a melhor coisa que você faz, eu vou esperar esse fone de ouvido quebrar para que eu possa comprar outra marca

mais quebrado do que já está? Eu comprei fones de ouvido 7.1 com thx 2 anos atrás e agora por causa de seu software de lixo eu tenho fones de ouvido estéreo ... demorou 4 dias para uma atualização, eles liberam e o problema continua o mesmo... Eles não verificam seus patches antes de liberá-los? É uma marca cara para esses problemas acontecerem... No dia em que eu tinha problemas com o Icue e o suporte de iluminação da placa-mãe Asus, eles corrigiram o problema em 24 horas...

O meu ainda é novo, tem apenas um ano, o seu está nas últimas pernas, compre outro e seja feliz, estou pensando seriamente em vender este e comprar outro de outra marca porque então você não pode usar um fone de ouvido não-7.1

that is old for two years?? hahahaha what a nonsense... it still works like the first day if it doesn't work well it's because of the rubbish of sypnase I don't use them all the time like other people can use them... for now as I said in another post there is a way to The thx option appears again in sounds and that it works both thx and 7.1 so for now I continue to enjoy my old headphones with their technologies while your new ones are useless... greetings

They sent a new update and it still hasn't resolved the problem again and I'm tired of it, I'm going to sell this headset and buy another brand, this is very disrespectful of them, it takes something away from the headset

Same problem here, I'm pretty sure they got rid of the free thx spatial audio that came with Kraken Ultimate and now have it behind a pay wall.

Exact same problem here as described in the original post, but with the Kraken Tournament Edition.

Yes, my device is listed and supposedly “fixed”. And yes since the “fix” Windows aduio changed the tag to THX, Synapse is detecting the headset as Kraken Ultimate and presenting the “THX/Stereo” switch.

However, EQ is not working,THX is not working, bass/mic settings are not working. None of the changes in the app are applied to the audio signal that is output to the headset. 

 

Installed the most recent update...no change

 

 

I have the same problem ! I hope they fix it soon not paying for something that i already have and i hope we get an update featuring the thx razer synapse driver back not the paid version and let us select it as a audio output again

I was living happily then suddenly i saw my thx led is not lighting up on my controller also the audio became like cheap chinese headphones !! 😌 Is that how you treat the people of “cult razer” ?

I also have the Razer Kraken ultimate and been experiencing the same issue, led not working, THX spatial synapse output gone from audio outputs and surround not working at all

Ditto. Just realized my THX light isn’t on. Razer updated for me yesterday & after doing so logged me out. I see new HUD & even new audio (improvement tbh) when I open Synapse & select THX input but there is no light anymore thus I don’t think it’s working.

We must unite and expose this problem until it is solved!!!!

Since the first day of the update there is already a thread on reddit / razer and no one from support has responded for 3 days without knowing or having any update... but then they sell their products at super high prices you can't sell everything at prices high and then have such poor support

There are some obvious and persisting issues with the recent major changes to the drivers and Synapse. I can understand that errors and bugs can happen but I want them addressed correctly and fixed soonest. 

 

I am using Razer equipment for years by now and several headsets for the past 10 years. I’m not going to get a new headset that was working great just until this update and had “built-in” THX support what was the selling point back then.

 

I hope they get this fixed soon or revert to the state before...and next time check compatibility more thoroughly before making such a major change. If this is not resolved I dont see how I could trust Razer going forward so will look into a competitor instead. I’m not going to pay for THX app if I am already eligeble to use it on my Kraken Ultimate.

I don't understand how it can take so long to fix this problem, it's very frustrating, would it be so difficult to delete the updates and go back to the one we had and it worked well? I also haven't understood for a long time why this software has so many updates, if something works well, why touch it...

I'm going to reinstall sypnase now I've put this update in now and it hasn't fixed anything at all, or worse now when I plug in my kraken tournament sypnase it still takes a few seconds to recognize it when before it was momentary.... A DISASTER ON THE PART OF RAZER and a huge shit from synase

Just yesterday, my headset was working fine including spatial audio. However for some reason today spatial audio isn't even being seen as an audio output option. In Synapse, I can toggle the spatial audio setting on and off, but it does not work. On top of this, the light indicator on my headset next to the button that toggles spatial audio no longer lights up. I cant find any reason why it would have stopped working so suddenly. There used to be an audio output option called “THX Spatial (Synapse)”.

Turned on my computer and the entire option for THX spatial (synapse) was gone

Same problem new update removed spatial option as well as the equalizer no longer does anything!

I have Kraken tournament edition.

the best thing you do, I'm going to wait for this headset to break so I can buy another brand

more broken than it already is? I bought 7.1 headphones with thx 2 years ago and now because of their garbage software I have stereo headphones... it took 4 days for an update, they release it and the problem remains the same... don't they check their patches before releasing them? It is an expensive brand for these problems to happen... Back in the day when I had problems with Icue and the Asus motherboard lighting support they fixed the problem in 24 hours...

OK,I've also had the problem since updating Synapse. 1 day later I got a feedback window where I expressed my displeasure. Since then I have been in regular contact with Razer Support. Starting from repairing, re-instalation, sending log files, screenshot, error information, system information such as operating system version build, etc. the last thing they wanted was the serial number and model number of my headset "Kraken Ultimate" let's see what comes next. greetings giGa

Same with me, THX driver is gone on my Razer Kraken Ultimate. They really need to fix this, we paid for it.
