Hi there, I just ordered a Razer Blade Stealth (2017) and am very excited to start working with it. I have purchased a 1TB NVME drive to replace the stock 256gb one with. I am aware that this may void my warranty. What I want to know is - Is there any reason not to install a fresh version of Windows (from Microsoft) on this drive? Windows 10 is pretty good at finding drivers automatically, and the Razer website has drivers available. I know several people have posted drive-cloning tutorials, but I would rather just install windows normally and skip all those cloning steps. Has anyone performed a clean install of Windows 10 on a Razer Blade stealth? Did you have any issues? Thanks, Ryan

I'm about to place the order thru the website on the new Razer Blade 15 2080maxq, and then found out that Razer crippled their old 8750h model to 45w cpu power limit. (Lack of confidence with their cooling system I guess???) So the question is, what about the new 9750h model? Did Razer cripple this one as well? I don't want to spend $3000, and then find out the cpu is 20% worse than the other competitors. Thanks

Hey all. I'm trying to figure out how to undervolt this new Blade Stealth. It was piece of cake on my 2017 Blade 14, but so far XTU refuses to install ("platform not supported"), Throttlestop refuses to open ("mfc120u.dll was not found"). Any ideas? Cheers

ok so basically my laptop was running linux and everything was going fine, but when my friend sold the laptop to me i formatted the laptop and installed windows on it with all the correct drivers from the site, but my speakers weren't working and the earphone sound quality was absolute ass, for example when listening to music the vocals are lower than the instruments and the bass is distorted af, I've tried basically every troubleshooting method ik and with no sign of the issue being resolved i reset the laptop again and installed all the correct drivers but again i face the same issue pleaseee help me $5 paypal to anyone that can resolve my issue lol

I bought Razer blade 15 recently with 1070 gpu and 1080p screen. Because the camera issue I already got a new replacement. But unfortunately the replacement had the same camera issue. The real time footage captured by front camera blinks every once in a while. The problem second one is, after I restart the laptop, the logo won’t be light for sure. I am not sure if this is related to the latest software update from either Razer or Windows. I wonder if somebody else also encounter the same two problems. I doubt they are related to software instead of hardware issues.

Hello, how would one clean their computer I have a Razer Blade Stealth (2018). I was in shop class and u=using it to research some things when a guy split the gasoline and flung drops of it all over my computer. What should i do other than use water and a paper towel?

There is a thread about this (locked) issue that could probably solve my problem (assuming it is not DOA) but the pictures are missing in the thread and I cannot tell where the sensor is. Does anyone have pics or more detailed instructions of where this sensor is and what may need to be bent a bit?

So I believe I may have found a solution that has seemed to have fixed the speakers on my Blade Stealth 2019. Before the speakers were crackling all the time (like many others have experienced). I went to Realteks site (link posted) and got the latest driver for a 64 bit system. https://www.realtek.com/en/component/zoo/category/pc-audio-codecs-high-definition-audio-codecs-software Steps taken: Uninstalled all realtek drivers using the R2.73 installer (yes, there are probably other ways that work as well, just stating what worked for me) Rebooted my system Aborted R2.73 Installer from continuing Installed latest Realtek Driver Rebooted system again Complete Hopefully this helps you guys as well, so far it seems to be working on my laptop.

Well, it's now 2019, 20 series mobile graphics cards are officially unveiled, and Razer has refreshed 2 of its 3 laptop models in the past year; the Blade 15 and, more recently, the Blade Stealth. So, what's the deal with the Blade Pro? The Blade 15 has been updated 3 separate times since the summer of last year. People have been practically begging for a Blade Pro refresh for a while now, so when can we expect one (if even at all)? It's the oddball of the Razer trilogy currently, being the only one out of the trio rocking outdated hardware and designs, and is overdue for a nice refresh like the other two (imho). What do you guys think?

I wonder why the front Razer logo on the laptops are not chroma. I mean I have chroma on keyboard, razer phone 2, mouse everything, but not on the laptop logo why?

I would love to get 64gb ram on this thing. Is there a custom bios floating around, or is that even possible? Technically the 8750h supports 64gb ram, is it a hardware mobo limit? Thanks!

Hello I am having some problems with a razer blade 15 with a 2080 and my razercore X with a 1080TI. Every time I plug my 1080TI the 2080 gets disabled, if I revert the drivers it disables the 1080Ti. I want to use both cards at the same time for GPU rendering on Redshift and Octane. Does anyone knows a workaround on this problem? Thanks, Enric

Hi all, i've received my Razer Blade 15 RTX2060 yesterday. In the beginning i didn't hear any noises during surfing/office work. But later i noticed a noise (not the fans), kinda like an old HDD working, with nearly every operation i did with the laptop, e.g. right click, opening a program and so on. Is this some sort of coil whine? I know that a gaming laptop is not that quiet but still, don't know if i can get used to this.

HI All, I am new to the gaming scene and am wondering if anyone out there is using a powered USB hub for extra USB 3.0 ports? (Looking at the Powered j5Create 7 USB Port Hub). Hello I had a question if I were to buy a core x with a rtx 2070/2080 would there be performance or connectivty issues or would the laptop and the core work together. I was wondering because my blade pro has cooling issues and is no longer under warranty and figured the core x would help. Also if a core x is installed to a blade Pro with 4k can you run a monitor on 144hz or would it still be limited to 60hz Thank you sorry for all the questions

Just installed my Core V2 to run with my 2019 Razer Blade Stealth, and want to know if having the lid closed on the stealth will present cooling issues. Does the cooling also use keyboard vents or just the underbody vents? So far system temps seem normal.

Is there any difference in the quality of the speakers used in the 2019 Razer Blade 15 Advanced vs. the 2018 version of this laptop?

I've been looking to get the graphics model for a few months and checking in on it today it seems that there's no "new" stock coming to amazon.fr, the option to buy new is entirely grayed out even. This could be miscommunication from razer to amazon, amazon itself or just the way these things work, but from what I remembered they notified you when stock is underway. If my assumption is correct then it would make sense commercially and stuff, but its really unfortunate for people wanting an azerty keyboard and the more interesting local pricing. Anyway, hope that was somewhat interesting.

Check out my unboxing, its enjoyable entertaining fun! A superb PC case from Lian has been RAZERED! A lot of people like me have a PC, laptop (Razer Blade 15 4k), Keyboard, Phone and more. A big thing for Razer is the Synapse colour system which is great but what about us more Desktop bound folk? No point in Razer making a PC but what about the aesthetics of a RAZER? This is where the joint venture between Razer and Lian comes in.

My question is basically what drivers do I download and where do I get them? I'm new to PC's. Also anything I should do to test to make sure my laptop doesn't have any issues?

If anyone is having issues with laptop freezing up while using Lightroom or any other editing programs I found the problem! I was desperate to get this problem fixed so I had to RMA my laptop and they could not get the laptop to freeze, so there was nothing to fix. I figured out the problem it was nvidia drivers, I ued DDU and instead of going to nvidia for drivers I just used the update through windows and it does not freeze anymore while using lightroom! hope it helps who ever has this issue! bluescreen of death is related to POWER DRAW something and watchdog or something like that, but it was just Geforce experience or the new drivers.
