My partner has been using Kraken Kitty headphones for almost the last two years that I gave them as a Christmas present. Last week they randomly just stopped working, and won’t work with any of our computers anymore. Contacted Razer support and they told me that since I bought it slightly more than 2 years before (late November 2021), they wouldn’t do anything to me and told me I could get a $10 discount by signing up for their newsletter. I’m pretty annoyed that these headphones totally broke after less than 2 years of normal use and that they’ll do nothing but tell me about a discount that anyone can get anyways. Also will definitely never be buying their headphones again if they can’t even last a reasonable amount of time for $120 

my software dont recognize my mouse.IDK WHY…….i tried everything i re-installed the software,deinstall the driver on the mouse,unplugged it and etc.Please help!

Audio equalizer is not working. Changing preset does not make any difference.Anything under enhancement tab is not working. Bass boost, sound normalization and voice clarity are not working.THX Spatial audio, it is not working too… In demo tab, changing between stereo and thx spatial audio does not make any difference.Changing between stereo and thx spatial audio under sound tab, it does not make any difference too.And the microphone… Mic preview button and enhancement settings are not working.Things I’ve done: uninstalled the software, used driver cleanup tool to clean drivers, removed every single razer file/folder, removed every single razer and thx device from the device manager, did a reset from synapse>settings tab. Recently I had a problem in cyberpunk 2077, the mouse cursor was duplicated on both monitors. I was told that the problem was with the mouse and that this had happened before with Raser devices. In the device manager, I discovered that the Razer Ornata v2 keyboard is duplicated in the mouse and keyboard section, but it seems to me that it should only be in the keyboard section. How to fix the problem?

I am currently fixing my razer blackwidow elite due to a broken switch. I have gone to remove the deck and a couple of the screws have corroded due to its age and use so I was looking to replace these as removing them will make them unusable again.

Hi there, I’m searching for a new mousepad to replace my QCK who I am very used to it ( I just don’t like his stopping power which is almost none ) I searching for a control mouse pad, with good/medium stopping power although not muddy nor Super slow. Preferably with similar speed like the QCK - Balanced speed; more for slow side, then to the speed side. Mainly I play CS, and sometimes Valorant. So basically will be for these FPS, where control is essencial, but also stopping power, precision and micro-adjusments. Can someone give advices about good mousepads to choose ?  Would I can get a Razer mouse pad with these specs ? I usually use Razer mouse’s, which I love and are almost perfect - I own a Razer DA v3, and a Viper 8K. Although I need a very specific mousepad, would like to buy a Razer, but if doesn’t have what I look for, I’m whiling to choose other brand. I am wanting to purchase the new Naga Left-handed edition however, it shows out of stock in the Razer website. Hello, I was recently given the Viper v2 pro mouse, when I wanted to install the Razer Synapse my msi brand laptop crashed and gave me a blue screen, saying that the device had an error and has to restart, it will collect information about the error and it will will restartplease help me

I’m getting a viper mini but I’m using it for my ps5. If I use razer synapse for stuff like macros will I be able to use them on my ps5?

I’m trying to decide if I’m going to buy the V2 but I am not going to be interested if I cannot remap that button, I use the button for reloading my gun in game and that has been really comfortable for me and it’ll just be an outright dealbreaker if it is only able to control the scroll wheel.

Hello, I have a Razer Ornata Chroma v2 keyboard. And the problem is when I click keys, e.g. 2 is 29, c is 3xc, 7 is 73, space is 5v and much more. Please help me fix this error. I already reset the laptop. I will add that the laptop keyboard works as it should. (If someone speaks Polish, it would make it much easier for me to communicate).

Hey I bought Razer blackshark V2 pro 2023 today it's been fine but the audio on phone is very bad .. how do I access either razer app or equalizer on Android phone? 

I can't redeem my Razer store rewards with Razer silver. Previously I was able to redeem my Razer store rewards normally. So I intend to save my Razer silver to redeem my Razer seiren v2 pro again, and today is the day. I collected the full amount of Silver. But I can't press redeem. (But it shows a message according to the picture I attached) I got banned not from exchanging products from the Razer store, right? Or is it just a bug from the system? 

Morning, I'm not a gamer so apologies. My son plays xbox series x and is asking for a wireless keyboard & mouse. From what I can see, Razer products are good quality & generally get favourable reviews. My question is, are there any keyboards & mice that would be compatible? I know the 'Turret' is designed for Xbox usage but it's expensive. Any advice or recommendations is greatly received. Regards.
