This is my second Basilisk V3 mouse.  I RMA’d the first one via Razer, but the new one is doing the exact same thing.  Any sort of lift or quick side to side movement of the mouse causes it to erratically scroll which is extremely problematic in games.  I do have a SteelSeries QcK Prism RGB Gaming Mouse Pad - 3XL Cloth, but using the Razer software I “calibrated” the surface.  I have also tried on default.I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Synapse software. I have used a “traditional” mousepad.I need help before I abandon Razer altogether!

I have 3 profiles on my Windows.  Let’s name the profiles A, B and C.I’’ve installed the 7.1 Surround Sound software on Profile A.  From the app, I can select which audio device I can use for the surround sound software.  I can also disable/enable the software from task bar. and open the main window from there. When I switch over to Profile B, i can see the surround sound software but I’m unable to open the app and from the taskbar, I can only view my name.   The same goes if switch to Profile C. Any idea how I can fix this? Profile A  Profile B/C 

Sooo i recently i bought the Razer Black Shark v2 X , and the 7,1 surround audio feels off hollow mix with muffeld and echoing , idk why ,tell me how to fix it because it´s making gaming impossible for certain games like Valorant and CSGO

So yesterday I was walking around with my headphones and randomly there was a loud pop noise that came out of nowhere then after that I couldnt hear or speak then I figured out how to get that back and working then after that. I go to test my microphone to see if it still works and sure enough the quality when to the floor and if I speak louder than a whisper then no one can hear me. I have already done the troubleshooting etc and nothing is working. 

Purchased the Razer viper v3 pro about a year ago and yesterday it randomly stopped working. The light indicators on the dongle and mouse no longer turn on when I plug them in. I’ve tried plugging them both in to a different PC and they still don’t work. I left the mouse plugged in for about 30 minutes and it worked for a bit then stopped working again. I’ve seen many people run into this same issue yet I’ve seen no fix for it.

When buying headphones, there was no surround sound activation code, when requesting a new key, he writes for me to register the device, when registering the device, he writes that it has already been registered, how can I resolve this issue?Serial number (REMOVED)

i use this mouse for 4years without problem. last day i on this mouse, the light didnt turn on. i connect to pc using the usb also cant. i do the boot loader and start update the firmware. my mouse didnt show in my pc. i tried in other pc also same. then i try to do again and again the firmware update. my mouse just detect as usb input device in human interface while in bootloader/reset mode (press 2 button and scroll button) then after finish the firmware update the mouse didnt detected but the light is breathing. and now, my bluetooth and wireless mode also didnt work. help me to get my mouse back to normal. my S/N PM2139H15803498 

Just got a brand new Wolverine V3 Pro and trying to connect it to the PC. When I connect wired, it blinks yellow for a few times which I assume means it is charging and below 80%. However trying to hold down the power button to turn it on doesn’t turn it on at all, there is a recognition beep from Windows but it doesn’t see the controller. The Razer Controller app shows “Connect a Razer Controller to get started” all the time. Connecting wirelessly doesn’t work at all, in that mode holding the power button doesn’t even do anything at all.

Hi,I have recently purchased the Razer Baracuda Mercury edition headphones and when I try to update the firmware I can't get past the 2nd screen.The model is the one in the subject according to the label on the left helmet.Do you have any idea how I could update the firmware? 

While trying to register Razer Blackshark V2 X on my account, it says it has already been registered. May I know how to proceed from here? 

I have been experiencing an extremely frustrating issue with my Razer Blade 15 2023. Hello everyone, i have recently bought Razer baracuda mercury edition and when i tried registrating a product i got an error saying that Serial number is invalid, tried multyple times re-typing it in and even changing I with 1 and 0 with O but nothing works, does anyone has an idea how to make it work?

The battery on my laptop is bulging and deforming the trackpad. I purchased the laptop in late 2022/early 2023 so it’s no longer under warranty. This is already a second time I have issues with my laptop (the motherboard had to be replaced within the first few months). How can I get a battery replacement?

Missing my wireless dongle for my Razer Turret. Support merely told me to plug it into the PC.  Is there any known way to buy a replacement, or a successful way to pair a different dongle? (and if so, which specific dongle, and which specific pairing utility).  I was willing to purchase it, but it seems to just not exist anymore, even on ebay, so I was hoping someone would be able to direct me to how I could get a replacement?  Someone said they got a part RC30-028201 replacement that worked, if anyone knows where/how to find one.  Thank you.

My warranty just ended in March but now my battery is swelling. I want to replace it and am happy to do it myself but how/where do I get a new battery? I’ve tried going through the support thing but when I input my serial it just tells me I’m out of warranty.Thanks in advance.

Welp one of the welds on the base of my enki x chair broke and now I got a floating g leg and some serious wobble. Anyone know where to get a replacement base? 

So I have a Razer Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed headset since a while but I was using it without the Razer Software Synapse. Now I wanted to try it out. But when I installed it I couldn't open it directly from the Installer.I only got a message like on the picture. But I found an other way to open it with the explorer.On this way there were no problems. But I deleted Synapse that day because it changed my RGB of my keyboard. But now I dont have any Audio on my headset and all my games crash when I start them. It isn't the headset because on an other PC it works totally fine. So it has to be the Software. Do you have similare problemes and know a solution?

Yesterday my dongle decided to just randomly disconnect. All of the sudden it just stopped being recognized by my PC and I don’t know why. I have plugged other things into the dongle and they are recognized by my PC, but not the 2.4Ghz USB for my DAV3P.I have been trying absolutely everything for two days now. I have followed guides from previous posts on this website. I’ve reinstalled synapse, redownloaded drivers, updated to the new drivers manually, etc. It is extremely upsetting that after proper use and no damages it just stops working. Does this have to do with the new synapse? Did the USB part itself just randomly glitch out and break? Extremely disappointed considering my other razer products have lasted more than 6 years. I am looking for any answers at this point as to what I can do. I can’t even buy a replacement USB because it’s sold out. 

This is a copy paste of a previous post by fastredbrownfun783 about a month ago with modifications. I recently purchased the Wolverine V3 Pro controller, and it worked fine for just over a month. However, for some time now I have been unable to connect to the app on my Xbox series x.Here’s what I’ve tried so far: Checked the dongle – It’s fully plugged in. Tested the USB port – The port is working correctly with other devices. Reset method – Turned off the controller, unplugged the dongle, and reset the Xbox. Then plugged everything back in. No luck. Wired connection – Tried connecting the controller directly to the Xbox using the provided Razer cable. Still didn’t work. Firmware update – Plugged the controller into my PC, downloaded the latest version of the program and updated my controller. Dongle was up to date. Only thing I haven't tried is reinstalling the app. But I am afraid that I won't be able to access the app and edit the keys I have already customized.The controlle
