For some reason after a while the mute button on my Razer Barracuda X headphones stop muting my microphone. The only way to mute it is to push the button in very hard and keep holding it. Is there anyway to fix it?

My keyboard keeps spamming randomly how do I fix this 

Hello,I have a problem with the drivers for the Razer Blackshark v2 pro 2023. When I'm not in Discord, everything works. When I'm in Discord, everything runs smoothly if nobody is talking to me. If someone tries to talk to me, the headset completely escalates. Volume fluctuations from extremely quiet to extremely loud. I then can't hear the person I'm talking to at all. I can then see on the blue ring that the person is speaking in their name. But nothing works anymore. If I close the game (in this case Assetto Corsa Competizione), everything works again. Can anyone help me? Does anyone have a tip? As it is at the moment, I'll probably have to send the headset back.

When i try to redeem my razer gold pin and buy anything, it just says "Invalid PIN". No error code, nothing. And when i use the pin validator from razer to check if the pin is good, it shows me the pin's balance and other things (the pin is not partially spent, it has the initial value). Any help? 

Anyone ever have issues where their top plate tries to pop up on the base station. 

I have the same Problem with my Huntsman since the day I bought it of Amazon. So My problem is that i cant use my ``@`` key. I always need to copy it from the Internet so i can enter my Mails and stuff like that. I tried everything from reinstalling synapse to reinstalling windows. Pls help me.

Hello there,my razer naga pro v1 scroll wheel button was starting double clicking lately, when i close a browser with multiple tab sometimes close 2 tab at once. just use it about 8 monthcan we rma the mice in this case?

I have owned probably 5 or 6 of the Razer Naga Pro mice and the 12 button attachment ALWAYS malfunctions after 6-12 months. Some of the keys will double click or the button stops working entirely. It’s a little ridiculous to pay over 100$ for a mouse that only last 6 months. Does anyone else have issues with the Naga Pro? Does razer replace the 12 button attachments? I love this mouse but I can’t afford to replace it so often. 

It has been a few business days and there is still no sign of a reply. What can i do to get my case replied?

I bought a Blackshark V2 X and for whatever reason it doesn't register when plugged into any port on my computer, with and without the splitter. I had a USB converter from my old HyperX headset which makes it work, but means my PC and Synapse see is as a HyperX and not a Blackshark. Is there a way to get Synapse to register my Blackshark while using the HyperX converter or do I need a Razer brand USB converter? 

Razer blade 15 advanced, 3080ti. When I play Diablo with external display it's like 120fps with high video preset in game But without external monitor it's running 70fps with low preset.I've tested with Optimus in/off, CPU/GPU boost mode, physx setting in NVIDIA control panel and none make much difference.Any help is appreciated please!

Hi, was looking into a proper all in one mixer for my 2 pc rig and I already have a lot of razer equipment so I figured if I somehow make it work it would be a nice extra addition. So my question is i know it says dual PC works but will it work in the way I need ? I basically need audio from my gaming PC going to stream PC and also be able to hear audio from my streaming pc on the mixer. Is this possible with this equipment? Would like to simplify my current setup.

I received these headphones a few days ago. and straight out of the box, the Bluetooth was terrible, it would crackle and cut in and out, and there is this constant static when Bluetooth is enabled. it was a massive disappointment considering how much I spent on them. and so I plugged in the aux cable, and it sounds like a dream. there's no problems using the aux. however! looking back at recordings and feedback from the online games has told me my mic sounds super good quality! but is very intermittent at times. but the biggest problem was that they can just hear everything I can hear. almost like my driver wires are also being routed through the mic? I did some online research and thought maybe I needed to update the drivers. however they were already had the newest firmware. so I looked at the settings played around a little. even factory reset the driver settings and it only made things worse. I’m looking at two options with a subset of one option for streaming, looking for help and support where possible. Looking to stream off one computer (components below), planning on having multiple sound channels; audio/music, discord, game, stream, as the audio channels. Is the razer stream controller optimal for a full stream manager including managing the different audio channels or would I also need the razer audio mixer to control the audio channels whilst in the stream?  plan is to have wireless headset for audio playback and mic already have the razer camera via usb I’m planning to use a razer capture card as wellProcessor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-14900K   3.20 GHzRam: 64.0 GB (63.8 GB usable)GeForce RTX 4090 SUPRIM LIQUID X 24GMAG Z790 TOMAHAWK MAX WIFI All of the same questions from #1 but looking to use a second computer to stream. Hello! so i am going to be purchasing the Razer BlackWidow V4 75%, i am wondering if Zjmehty Kailh Box Navy switches will, 1 be compatible with this device, and 2 if it will effect the brightness of the RGB and or is it compatible with this RGB type, this will be my first time ever customizing a keyboard so im not all too familiar with compatibility, any feedback would be nice!

Hello guys, I have Razer Blackwidow Tournament Edition chroma v2 which has key issues for quite some time. I had the problems even when in warrantee, I didn’t got support from Razer as I think they know what crappy products they have :( What I did so far is a perfect clean by washing all keys, cleaning the KB and now it looks like brand new but unfortunately those few keys are still spamming. My next solution to revive it is to buy some yellow switches and replace them, but I have a few questions:Original KB is with yellow switches gen.1 while the ones on the market are gen.3 - are they same in size Does the different generations have different backlight color intensity as I don’t want to see the odd keys in there Where i can find original wrist rest replacement for the KB - TKL one, not sure if there are other widths of this KBI would be grateful if you can help me there. I went to register my headphone for me. I get surround sound and when I enter all the parameters it tells me that you have already registered your headphone and I did not register it. I want a solution, please.

Basically, my problem is that I will have the mouse connected with bluetooth with no problems, but then I’ll be inactive with it for like 10 minutes or so, and then it just disconnects and won’t pair until i manually go into window settings, forget the device and reconnect it. It’s not the end of the world, but it’s very inconvenient. Is there a way I can stop it from doing that? I’ve already updated the drivers
