Razer Support

Since the release of the Chroma app, everything seems to be broken. I can't even describe the amount of problem I have, ranging from device not being detected to random disconnection and the app needing me to open it manually to be able to control anything (even if it starts automatically with my system). Usually, it works well with stuff like keyboards and mouses lights, but if i wanna mess with, let's say any thing that is supposed to connect with chroma connect like Govee lights or msi stuff, or the Razer ARGB controller, nothing seems to work correctly. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing seems to do it. This software is truly a mess and I can't even understand how this is not still in beta. Razer's QA really needs to put it's s*** together and TEST IT’S SOFTWARES BEFORE RELEASING!!! (also it's hardware in fact since I’ve had countless problems with them and went trough multiple RMA process). I’ll end this rant by asking Razer to please read their own forum. I saw ple

Hi there, I built a new PC and have the following components:ASRock Z690 Taichi Razer Edition Intel i7-14700 Razer Hanbo AIO 360, fan connected to CPU_FAN1 of the motherboard Razer PWM Fan control.ler with 6x Kunai Chroma attached to it Thing is, when I start Windows 11,  I get two faults: FAN COUNT ERROR FAN/S NOT CONNECTED Also, inside Razer Synapse, the fan speed for the CPU shows 0. I read different topics that this was the case with other intel 13th gen CPU's, but the latest fw of the Hanbo (1.2.0) mentions that it is solved.   I have tried formatting Windows and reconfiguring everything, but I can't solve the faults and my CPU speed keeps showing 0. It is also worth mentioning that inside the BIOS I can see the FAN speed of CPU_FAN1. Any ideas on how to solve this? 

TL:DR: I lost the hyperspeed wireless dongle that came with my Barracuda X Chroma, and I’m wondering if buying the Barracuda series transceiver would fix that. The Barracuda X Chroma is  not listed as a compatible device for the transceiver’s compatibility but assuming that the X Chroma is basically based on the Barracuda X (2022), it should work, right?

I bought the Kraken Kitty V2 headset. When I plugged it into my laptop, it automatically installed the Virtual Ring Light app. However, I can't seem to open the app—it gets stuck on the loading screen every time. I've tried closing it through the task manager and restarting my laptop several times, but nothing works.

Dear Razer Support,I’ve been using the Razer Kiyo without any issues since I bought it on January 20, 2024 (via Amazon). However, today (May 9, 2025), around 10PM, the camera suddenly stopped working mid-call, and I can’t seem to fix it.Here’s what happened:I was on a Messenger video call on my PC, using the Razer Kiyo as the camera and headphones for audio. Everything was working fine - my friends could see me. Then, during the call, the camera feed shut off and hasn't worked since, although the LED ring stayed on. I tried adjusting the camera ring (like changing the brightness), but the light didn’t adjust at all.I tried disconnecting/reconnecting it - when I reconnect it, I now hear a soft click coming from the camera, and the ring light turns on, but the camera doesn't show up. Now I open the Camera app and it says for a second “can’t start your camera” and then immediately after “we can’t find your camera”.When I opened Razer Synapse and clicked on the Kiyo, for a split second it

I have a Razer Blade 14 with RTX 3080 purchased in Nov 2021.I recently reinstalled Windows 11 (via the built in razer reinstaller).I installed Synapse and set performance / plugged in to custom Boost / High.I installed Geforce experience and installed the latest NVIDIA drivers through it and get roughly 7500 on TimeSpy.When I ran this benchmark before reinstalling Windows I got 9500 (over a year ago though), which seems in line with other benchmarks of the same system I've seen online.I'm using the 240W power adapter that came with the PC.No other apps are running.I rebooted it and ran it again and got similar results again.I updated to the latest TimeSpy.CPU AND Graphics score have both gone down (previously GPU: 9700, CPU: 8600 - now GPU: 7786, CPU: 7155)I'm also getting bad perf on PCVR games that worked fine before so it seems something is wrong. Recently, the volume wheel on my Kraken Ultimate has been changing the volume by a lot more than it usually does, (6 instead of 2) and I’ve discovered that this only applies when I have Synapse 4 active. Even Synapse knows it’s bugged, because when I use the wheel with the volume settings open, it shows that the volume was supposed to change by two, and then corrects itself a split-second later.I’ve tried:Factory resetting the headphones on Synapse Unplugging the headphones and removing them from Synapse Many computer restarts Reinstalling Synapse 4...all to no avail. I couldn’t find anyone else with this problem, so I figured posting it here would help anyone else who may have this problem in the future. To reiterate, this does not happen when I exit Synapse, only when it’s active.

Hiya all.My barracuda x headset gives a lot of noise whilst changing volume with the wheel; besides, right speaker often doesn’t work (I have to move the wheel hoping to reach some positions in order to have them speaker both working together). I think the headsets needs a profound internal cleaning from dust. But I don’t know how to disassamble them. Have you got some manuals or some helpful stuff?Thanx.Giuseppe.

Hi , i wrote a guide before about 4 months ago on how to change from French AZERTY to UK QWERTY by editing the synapse software files because you have NO option to change the keyboard layout in the software and it doesn't read the layout from Windows it takes what it is set to on the original keyboard firmware which isn't available online so it can’t be edited that way either! What this means for users like me is that if you were to change all AZERTY keycaps physically with UK QWERTY keycaps and then select a UK QWERTY layout in windows 10 or 11 the keyboard will work fine in every program on windows except ironically Razer Synapse itself.What i mean by this is that if you go to the MACROS section of the keyboard menu in synapse you will STILL see the keys listed as if it’s still on a AZERTY layout which is really really annoying if you want to set MACROS!!! There should be a option in Synapse to change the layout from within the RAZER software to match what you set it to on windows in

So it took me awhile to get this frustrated. I am in tech, build my own computers and know how to search for answers and deal with obtuse systems. But this is absurd,I currently have a Razer Blackwidow, Razer Basalisk, a Razer Firefly. These are not the first Razer products I own. I even happen to own a promo Razer mug and USB attachment to remind me to drink. These may not be the first, but they may be the last. After building my most recent PC, I decided I needed to upgrade from my crappy 1080 60hz main monitor. Was doing research when I saw the Razer Raptor 27 was on sale. Reviews were pretty good, most just said it was too expensive. So I got one. After hooking it up, the color and brightness is fantastic. I love the style. But then I tried to start working with the settings. Change the chroma? Hook it up to USB-C. So I did. BUT WAIT. It has to be a USB-C Alt Mode port. Okay, well, I can skip the lighting. So I go to update the firmware. Same thing!! USB-C Alt Mode port only. Funny

So i would like to change the ears pad of my razer kraken cause the gel came out, and not it infected an injuries i had to my ears and its getting a bit bad, so i wouild like to change but on amazon or else i cant tell wich one are the one i need to buy

Hello, I got the Leviathan Pro V2 soundbar and I’m getting the following issues with it:The RGB LED doesn’t seem to turn on at all.The LED on the left/right side of the camera doesn’t seem to turn on at all either.The buttons for equalizer / 3D only show the current value and don’t change anything.It appears the icamera isn’t tracking either, I’ve seen the 2 scanners on the side of the camera light up a bit with reddish light but only sometimes, 90% of the time it’s dark as if it was turned off.The audio works fine though and it registers in Synapse without any problem... 

Hi, I wanted to know if you could help me. After disassembling the PC, I removed the central screw from the trackpad because I thought it was necessary to remove the vents and battery to clean it. The problem is that when I reassembled it, the trackpad works but the clicks don't. It seems like one is stuck. Does anyone know what I can do or do I have to replace the entire trackpad? Thanks.
