The Razer Armory

Hi! I have a problem with a Razer keyboard. It's a model Ornata V3. So when I want to type a '3' from the numpad the number doesn't show up on the screen and what is the weirdest - keyboard registers the press of the key. Whats even more weirder, when the Windows starts I can easly use the '3' to type a password (the situation is the same when I use the hot key WIN+L). Also when I changed the settings in Razer Synapse 'When click 3 turns on the calculator' It also works propetly. Just a moments after logging to my acc I can use the '3' from Numpad in notepad but just after a few seconds it stops working once again. All of the Keyboard Drivers are updated and current, the hard reset of them also doesn't work. I've already tried to plug the keyboard to other USB ports, I've turned off the program completely, tried to uninstall and install once again - all for nothing. If someone have any idea how to fix it - or maybe had the same problem I'd be very grateful for help.

I have windows playback disabled and every other app (OBS, Discord, CS2, esc) with the ability to play my mic back to me closed and that feature disabled and I still can hear myself. If I press the physical mute button of course I cant but I want to not have hear myself when playing games or just doing anything. I also cannot update the firmware as when it tells me to plug my headset in, even after unplugging and replugging in, trying different usb ports and everything, the “UPDATE” button stays greyed out. May I add that all off this came completely randomly and everything was working normally earlier and I changed nothing, all I did was watch ONE YouTube vid before closing Opera and walking away. My headset cord and USB has no damage or anything so nothing makes sense. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers and the device itself but that didn't work, even with the device uninstalled from the system via device manager I could still hear myself thru playback. Hi, I bought this headset (Blarkshark V2 Pro 2023) on Amazon thinking that it has bluetooth, and according to the manual the headset has a button on it to allow you to switch between the dongle connectivity or bluetooth mode. I don’t know whether im missing something but my headset doesn’t appear to have this button and so I can’t work out, if I even can, get the bluetooth working so that I can use the headset with my phones bluetooth. Thanks in advance!

Hello everyoneI’m creating this thread because I recently ran into a problem with my BlackWidow Elite keyboard; as I was using it a few days ago, I suddenly noticed a subtle smell of smoke, which immediately became more intense. I then checked out the motherboard of my PC, and saw that the plastic around the two USB ports of the keyboard were literally melting; I immediately disconnected the cables and switched off the computer. After some minutes, I turned the computer on again and procceeded to check if the rest of the peripherals still worked properly, and thank god they did. However, the keyboard wasn’t functioning anymore (as expected, after the USB ports had burned) and now I’m here.Does anybody have any idea of what could have happened? It doesn’t seem like the motherboard is broken or anything (the computer itself is doing fine), however I am uncertain of whether the damages in the keyboard are merely in the cables or have reached the inner circuits.Here are a couple pictures o

Hey guys I currently have a DA elite for about 4 years and I'm thinking about upgrading but I have two options nowViper or DA v3Which one would u choose? Viper is way cheaper and da v3 is gonna cost me more but I'm afroid that going for Viper isn't going to be a decent upgrade. Thansk!

I recently bought a Razer Blade 18 2024. Everything was fine, but now there is a problem with the sound. The sound just disappears, YouTube doesn't load, no sound at all tú from the speakers. I don't know how to solve this problem. When I turn on Windows there is sound, but after a couple of minutes it disappears. What do I do? I reinstalled Windows 11, nothing helped. 

When synapse is on, it returns to normal, and I can use the onboard profile for a while. But after some time, may be hours, or triggered by the disconnection to the PC, the onboard profile looks like disappeared. It feel like just unboxed. Sometimes only the wheel configuration is lost (reset to default 5 types, lost the costomized one), but all other key bindings are still there. Can somebody help to solve the problem?

As indicated in the title, I just want to know if this certain product is supported to use THX spatial audio.Moreover, when I play WoW, some of the sound effects like summoning a mount cannot be heard. It was okay at first when I started playing the game but it just suddenly happened. I use the THX Environmental  mode for WoW. I have already uninstalled and installed both the game and synapse 3.This issue is persistent and it’s bugging me.Can somebody please help?

Hi, I was thinking about buying a razer blade. But i don't want to pay for windows licence.Razer is kinda vague. But other OEM vendors do refund only windows licence.Is there a possibility i can return only licence without returning whole laptop? 

Hi I’m asking thus because I have tried everything I have gave up and I need help. I have tried for days and found nothin. The scroll wheel works perfectly fine but it’s doing nothin in the settings so I’m not sure if it’s a Xbox problem or a mic problem. I have look online too and they all talking about wired headsets and not wireless headsets. I need some help please 

Been using SignalRGB as my primary RGB software and reWASD as my macro option because SignalRGB does in fact enable 2 x ARGB at once, and without paying I can use reWASD to macro my stuff better. So why can’t Razer finally make their own software detect 2 of the same device and allow us to map them out individually?

Hello Guys,I have a big Problem the title can sayed who i updatet the firmware the BT and the 2,4 switch under dosent work anymore so that mouse dont light up and search and on 2,4 when i put that directly on USB with cable thank works i tried so many things can i downgrade the firmware? Thanks guys

Its kind of exactly what the title says. Im looking for a replacement dongle for my Razer Nari Ultimate but I cant find anywhere to buy it other than second hand sellers like eBay and such.

so i don't know how but my dongle for my Razer Nari Ultimate's is not connecting and it just connects for a split second and then goes out just as fast over and over again and i was wondering what i should do to get it fixed because it works perfectly fine with the cord and i cant find anything online to resolve this issue

First. The first row of keys (tyuiop) wasn't working so I attempted a hard reset (esc + caps + space bar) and now the keyboard isn't responding at all. Lights just go and come. 

hello. im looking to switch from gaming controller to a keyboard and mouse due to having unusually large hands. i was wondering if anyone would be kind enough to tell me about the two keyboards i have me eyes on which is the razer huntsman or the tartarus. the question being are they compatible on xbox series x/s and if so are eitherbackwards compatible.? meaning can i play say last gen console games with them. TIA for any help
