Hello, I'm from vietnam last month I bought your product from a retailer! Razer Blade 15 Advanced 2020 RZ09-03305E43, then I reset the pc and it turned off and didn't power on, and no power light on! currently my computer is faulty, I took it to the repair center, they removed the chipset to check but it didn't fix it. Can I send my computer to RAZER in Singapore or Malaysia to fix it? Thanks

Hi, I've been using a Blade 15 Base 2021 (RTX 2060) since it was out, and since the first days it was an airplane. Now, I didn't care back than, but now when I take it to work, the first thing I do when I open it is lower the fan speed manually on Synapse because it makes more noise than anyone's laptop and very noticeable in a meeting. Everyone is kinda making fun of Razer due to that. I've seen ppl talking about the problem on all models around mine, and that there are some BIOS updates that should fix it. Has anyone been able to solve it? Fans are clean, and the problem was since day 1. Please, don't lock the thread like you did to everyone else without any solution. Help!

I'm planning to get a new PC monitor this year for the new Modern Warfare 2. Since it's already 2 years since the Raptor was released, if there's any rumors about a new Razer monitor I'd hold my wallet until the new one releases. Otherwise I'm just going to buy the old Raptor.

The factory SSD on my "razer blade 2018 rz09-02705" failed. I had to buy a new SSD and then install windows 11. Since the old failed SSD had the factory recovery installer on it, I had to install w11 from a MS w11 install file, thus all the drivers did not come along. When I look at Device Manager I see items are flagged with an exclamtion mark as needing drivers, but from looking at: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3640/~/razer-blade-15%E2%80%9D-base-%282018%29-%7C-rz09-02705-support it is not clear which drivers I am missing. I ran windows updates and also intel's driver updater and still those items are flagged. Which drivers am I missing?

So I recently upgraded my RAM to 64gb on t force delta rgb TUF. I originally had two sticks of 16x2 and then doubled that. However i got the original sticks a couple years back and maybe the new ones are different? They are exactly the same model but a slightly different skew number i think. The computer did have to do a RAM reboot sequence when I started it after putting in the two sticks but it was working fine. However now during loading screens and some intensive games, my youtube videos lag on my other monitor.

I recently got a Razer Edge Pro 128gb model off eBay with some issues. Bad battery of course and none of the accessories. However the biggest issue is the apparently corrupted SSD. This was stated in the ad but I'm not sure how to deal with it. I have tried getting into the bios to set to boot from an external drive but have only been able to get into the bios screen once. Not sure what I did to get in either. I've seemingly tried all the function keys on a keyboard I have plugged in but all I get is a EFI Shell prompt. Does anyone know for sure what key combo gets into the bios screen on this?

Hi, I currently want to upgrade my SSD and RAM in my (Mid-2021) Razer Blade 15 Advanced Edition, but I keep getting mixed messages and confused about which one I should get. I checked the bios, and it doesn't show XMP, which means I probably won't get the full speed, 3200mhz if I upgrade the ram. As for the storage, it is believed that the SSD needs to be a specific size to upgrade. Can anyone give me suggestions as to which is the best to buy?

Hello! Just got my Razer Blade 17 (mid 2021) everything works perfectly but one thing. I have an apple thunderbolt display, i planned on using it with the razer when i'm home to use it like a desktop in a bigger screen, but it's not working at all. The display works perfectly with a macbook pro, i've read online about people having this same issue, if someone has found a solution please tell me! I'm using apple thunderbolt 2 to thunderbolt 3 adapter, maybe that's a problem since the razer blade 17 has thunderbolt 4, i don't know. I've read about trying to disable thunderbolt security but i don't know how to do that, in the BIOS settings i only found one thunderbolt setting and it was to disable thunderbolt. Hello! I'm looking to buy a sleek and powerful laptop and finally ended up deciding it will most probably be a Razer Book 13. I heard that Razer doesn't disclose release dates and I wonder if I should just go ahead and order the current 11th gen Intel i5 or wait for the probably around the corner 12th gen release? What do you think?

I just purchased the new blade 17 and decided to add an additional SSD to the second port. I accidentally pulled out the two wires that were near the slot and now the modem won't work, so I'm assuming that those wires had something to do with the modem. Does anyone have a photo to show where I can connect those wires to? Or directions on how to activate it? Thank you

I have a Razer Blade Stealth 13” Intel 8550U (2017) | RZ09-0239E31. The battery for my machine recently stopped charging. I replaced the battery in the hope that a new one would charge successfully but unfortunately that did not work. The new battery does not charge, and after its initial charge ran down I am now resigned to using the machine without a battery, powered directly using the original stock charger. The system has not been used for gaming or any other resource-intensive activities. It is mostly used for browsing the web and creating documents. There was no evidence of battery bloat. My primary reason for purchase was the form factor and the (presumed) build quality. I have tried the following to no avail: Uninstalling the batter drivers Using a different 65W charger If possible, I would very much like to bring it back to life so that I can once again charge a battery and am able to the machine on-the-go. Hi I am running 3 external 4 k monitors on my razerbook all at 60 Hz. I am getting occasional flickering of the 4k monitor attached to the HDMI port. That screen goes black for about 3 seconds and then returns to normal. It happens maybe once an hour. I tried changing the cable and using a different HDMI port on the monitor. I tried another monitor. Same thing. I took a look at the Intel Graphics command center for that display and see it is set to YCBCR_420 at 60 Hz. If I try to switch to RGB or YCBCR_444, the max supported refresh rate is 30 Hz. So I am thinking running YCBCR_420 at 60 Hz is hitting some internal bandwidth limitation occasionally. I am currently trying running at 59p to see if that prevents the flickering. But I am confused because the specs say this is an HDMI 2.0 port and from this table HDMI 2.0: Specification Overview & Frequently Asked Questions | Extron, as long as I am using 8 bit color, then even RGB and YCBCR_444 should be supported at 60 Hz. Got a good deal on a RB 14 Late 2021 5900HX + RTX 3080. Leather look D brand skin. I still have my Macbook pro 14 M1 Pro and oh man the quality differences and performance (when using lightroom or video editing programs) and battery life differences!! Speaker quality on the Macbook by far is beast compared to the RB. M1 Pro chip by far is way more snappy when using programs like lightroom photo editing, battery life on the M1 Pro is much better! But the Blade takes the cake for gaming of course and show! MUST NEED RGB! I find myself taking the blade around with me just incase I need to kill time and do a little gaming but its rare! I love that is it a powerful laptop that can also game on and it is more versatile! Not like Apple you kind of have to stick with that eco system. Razer blade will do find editing but I do prefer the more snappy performance and the screen on the Macbook! If I were to have to choose one or the other it would be a hard one! 05-24-2022 For those who have issues with Razer Blade takes time to Boot, Restarts Several Times before Booting, Time & Date are not up-to-date, & Bios Settings keep reverting back to default settings. This is commonly caused by our CMOS Battery, some laptops use CMOS battery, Coin cell Battery, or Wristwatch battery. however other Manufacturers don't use CMOS batteries. To fix it, you can buy CMOS Battery, you have to open the laptop and check which type. as far as my Razer Blade uses it is CR1220 / ML1220 Coin Cell Battery. You can purchase it online that has a wire directly, or you can peel the plastic and remove the connector for negative, and positive terminals and place the new battery. make sure to check the negative & positive on the battery. there are several youtube video tutorials regarding CMOS batteries. See attached CMOS battery this can be purchased online or at any Computer Shop, make sure to select the correct size. however, you can still use any Big or Small CMOS

Has anyone had any experience with using this dock with an Alienware Laptop? I heard they can't use the passthrough charging feature. It's not a deal breaker for me as long as everything else works. Alienware 17 R5 with a 1070.

Hi I've recently suffered from the dreaded performance hit post patch. The game was running beautifully at 60+fps, but post patch it seemed to drop dramatically, even with the 'hotfix' posted by Nvidia. It wasn't until today that I have finally figured out what was causing it, and now my fps is back up to what it was earlier, in all its glory. If you're currently using Razer Cortex to 'boost' your system. Don't. Go into the options in Cortex and turn off auto boost. Set it to manual, and make sure its off. All my stutters, and fps issues have gone, when I don't boost my system using Cortex.

Good morning all! I just recently bought razer kunai chroma fans and the razer hanbo chroma cpu cooler to go with the razer tomahawk computer. On my motherboard, there are only two usb ports that can power those devices (USB C to 9 pin), is there a way to power on my tower's LEDs, as well as everything else together?
