Hoy me llegaron los blackshar v2 x y no puedo activar el 7.1 ya que el producto me llego ya registrado

My keyboard is no longer in warranty. But one of the keys is unable to type out the letter.  Upon pressing nothing appear but the rest of the keys are working fine. i think the switch is spoil issit possible to replace it?

When I updated Synapse 3 to 4, I encountered a problem that Razer Central, Cortex and Axon remained in the "old" icon in the tray, while Sypanse 4 and Chroma were in the "new" one. I would like this to be fixed and both icons to be combined somehow! P.S. I am not against the "new" icon.

Hello, i am just curios on why my controller turns off out of nowhere. The battery is no one near dead, and sometimes it's even plugged in. I bought the wolverine v3 wireless controller a month ago and this had not happen before but now it's continuously happening more. If i could get some help on how to fix this so it doesn't turn off and make me lose fights.

Yesterday I noticed that my headphones were not charged even though they had been plugged in and charging for the entire night. The light signifying they are charging as well as Synapse showed it was in fact charging, but refused to turn on without being plugged it since. Is there any possible ways to fix this or do I need to give the headset a viking funeral?

It hasn’t done this ever mind you but I recently came to see my girlfriend where she lives and I brought my Xbox and my controller so I can game while she’s off working. Well I set everything up and my controller will not power on. It’s a wired razer v3 to be more precise. It won’t turn on at all and it worrying me because I don’t think I have a warranty on it anymore

I have my phones for litle more then 2 years and now it start to connect and disconnet all the time to point that now it no longer coonecting. I have to use the Jack cable. Is there any option to buy the dongle, i belive that might be the probleme.

 Razer Deathadder V3 Pro. The mouse is working when I plug the cable, but I can’t make it work wireless with the dongle.In fact, the dongle isn’t even detected by my computer (can’t see it on my devices manager). I tried to make it work on another computer, but it doesn’t work either.

Have some battery swelling pushing my mousetrack pad up and just need a replacement battery.  Out of warranty and I am going to have to replace the battery myself.

Hello, As the title says, my multimedia buttons have stopped working/responding. The dial works, however instead of it controlling the volume it is set to scroll. I have already checked and redid the bindings for it, but it doesn’t correspond to the setting. It also still does not work when Synapse is closed. I have deleted the keyboard from device manager, reinstalled the firmware, and deleted and reinstalled Synapse 4.  Interestingly, the keyboard works as intended when connected to my laptop, which makes me think this is some sort driver/firmware issue. 

My Razer Kiyo webcam recently stopped working and showing up as “Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)” in device manager.  It just shut off while using it one time and that was it.  If I unplug and plug it back in it seems to be recognized as a Razer Kiyo again but trying to use it says another application is using it then disconnects and shows back up as an unknown USB device. What I have tried with no luck:Reinstalling the driver.Updating the firmware.Using a different computer. I’ve seen some other posts describing a similar issue but no other solutions.  Any suggestions?

me llegaron las gafas anzu hace poco, ayer las use y hoy no encienden. no emparejan con bluethoot no Cargan cuando las conecto, solo prende un foco azu de un lado y se apaga al segundo no se si estan descompuestas, ayuda!

So I noticed many have had the same issue. My razer blade 15 base model (mid 2021) only boots to bios. My ssd is detected as storage but not a boot option in bios. So following the suggestions in many posts, I am trying to boot from a usb drive with windows installer. In BIOS, I do see the drive being a boot option under Boot tab, as well as under Boot Override. And it is detected as UEFI if that's relevant. I've tried: directly enter from Boot Override hit F9 to recovery mode hit F12 to boot menu, and select the usb there do nothing with usb plugged in and power on All of these just take me to razer logo and a loading circle. After the loading circle loop for ~10min I get BSOD with error message 'DRIVER PNP WATCHDOG.' I don't think the razer logo should be up if I choose to boot from usb? I don't think I prepared the usb wrongly though because it was literally running the Windows media creation tool...Does anyone who's gone through this process have any suggested fixes? What BIO

I have just gotten these earbuds for Christmas, and I can’t seem to get them to do anything at all. I have looked up countless videos that all talk about how they are supposed to have audio an audio queue but when I open my case or try to hold the symbol for a few seconds to power on/off nothing happens. I’ve made sure to charge them over night and I’ve cleaned the charger connector spots in the case and on the earbuds.I would love to be able to get these working, so any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,this afternoon my Kiro stopped working.When i check the device manager it states “device descriptor request failed”I have uninstalled both synapse, and removed the drivers using the driver remover tool and the same happens.It shows the device working, but soon as i try and open the device in synapse it throws an error (see pic) and the device goes back to being “device descriptor request failed” Any help would be great.   

im trying to activate thx spatial audio and 7.1 mode i copy the code that activates spatial audio from my email and paste it into the application. I get the error "the code you have entered does not seem to be valid". I have also completed the registration of the product. Why is this happening? How can I fix it? (Blackshark v2 x usb)

I bought a Razer Blackshark V2 X model headset. When I try to activate the 7.1 program, I get an error that the product has been registered before. What can I do about this?

I have a problem purchasing for a student authentication account. I have not received any messages on my phone and I cannot change it. Even the system is locked and limited.

I’ve had this keyboard for only like 4 months and it’s just not working when I open synapse. I’ve restarted, uninstalled, disabled drivers, and I’ve deleted synapse with a clean reset and it still does not work. Synapse registers that I’m typing when I go to the actuation page but literally nothing happens. Anytime the synapse software forces itself onto my keyboard (everytime I open my pc) I have to go to the firmware updater made specifically for my keyboard and that resets it making my keyboard work again. And that lasts until I close my computer and comeback to open it.I did figure out a fix for that though which was enabling a setting in synapse that dosent open itself when the display turns on. But I do want to customize my actuation on each key and to do THAT I gotta have synapse which OBVIOUSLY crashes my keyboard entirely. If there’s a Razer mod that can see this, please help me. I don’t wanna see any keyboards as bad like people say and this keyboard is actually really good.
