Hello from Germany !I bought a Razer Leviathan V2 Soundbar. It worked really nice since some days i wanted to set the equalizer and THX / Stereo.This isn`t working, theres no change in sound what ever i set (Equalizer low / High, THX or Stereo) nothing changes.i Already removed the Device drivers and reinstalled.The Synapse Software in the Audio Tab for the Leviathan is laggy as hell…. and as i said...whatever i set there...theres no change in sound.What can i do the get the excellent sound back for my new soundbar?

Car je commence à être lassé des souris filaire. Malgré que je soit un adepte de la Deathadder, le frottement du câble et/ou quand il se coince m’agace x) . Merci d’avance pour vos réponses!

The device is practically fried I think! It does not give a signal even when connecting it to a USB 3.0 and neither to the stand, nor to USB 2.0, nor does it give a signal on any laptop or several computers on which I tested it. The mouse Workd with wired and BlueTooth just Fine. When I say there is no signal, I say that it doesn't even appear in Device Manager, HID, USB, MOUSE, anything. I have tried with RazerUSBHyperspeedDongleUtility_v1.00.03_r1, also with RazerMousePairingUtility_v1.00.03_r1 and with DeathAdder V2_Mouse_FirmwareUpdater_v1.02.00_r1, nothing works. It looks dead or defective, it's a bit embarrassing that I receive a new product in this condition. And since I'm not the only one this happens to, I've decided to open this thread.

ok so i was wanting to know if there possible was a way to make it so the multimedia scroll wheel on a blackwidow v3 could be remapped in a way to only turn down Spotify(or other apps) volume and not my whole windows volume

i got it 2 hand and theres was no code i understand its the guys fault but this bs is unbelievable fuck u need a code or something i tried contacting support but it didnt work any tips? 

Occasionally when I am in an Xbox party my headsets microphone will stop working for like 2-10 seconds and it is really annoying when trying to play competitive video games. I have had the headset for about 10 months now and I am just now noticing this issues and it only seems to be getting worse. I have tried to disconnect and reconnect it multiple times and also I have tried to update the firmware but it says it is all up to date. I am really at a loss for what to do.

Hello guys. I have the old Carcharias headphones, and I'm thinking of getting Kraken X Lite. I was wondering is Kraken X Lite better than the Carcharias, is it worth the upgrade. Also I can't find any software for the old Carcharias.?

I am really wanting to buy either the Razer Kraken Kitty V1 original or the Bluetooth version. However I would need it to work with my Xbox also. I’ve found mixed answers online but most answers are regarding previous Xbox consoles. I just want to know if either the original wired Razer Kitty or the BT version will work with the Xbox Series X console specifically as some have said they have?  Thanks!

I bought Razer headphones 2 months ago. The right earbud fits my ear perfectly, but the left earbud does not. I didn't cause much trouble then, but now... I'm wondering what I can do. Can I request an exchange for a higher model? Or can you send it suitable for my ear? model no: razer hammerhad true wireless X

My Razer Leviathan is connected to my Macbook via Bluetooth. If I’m playing a song from my laptop and I pause it and then after a while (not sure how long exactly) I play again, it takes a couple of second for the sound to come out. It’s like the Leviathan is starting up or re-establishing the connection and during that time, no sound comes out. This is obviously quite annoying. Is there any way to turn off this behaviour?

I want to install 7.1 surround sound but my computer detects it as speaker so i cant select the output device. does anyone know how i can select it as a headset?

Hello, I have had a problem with the Razer Ornata keyboard for a week, in CS I noticed that it has some delay, when I haven't used the A key for a long time, the character moves to my left, when I want to crouch, it crouches longer than I wanted. Yesterday I somehow managed to click everything in order and I fixed it until the next computer restart, but this time I can't deal with it anymore.

Is it possible to disable the touchpad on the Razer Kitsune in PC mode? I keep accidentally moving the mouse cursor or getting mouse cursor clicks from accidentally tapping on the touchpad when I’m trying to hit the Options or Share buttons. For example, I had a fighting game open in windowed mode, and when I was in training mode, I would reach for the Options/Share buttons often to open the menu or reset positions. Doing this resulting in tabbing out of the game due to an accidental touchpad tap several times, which was very annoying. I never use the touchpad for anything on PC so I would like to disable it or at least disable the tap-to-click behavior. I couldn’t find any option to do so in Steam either.

I’m curious if Razer or anybody knows if Razer has plans to create a new mouse with the specs and look/feel of a Razer Basilisk V3 - Pro but has the two additional mouse buttons of the DeathAdder V2 X HyperSpeed on the top left of the left click button?

Is it just me, or does the newest versions of the Hammerhead Earbuds/In Ear not look as classy as the more matte look of the classic 2019 version of the earbuds?

I just received a “new” blade 16 as a replacement to my last one. My last blade 16 ran up to 107c. My “replacement” hit 104c after about 20 minutes of gaming. It doesn’t seem Razer has an actual fix. They were concerned enough to replace my blade, but then replaced it with a new blade with the same problem.Can Razer solve the heat issue or do I have to take matters into my own hands?Does your blade 16 heat up in the same way? Note: I elevate the back of the laptop, fans run on full. CPU is on boost to enable fans to run on high, and gpu is on high.If I have to back off performance because factory cooling can’t cool the laptop, i’m not sure the purpose of this laptop.
