With many other gaming brands, you can make use of the function 'Random delay' for recorded macros or actions in the software where you map all your different keys. A random delay means, that you are given the option to set each delay with a random range where you put the minimum & maximum amounts of delay between actions, this could work like in the example further down which I currently use with another brand at the moment: Say that you set a random delay between 55 and 255 ms (milliseconds) between/after actions. When the software is prompted to carry out any action(s)/macro(s) dedicated to a selected button, then wherever there is a random delay set between 55-255 ms (or any other amount of MS), the software will at random choose a delay between 55-255 ms everytime you run this action/macro, before moving on to the next action (or executing the same action repeatedly/x amount of times if that is the option you have chosen). Of course, you can have the macro function at "pl
Hello, i am installing a new gaming computer and i'm going to use my razer keyboard and Tartarus on it of course. So i was hoping i would just install Synapse on my new machine, export all my setups (profils, studio, device setups) to a file and then import this into Synapse on my new machine. But there is no global export ?? I checked the appdata folders, hoping to find a presets folder for razer or synapse, but nothing? So, my questions is : do i have to re-program everything i have setup in Synapse by hand on my new machine ?? If so, that's kinda weird in this age of technology :( :(
I feel like the mouse and settings should be a bit more centered/lowered down a bit. Because of that empty space, I think it looks kinda weird when the synapse 3 is in full window. The thing should scale with the window or something. Also, I'm getting furious about the Razer synapse 3 current state for legacy devices. I have a orbweaver and i've been waiting like the others for an update for all the other legacy devices. I'm furious because it's taking more than a while and I haven't heard anything about the progress of the legacy devices. Nothing. (I've only seen posts about new phone cases, laptops, keyboards, etc.) (Maybe I'm not looking hard enough) I hope razer will respond with something useful. A timeline showing when each legacy devices would approximately be in synapse 3 would be great. I hope they aren't planning to wait for all the legacy devices to be released all at once. I also hope they have already started ages ago and are nearly done. (Examples of timelines are sh
I have 2 computers, both of which I game on, but one also doubles as my work machine, well the machine I do work-related stuff on. Regardless, both have the same Razer Keyboard and Mouse. A Naga Trinity mouse, and Ornata Keyboard to be exact. There are times when they are both on, and in use by me. Razer Synapse doesn't seem to like this as, from what I can tell, it is constantly polling for profile information, and having 2 simultaneous logins seems to cause confusion. The symptom is that on both of the machines I get messages that pop up asking which profile do I wish to use, local, cloud, or ask later. It doesn't matter what I select, as this popup will appear again later on, especially if I'm hopping back and forth between computers. Most of the time the second and subsequent pop up's happen behind the game I'm playing, but not always. If I'm not playing in a fullscreen window that game will pause, go black then completely minimize just so I can answer the Synaps pop up. Wh
When installing Synapse 3.0 on Windows 10, it can progress to the last step before failing with a server access error. The issue seems to be with the Synapse installer rather than any actual server access. A work around is to install each module manually so that the Razer installer wizard is not used. Step 1: Open the installer log , It will be something like: C:\\ProgramData\\Razer\\Installer\\Logs\\RazerInstaller-ceed1f92-ff24-3445-be80-09ced0d23442.log Step 2: Go through the installer log and copy the web address of all the modules listed, there will be a bunch and you will have to fish for them. Would love not have to open Synapse and navigate through the menus to switch the power profile whenever I've plugged in or unplugged my Blade. Will continue to pipe up about this until it's a feature. In the meantime, anyone know of any workarounds for automatic power profile switching? Is there a way to build a macro that accomplishes this? Cheers
I'm really just done with this software (and probably razer too). i have had issues with it since day one. Support is the most useless avenue ever unless you want to RMA your broken product. The latest issue is that i literally cant see/pick any games/exe's to link to profiles. this is right after a fresh format of windows too! I wont even go into all the random crashes, and issues with keys sticking randomly lol. What i really want to know: WTF is the plan with this software?!?!? its been in beta for years, and is still an unstable dumpster fire. its like there is ONE computer science intern developing it with no road map, or coherent direction. Half of my peripherals work in 3 but i have to install an old version for my slightly older peripherals? how have all legacy devices not been added yet!? The interface is clunky, confusing and ridiculously simplistic (in a bad way). is this thing even getting patched anymore? Its a joke that we pay a premium for devices, and they dont work

My guess is the macro will have to split up into a 'KeyPress' macro and a 'KeyRelease' macro. Here is an example of what I am trying to achieve: When the button 'E' is pressed down [::::> The button L is pressed down and released, then when I let go of the button 'E' [::::> The button L is pressed down and released again. During the time that the key 'E' will be pressed, I will be doing something with my mouse. Just a quick side note: the time between the pres
I am having great issues with my Naga tinity and Synapse 3. After gaming for a short while, it will have huge delays between pushing a side button and it activating on screen. 10+ seconds. This does not effect my top buttons, or mouse wheel. I will open synapse 3 and try and swap profile, but it just freezes. I get a red ! beside the on board memory icon and it says - your profile did not transfer successfully to your devices white on board memory slot. please try again. I have tried unplugging the mouse and using a different usb slot, which fixes it for a while, maybe 10 minutes, but the same problem comes back. The synapse just freezes when i try and change profile. I have uninstalled, and reinstalled it several times. My PC is fairly new, like 3 months. My last mouse worked fine. The mouse if also only a couple months old. I play my games in full-screen windowed mode, which I read may have some effect. I have used the old nagas with synapse 2 for years without issues.
Hey Everyone, 2 days ago Synapse 3 updated automatically as it always do and after that when I restarted PC my Razer devices was not being detected / listed by Synapse 3. So I decided to uninstall Synapse 3 completely and then install again. But Synapse 3 is not being installed successfully anymore. Please note that I've deleted all folders, registries, device drivers of old installation and disconnected my devices, restarted PC multiple times but I'm still not able to install Synapse 3. it always shows this error while trying to install - Anyone here faced similar issue? Can you help me to fix this issue? It's horrible for me to work without the macros :frown_: N.B. I've already contacted Razer Support and provided them all info ... they're looking into it and will get back to me in 48 hours. I posted this thinking that maybe someone else can help me with this issue in the forum. Thanks. I've been using Synapse 3 for these 3 devices for a long time - Razer Basilisk Razer B
I am disgruntled right now and have found that many others are for the same reason. Synapse 3 "beta" has a fundamental flaw and what most would consider a regression: When devices using synapse 3 lose communication to the application (lock windows, reboot, etc.), the spectrum cycle mode kicks in until communication with synapse is reestablished. This has been voiced since the release of synapse 3. This was not the case with synapse 2, hence why I classify it as a regression. Unfortunately the latest devices are no longer compatible with version 2, which is the basis for my frustration. The only real "reason" I have found that Razer publicized about why this happens is that the lighting configuration memory management is done solely through the application instead of the devices hardware/embedded-software because of the more complex capabilities in certain lighting effects offered in the new version. Ideally we would like the devices to keep the last configuration set. An alternative
Hello, so I started to have this problem where, when if Razer Synapse is turned off I can switch all the original dpi's and all that stuff, but when I turn it on whatever I do it's the same before I turned it on, for example 800 dpi and it's not possible to switch it to any other whatever you do it's the same, I tried Synapse 3 and 2 and it's the same thing. My mouse is a Razer Deathadder Elite.
[Don't know if this should be here or in the general Razer Support forum. Mods, please feel free to move it if it is a better fit elsewhere.] I have a Naga Chroma that is not able to play some MMOs on a Mac because it requires some keybinds (for example, Ctrl-1 by holding down the control button AND the 1 button at the same time. I have determined, both with the Mac's Keyboard Viewer AND the xev tool in X11 (now called XQuartz), that even with the modifier buttons (control, alt, shift, command) remaining pressed down, when you press (say) the number 1 button on the side of the mouse, the system no longer thinks the modifier key is pressed. In other words, even when Ctrl is held down, pressing '3' on the side of the mouse sends the game a '3', not a 'Control-3'. Using the combo entirely on the keyboard works; if I press the 3 on the keyboard I get Ctrl-3, but when I use the mouse button for '3', I get only 3. Is there any fix or workaround for this? (Not to mention that the Syn
I've had many keyboards and mice from Razer but I really am now fed up, it is not your hardware, it is your software Razer Synapse. Ever since version 3 came out I have had so many irritating issues that I just now decided to move on to another brand. As I see it, a driver for a keyboard/mouse should not be seen or heard but for some reason, your software constantly needs attention. I have had issues with Razer 2 and 3 installed in parallel, at some point receiving multiple updates of the driver like every day - where I every time need to enter the password, you cant remember it? macros that are not loading, keybaords not showing up in Razer central, sometimes mouse dpi button not working and so on. I also sometimes see the driver take 13% of CPU time while doing something. It is not only on one PC, I have had this issue on several PCs Seriously life is just too short for this So long. PS. Sorry for the rant, but FFS get your act together.
Hello, I would like to share my project that I had been working on. Some of you who are interested in AI might have heard of the term "Clustering" This project is simple. All the pheperials react to screen colours using clustering. By using my PyPheperials project, it would be possible to set LED colours whether it is Corsair or Razer. Here are some demos. (Might need some time for loading...) Demo #1 : Night Vision Demo #2 : Flash Bang Demo #3 : Blood I am quite new to this forum. So, if my post violates any of forum rules, please let me know. I will modify as soon as possible. Contact me via my email : firstname.lastname@example.org If, you are interested , please check my GitHub. https://github.com/gooday2die/pypheperial
i own razer kraken and right after formatting my machine the razer surround pro app is no longer active on my account, requesting an activation code to use surround after installing synapse, even though i use the app normally hours before... How can I do synapse 2.0 work since I lost my activation code? Shouldn't the code be "saved" in my account since I have a razer product?
