Razer Support

I’m having an issue with the scroll wheel, the support tells me that the mouse is not longer on warranty, but in the site it appears that thice mouse has 2 years and I bought it 1 year and a half ago. The issue is that when scrolling up or down it also goes to the oposite direction Here you can find a video of the mouse working. I already try everything except cleaning it with compress air. Does anyone has this same issue and know how actually fix it?

Hello everyone,I’m having some trouble with my Razer setup and could really use some help or advice.I’ve built a full Razer desktop, but I’m confused about the fan lighting and sync. Not all of my fans are lighting up properly — some are dim, flickering, or not lighting at all. I currently have a total of 6 fans: 4 Kunai fans and 2 from the Hanbo AIO (240mm). However, only 2–3 fans light up correctly, while the others seem to get power but show corrupted or incomplete lighting.Here’s my current setup: Case: Razer Tomahawk ATX Motherboard: ASRock B550 Taichi Razer Edition AIO: Razer Hanbo 240mm Fan Controller: Razer PWM PC Fan Controller (connected to 6 Kunai fans including the 2 from the AIO) I’ve also tried connecting the fans directly to the motherboard’s 3-pin ARGB header, but they still don’t light up at all.Does anyone know what could be causing this or how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance.  

After yesterday's Razer Synapse 4 update and the BlackShark V3 firmware update, spatial audio stopped working. When I switch to it, the sound still remains stereo. Also, when using the dongle, the audio cuts out until I switch to a different output and back again in the Windows 11 sound settings.

Was playing with my wolverine v3 pro controller and the left joystick just suddenly lost all tension, it is loose, sort of dangles in its socket, and can spin. I was gaming with the controller when it broke but it was during a moment I was barely using it, not during any intense usage like I would expect. It just randomly gave out during a very mundane moment. What should I do? Is there some sort of way to service these things? 

Hi, my mouse details:Model number: RZ01-0255Product number: RZ01-02550100I attempted to submit a support request on the Razer website but encountered an issue when entering my serial number. It simply states that it cannot be recognised. Currently, I’m unable to locate this model within the Razer Synapse macOS version. However, it was previously verified on Windows using Razer Synapse. Given this discrepancy, I’m seeking guidance on how to resolve this problem.

Dear Support My dongle is broken after a little over a year and a half of use I believe. I can message the serial number and provide pictures if needed. Can I purchase a replacement dongle somewhere? Thanks in advance!

I turned the laptop off last night but kept the charger plugged in.This morning I turned it on as usual on battery only and did some work, Then I put it for sleep.Since then, it hasn’t turned back on. When i press the power button, it turn the green light on, and then turns it off immediately. No display.if i press and hold on battery or power, first time it blinks green and after 15 secs it blinks whiteno battery swollen. nothing shorted burnt on the board, no sparks or any sounds when i plug unplug the battery or charger.Already tried, draining the battery and pressing the power button for 30 secs. tried removing the cmos battery and doing the same, tried the one ram only fix and tried the slot closest to the motherboard, checked the battery voltage, looks normal, no idea what the issue is, i think it is stuck in a sleep state or a fuse or emc/bios corruption. Help please!

Hi, Since my device is now considered a legacy device and i can no longer download a recovery image on your portal i am requesting a recovery image to make my lapotop work again. Fresh installs of windows result in low performance and no 120hz and last time i reset my device i used a recovery image and it worked. Thanks in advance. 

So basicly when i try to connect the Oled hub that comes with the kraken v4 pro it bootloops, so the razer animation happens then the screen is black with the volume up and down icons showing then it shows the razer animation again. It does so on multiple PC’s so it isnt my ports. Its brand new too so this is frustraing. I also tried the pairing utility and nothing happened at all.

Good Morning. Yesterday i came from work and start PC. I join the game, and i see my Oled HUB from Razer Kraken V4 Pro not function. every 2 seconds restart, restart … i tried everythings but not works. Anyoane have  a ideeas ?

BlackWidow V3 Tenkeyless keyboard.After updating the Razer Synapse application to version 4, profile switching and macros on the keyboard stopped working (this was the main reason I purchased it). Reinstalling the application, updating all drivers, and resetting the keyboard did not help.

my 2021 blade 17 is not working(black screen) but can work if connect to monitor. where can I send to fix and what cost? 

Own the mouse for under a year. Today the scroll wheel stopped working. Everything else works as normal, its the scroll funcrion that is broken.Tried updating firmware. Tried clean install. Tried cleaning. Tried another pc. Nothing works.  please help.

Hello, I have owned my Wolverine Ultimate for quite a bit of time now, maybe 7 years. Ive rarely used it over the years but have recently tried using it again for a new game I’m playing.The RB and LB buttons are not registering 50% of the time. The controller is well maintained and isnt dirty. I clearly hear the click of the button and it’s not getting stuck.Im pretty sure it’s just the button or some crappy solder joint. I want to know if there’s anything I can do to fix my issue before I start tearing my controller open and replacing those buttons (fingers crossed I can find a matching one on an old Xbox controller)I have the SN and I probably can get proof of purchase, but I doubt this thing is covered under warranty. If it’s $20 or something cheap for a new bumper module, I wouldn’t mind buying that. Please let me know :)

My Daughter lost my dongle piece for the Barracuda x chroma headset how can i get a replacement?

Fairly simple. I’ve done clean reinstalls of both. I’ve been through several YT videos, I’ve deactivated firewall, ensured both programs were ok with windows security, i’ve done an entire fresh wipe of my pc and loaded ONLY synapse4 and chroma and they will not start. They don’t even get to the point of booting and shutting down. They just refuse to open. Does anyone have a fix for this? 

Hello,Can you tell me when the THX Spatial 7.1 audio application will receive updates for Windows 11? If you're not going to do this - why is the app still paid?As a clarification - THX Spatial Audio is not compatible with Windows 11 - several years after the release of the new system. In practice, there are problems with pairing the device. Every time I start the system, I have to disconnect the WiFi receiver from the USB and reconnect it, and sometimes perform a few additional steps. I saw somewhere official information from Razer that such problems may occur on Windows 11. But if you're still charging money for this app - and Windows 10 no longer gets support... well, something's wrong.

Hello I just bought myself a new Freyja for simracing. After installing synapse 4 and chroma app I could experience it with some music and it is great but when it comes to gaming I can’t make it work. Basicly it works with audio-to-haptics mode but when I change it to “sensa hd games” I don’t get anything. I tried some sim games with simhub also tried a sensa supproted game called screw drivers. There is also live effects test module on simhub, it doesn’t work there as well.  

Trying to sign up for the Razer AVA Beta through Cortex. I do the system check, and it’s telling me that my CPU doesn’t meet the minimum requirements. It’s an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D 8-Core Processor. I’m pretty sure it meets the requirements. Is this a bug, or what?

I tried the power 10 seconds unplug , but boot. I also tried externa monitor. This did change some behavior in that the laptop screen didnt backligh and turn on and off any longer. Like it switched to external, but still can boot.

Hi everyone, I just bought a Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro and now I ran out of usb ports on my laptop (I use it as a work/gaming station). I need exactly 1 more port for the headphones and I tried using the USB type A port from the keyboard and it doesn’t work. I tried with headphones, another Razer mouse and a webcam and nothing works. Can someone please tell me if there’s a setting somewhere to enable this or my keyboard is not working fine? Thank you

When paired to Bluetooth, headset will cease functioning when I start any games approximately 30 seconds in. I’ve repaired, reset. This occurs on my rog ally x

Good morning I recently received my Hammerhead V3 x Hyperspeed headphones that I use on my PS5 (the box is plugged in as a dongle). Until yesterday, everything was working but this evening I have a problem: I no longer have sound. When I tap the earbud 3 times to switch from Bluetooth to Hyperspeed, I have the game sound for half a second and then no sound.In the PS5 settings, I switched all audio to headphones that display as connected. I have battery in the headphones since the box lights green.Could anyone help me and explain how to fix this?I would be very grateful to youThank you very muchSincerely

After updating my mouse to the latest firmware, the side buttons (mb 4 & mb 5) have stopped working on the left hand side of my mouse. The only fix I can find for this is to swap the mouse into left handed mode which has now permanently swapped my left and right click over and has for some reason disabled the backspace button on my Razer keybaord and cannot be fixed through Synapse. 

Hi! I have Razer Pro Type  keyboard and one of the spacebar support clips from right side was loose and it tended to slip off the metal bar and was falling from the cross housing. It was pretty hard to put it back, and once I have putting it back to the metal space support bar it just went off that I haven’t been able to find it. Where can I purchase replacement support? Is there any 3d printable model for it if replacement parts are not available?Thank you very much!
