The Razer Armory

Hey there :3Viper ultimate is completely unresponsive, there has been an issue over the past two weeks with the mouse briefly loosing connection and today it went dead without warning. The color on the top still blinks but all buttons and mouse movement is gone. I reinstalled all drivers, reinstalled synapse. I attempted to install an update but it no longer tracks as wired. It still charges, but my laptop doesn’t register it as a mouse.  Anything I can do?

1 year and 3 days ago (2/13/2023), I received my Basilisk v3, it has been my favourite mouse for more than a year until today (2/16/2024), it was rendered unresponsive. I left it on my desk overnight unplugged. The next morning I plugged it in, the lights didn't come up, and was unresponsive and did not connect. I connected the mouse to other laptops and pcs sadly, same thing, no lights, unresponsive. That night I remember playing Minecraft with my bros and the mouse was working perfectly fine. The mouse has suffered a few light falls but wasn't fazed a bit and still worked smoothly. I remember putting the mouse in my bag to go to my friends house for the weekend but it has no visible damage on the exterior.I haven't managed to take it apart yet to see the insides, and the USB and cord are all intact. I searched for common issues on razer support but I didn't find anything helpful to this case.So I decided to turn to the community and ask for your opinion, what do you think the problem

Fortunately, I received my new Huntsman mini v3 keyboard today. Everything works as it should, but I have a problem with setting the gaming mode. I heard that you have to activate the mode with FN + U on the 60% keyboard. However, this only switches off the PC or puts it into sleep mode. I would like to know the reason for this and would be very happy to receive an answer.

Is there a guide on laptop colour profiles for razer blade 16 OLED (2024)? There are quite a few options and its confusing. Which should be used by default? 

Hello!Am I the only one, that doesn’t have the "Razer Audio Controller - THX Spatial Synapse" option anymore in Windows audio options, after the lates synapse update?Currently using Razer Kraken’s Tournament Edition. Without this setting, everything sound so awful! Is there a way to get it back, or should we wait for the update from Razer to get this option back? 

I put the polling rate of my baslisk v3 to 1000hz and i used a polling rate tester and it only gives me about 350 hz, what is wrong??

I just consider to buy RAZER RAPTOR monitor. And I already had Leviathan v2.I knew that if your monitor has the android os, Leviathan v2 can be set as a speaker.I just want to know if  RAZER RAPTOR monitor could connect to Leviathan v2 and bypass HDMI sound to Leviathan v2?Thank for the answering.

The mouse jumps into the corner.When I reinstall all drivers with Razer Synapse, everything works fine for 5 minutes.But then I don't know what kind of process turns on and starts throwing the mouse into the right left corner.What could be the problem.I have a Razer viper mini. 

When I cleaned my Razer hammerhead TWS X with alcohol because of earwax, they sound very low. Did I damage the earbuds?

SOLVED - My razor huntsman mini 60% has the hashtag key bound as a slash button. Resetting the keyboard deafults it to this and doesn’t recognise it as an editable key either. Is there anyway to fix this ?

I bought a new gaming laptop. I noticed that I was having audio problems on my HP Victus 16 computer. I wasn't having problems with the sound on my old Acer Nitro 5 computer. I noticed that the volume level is distorted in some games. When the sound is loud, suddenly the sound drops and the sound rises again and repeats itself in the same way. This situation makes me very uncomfortable.  Solution trials;- I uninstalled Synapse, uninstalled the drivers, and then reinstalled Synapse.- I turned off the Automatic Boost in the OMEN Gaming Hub app.- I have uninstalled the HP my volume controls application (MyHP). The Games I've Tried;​​​​​​​- CS2- ETS2- Rocket League

I love this mouse since I have owned it back in May 2021; but recently I’ve noticed the battery is draining very quickly during my gaming sessions. I also noticed no matter how long I have the mouse on the dock or the mouse wired, it will not reach 100% charge but only up to 94%. Today I paid attention to see how quickly the battery would drain and I played for approximately 1.5 hours and it went from 94% to 61% in that short period of time. And from the short few minutes I signed into Razer.com and write this post it is at 55%. Is my mouse toast? Can anything fix this issue? 

Since installing Synapse 3 and using this headset as of last week, I can no longer stream videos to my friends on Discord. If I stream a clip via VLC they hear music and sounds, but no dialogue. And youtube videos are just silent. I tried uninstalling Synapse and going back to my old headset, but its not working either. I assume some setting was changed when this headset installed. Anyone else had the same issue?

I’m looking forward to getting myself a blade 16 to replace my old zephyrus duo. For the 2023 model, I’ve heard several issues about different batches of the miniled panels(either auo or boe). Does the 2024 model receive any miniled panel updates? Also I’ve noticed that miniled is the only option if I would like to go for 64/96 gigs of ram from factory, does that mean the oled panel is inferior compared to the miniled panels?

Hi, some keys (TAB,Q,W,E,R,T,Y,U,I,O,P,[,]) stopped working. The lights still work on them, but nothing happens when I press. Yesterday everything was fine, today as soon as I turned on my laptop they won't work. Please help! - I tried different computer, still the same.- Updated Ryzer Synapse, still the same.- Took out the keys, cleaned everything, nothing chaged..

Hello together,i bought the Razer  Nommo V2 Pro and was first very impressed by this speakers.But as soon as i go ingame there is no Sound from the front direction - every other sound direction works perkfect.This happens in several games, not just one and accurs with or without Razer Synapse startet. Software from Synapse is also up to date. Mono Audio settings from windows does not work. Do you any idea how to fix this?

Here's the thing, I recently bought one of your headsets, the Razer Blackshark V2 Pro (2023) and its microphone doesn't capture the sound well at all, I've already changed the settings in the Razer Synapse App but the microphone is still very low and so they have difficulty hearing me.I would like to know what I can do about this.

Hi, I have a problem. the problem with the microphone in my new razer blackshark v2 x headphones, the microphone is terribly quiet, when trying to make the microphone louder, only electrical noise is heard. When you connect headphones to your phone, the microphone works perfectly. I tried a lot of things, nothing helped, I hope for your help
