Please help me. I have also used the self activation code thingy but that didn’t work either

Hello, my Blackwidow Chroma V2 appears as "Razer Bootloader" in the Device Manager. It is not working. Please don't ask generic questions as "Have you tried connecting it to another USB-Port on another PC?" I've done all of those things already. The corresponding Firmware Updater, which is available on mysupport.razer.com "Firmware Updater v1.01.00 r2" November 27, 2018 puts me into an infinite loop. It is clear that I need another, working, Firmware Updater for my respective model (RZ03-02032). I would appreciate your help on this matter, Thank you very much. :smile_:

Hello! I own a Razer Hanbo Chroma 360mm AIO. The issue is that I do not have an AMD Mounting Bracket for it. Is there any way to get ahold of one? If so, how?

I tried to connect the usb in my phone and put the Xbox edition blackshark v2 pro headset but it wouldn’t detect the headset nor I couldn’t see the Xbox edition blackshark v2 pro but the only blackshark v2 pro available was the PlayStation edition.

Whenever I set a different time for wireless power saving, it resets itself to 2 minutes. I can't use any other time for this option. Also, even if I set my mouse to 8000Hz, it won't go above 2000Hz, it doesn't matter whether Synapse is open or closed. I tried it on a different PC and still had the same issue. I had another mouse that could reach 8K. My Viper arrived yesterday.

Hi, just unboxed my headset today, downloaded synapse 3, detected my headphones and all, have the mic working and the settings do apply to it but my equalizers don’t apply even if I floor all lows, mids and highs, it still sounds the same…I tried changing the EQ with the button on the headphones, the equalizers change but the sound sounds the same always.What gives?

I’ve had my Razer Turret for my Xbox for over 3 years. But lost my dongle when I was moving houses. Is there any way to get a replacement dongle? I haven’t been able to use the mouse with it for awhile and I’ve been using a cheap bad one. I like the one it comes with just can’t use it without the dongle.

Hi Just purchased a NAGA V2 Pro and although it shows in my Bluetooth attached lists it does not work. If I connect the charging cable to my PC (windows 11) it works fine. Tried it on laptop also WIN 11 and it works fine with no issues connecting via Bluetooth. I have Synapse installed on my PC (not on the laptop) and have tried all the suggestions on the support page. When I try holding down the three mouse buttons as suggested the displays do not flash as they should. I've done the whole uninstall reinstall stuff but no luck. Any ideas?

sono passati circa 4 mesi da quando ho comprato questo mouse  e ultimamente mi sono accorto che il tasto della rotellina non funziona ho già provato a resettare il mouse, cambiare porta usb e ad assegnare altre funzioni al tasto ma niente ha funzionato.c’è altro che posso provare a fare?

Hello. There was no scratch card with an activation code in the box with Razer BlackShark V2X, so I used the "Online service with a surround sound activation code 7.1". Then I tried to activate the software, but it just keeps on saying “Your activation code is invalid”. What can I do? Can someone help?

I just got my nommo v2 today.When I want to watch a movie, the central channel, where all the voices are, is being suppressed. When I switch to stereo or THX in synapse, I can hear the voices for a second, but it immediately suppresses them again. this is very disappointing. I can’t find the setting in synapse to solve this.Please, support, help me. Otherwise this is a pretty useless, expensive setup that will be returned. 

hi reazer team . I bought a Razer surround headset, but I did not receive the code to activate the surround feature. I only received a card with a barcode on it to do that. When I enter it from my phone, it takes me to the site. How do I want to activate the feature without a barcode and from the card? I have the card with it written SCAN the QR code to download and unlock your free Razer 7.1 surround app activation code via Razer ID registration and next to it is the barcode. Can I get help please? Also I can't hear it on my computer but on PS5 and other devices I can hear my friends' voice and they can't hear me only the game's voice
