Ive had this headset for about 3 years now and i never knew it had bluetooth or something until i saw a reel today and now im trying to connect my headset via bluetooth and its not showing up

Hi I'd like to know about Viper V3 hyperspeed mouse before buying it. Could you help me? Is it possible to connect it to 2 or 3  d'ongles (2.4), not simultaneously, in order to use it with 2 or 3 computers, with are in different rooms ? I precise I only want to connect to one computer each time, by moving the mouse in another room if I work with another computer witch has his own dongle.Thank you!!

Hello. Recently got a new Blade 16 with 4080 (2023) and an Odyssey G6 Oled. The monitor has freesync premium but no gsync. UFOTest is saying Unable to VSYNC. I tried a usb-c to DP, and hdmi. I tried switching to only dGPU on bios. Still the same.On my Blade 14, vsync on the external works.What is wrong? I've already reinstalled the OS because I upgraded my storage.

Ive owned 4 Nagas in my life, and 3 of them had problems with the cursor not staying in place when you lift the mouse off of the mousepad. One was fine but eventually started having these issues, and two was «born» with them. I remember this was solveable by calibrating the mouse, but who wants to do that every time they power on their computer? 

Just updated to Synapse 4 and currently use DAV3 Pro and DS2 Pro TKL. I'm currently using the DAV3 multi dongle to connect the keyboard as well. Seems like RGB settings won't save on or even apply when connected via dongle. All seems fine when connected via cable. I've updated firmware on everything, but the issue persists. Synapse 3 was working fine T_T. Anyone else have similar issue? 

Is there a difference in polling rates between playing wireless and wired on an xbox x? From what i saw previously is that xbox caps it at 250 anyway.I play a lot of apex on high sens so i want it to feel as responsive as possible.Basically is there a benefit to playing with the wire pluggedin? besides the controller having louder volume. 

So I’ve had these headphones for a while now, and I’ve noticed a ringing noise they emit They’re corded razed kitty headphones I’ve tried everything the website recommends and nothing works I’ve reinstalled the razer audio drivers, I’ve tried updating them, I’ve disabled my mic and the lights, ive set them as the default Input device, I’ve turned off surround sound and all the special settings and the ringing WONT GO AWAY It’s giving me a headache and I feel like I’m going crazy, does anyone know what to do? 

My Water fell on my keyboard and i instantly clean it , after some time I turn on my keyboard and some of keycaps didnt show RGB color , I also did update on Razer software and IT didnt help

I bought my Seiren X a couple years ago and it worked well. Since one year though the cable has a loosen contact, so I have a lot of problems with it.I tried using different cables but somehow my pc can’t recognize it, even though they also are USB-A to micro USB.Does anyone else have a solution?

How is it that Synapse 3.0 doesn’t have support for MacOS? Can we get a version of synapse 3.0 for Mac. 2.0 is only supported by old versions of MacOS and the third party app on GitHub doesn’t work too well. Why isn’t this built already? Why are you alienating half of your user base?

I know they catch a lot of flak in here from folks, but just wanted to chime in to say that Microsoft basically bricked my WiFi with a crappy update, and the support folks through the pinned post here were excellent in helping me troubleshoot this and get to a solution. Thanks guys for helping me solve a problem someone else made. 

I have recently purchased the Razer Barracuda to replace my old headset. I have fairly severe hearing loss in one ear so need to adjust the balance to accomodate this. Unfortunately, after plugging the transceiver into my PC and setting up the headset with Synapse, I have been unable to find the balance controls that usually reside in the control panel, it just simply does not exist for the transceiver audio device. As you can seee below, the Balance button is missing. This effectively renders the headset useless to me and unfortunately, I need to return it. I am wondering which of the razer headsets support balance control as I describe. I have a bad feeling that each of the wireless and usb headsets may suffer from this problem. In which case, I would need to pass up synapse features and fall back to using 3.5 cabled headsets that plug directly into my motherboard where I have free reign over the balance control. My question to the community is which of the following headset

Hello, I have the following problem. My keyboard has always worked without any problems. However, last month the keys "Q,W,E,R,T,Z,U,I,O,P,Ü" stopped working. You press them and they light up, but no input is made. The other keys work without any problems. The last time I was away from the computer for a while out of frustration, and suddenly the keys started working again. Now the same problem has occurred again. I have googled and tried everything possible.

Hello all. I just bought a Razer Kraken V3 for the first time. I’m having an issue where after setting it up in Synapse, anytime I reset my PC, or even close the program, it seems to totally wipe the settings I’ve made back to default. On PC startup, everything is back to default settings, and I can’t for the love of me figure out how to get a profile to stick. I’ve tried making a few profiles, but even swapping profiles just sets them back to default and not saves them.When I open Synapse on startup, it’s just back to these, no matter how much I toggle and enter my settings again.Clicking the mic on/off button on the physical headset doesn’t toggle the Microphone setting there like it should, and I keep setting it to 60 volume, and it defaults back to 0. My mic EQ keeps disappearing too, there’s just nothing there? Does anyone know what I can do or try to fix this issue? I just got this headset new today, and it just will not keep my settings… 

Hi, I bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X but I have problem with the product where the item is already registered, but not under my Razer ID, which means I can't get the activation code via my email to activate the 7.1 surround sound features. I looked around in the Razer community for a fix. How do I fix this problem? Please help

I’ve been through two blackwidows that have had the lights stop functioning (and multiple keys stop functioning on each), so I’m wary about getting another razer keyboard, but the snap tap thing sounds intriguing…Is it worth the risk and the money? Has anyone here used it yet?PS: Why do people keep saying it’s banned?

Purchased my RAZER BASILISK V3 PRO last June 2024 and just yesterday the left mouse click button is not working all button functions seems to work. Tried fixing it with PC restart,  Explorer restart, device manager uninstall and install. Razer synapse uninstall and install and cleaning it with compressed air. Also tried using it on another device but still no left click.

I’ve been buying Razer products since the first Deathadder and was wondering what other peeple have bought as well?I’ve had 4 Deathadders, 2 Blackwidows, and 2 Man-o-wars! Loved all of them!How about you?
