Bought a Black Widow Elite keyboard a couple years ago for my dad and I, both came with the orange switches. I had the 2016 version with green switches and liked the clickiness even though my lady despised it. Wasn't crazy about the orange switches from the start but stuck with them because of the deal I got and I didn't want to have to go through the return process. I really dislike these though, feels like the keys drag on something when they are being pressed, very unpleasing to type on compared to other switches and keys. Does anyone here actually like these? According to other threads and comments people were bummed that these got discontinued but can't see why, lol. Is there anything I can do to make this keyboard better? The volume knob had the flicky issue out of the box and I never got around to fixing. From what I understand I can't lube them because they aren't swappable switches and there is no way I'm going to unsolder and resolder each individual switch. Should I just thr

I was able to download the surround sound on my laptop but now I am unsure if or how I can get it onto my PS5. I have gone down Reddit and google rabbit holes and found nothing useful as of yet. Please let me know if you have any ideas!

Hi all, I have a question. My Blade 17 comes with 280W charger, since it connected behind my desk, I thought that I will buy second power brick for travel. I have bought in Razer online store 230W charger. When I’m connecting it to my Razer, I got this info:My question is if I can use my Razer with 230w charger or I will damage my Blade and/or battery in my Blade?

When i was playing call of duty my mouse just suddenly stopped moving every click was working but i couldn’t move the mouse , afterwards i cleaned the where the sensor is and it started moving again but now whenever i lift mouse and place it down it lags behind , when the mouse is just on mousepad it works but when i try lifting it it starts lagging behind is there any way to fix it?

Hi, I have bought the razer huntsman mini analog cause all the v3 ones are out of stock. Apparently the one I ordered has gen1. What is the difference between gen1 and 2 please and is it worth a upgrade?

I have a Razer Abyssus mouse and I recently wiped it with the Lysol disinfecting wipe.I feel the mouse is now kinda sticky, not sure if it was the residue of the wipe or the coating is disintegrated, most likely the latter. Am I not supposed to use this kind of wipe to clean the mouse? Hello there!I’ve got an issue with my Huntsman Elite keyboard. It’s a while now since it started I don’t remember exactly when. I decided to do something with this today. I can’t make RMA request because I bought it in 2018 so the warranty is over. I did everything on that list:Cleaned keyboard Connected to different USB Reinstall Synapse 3 Updated firmware (which made my issue much worse) Tested with closed Synapse 3 Checked on other PC (laptop on Windows)After installing firmware v1.22.00_r1 (before it was something like 1.02 don’t remember exactly) made my issue worse which is spaming key >95% of the time. Before that is was much better with sometimes it doesn’t work, sometimes spam like 2-4 ‘three’ at the time and sometime normal. Hi everyone,I finally wanted to upgrade my old but still working perfectly razer setup.I currently have Razer Ouroboros, Razer Blackwidow, Razer Tiamat 7.1They all work great but is just dated, and I wonder if I should upgrade them or not.  I'm interested in a new setup using Razer Hyperspeed for having everything wireless. So I locked a Basilisk V3 pro (is worth the dock station?), blackwidow v3 pro and a headset that I still don't know. Let me know if is worth the upgrade, did I choose the right peripherals, if not which one do you guys recommend.  Thanks a lot

HelloI have run the ‘device detection toubleshoot tool’ app as described by support and synapse sees my device, but when i run the firmware it say close synapse and all other apps which i do, but it still says connect device and the update button is still greyed out (not available). I checked in the services to ensure sysnapse wasnt still running and closed the remaining services but this did not make any difference. What else can i do?

Hello! I changed my phone and again I’m unable to connect my earbuds via Bluetooth, and it doesn’t even sound de usual “pikachu” when turned on. mor happened once before but I’m not remembering how to reset it, if it’s tapping 3 or 5 times. I’m trying and getting nowhere. And of course Razer doesn’t help because of the expired warranty.

I have a Blade 16 4080 and a Blade 16 4090. The 4080 has Advanced Optimus. The 4090 doesn't have Advanced Optimus (or maybe it's disabled in Bios).  Does anyone know if they disabled Advanced Optimus on the 4090s for some reason? Or if it has to be enabled in Bios, what is it referred to in the Bios options?  *Edit* disregard. I found and enabled it in Bios.

Hi,I've Got a Razer Mamba + Firefly HyperFlux Setup on my desk, but the Mouse is Not charging at all. Only when I lift it up around 20cm from the desk. Its a wooden desk that can be adjusted in height via a motor (which lies just beneath the plate). I assume the motor is causing interference. Even when the desk is unplugged. Is there Any way to sort this out? Thanks

so essentially, i will never be able to get a replacement dongle for my razer nari essential headset 

I recently bought a Blackwidow V3 keyboard and I am having a problem with the dial button. The dial will not control the volume. All the other multimedia buttons/controls work fine. Synapse is installed and I have tried other USB ports with no luck.That is when I have the Synapse installed. If I uninstall it, the dial works as expected. I've tried searching for a solution in here and on the support site but I can't seem to find one or find another user with the same problem as me.
