My boyfriend bought me the new Kraken kitties v2 pro and I was so excited to try them on but I have this issue with sidetone on my ps5, I can't turn it off and I keep hearing myself very loudly and its annoying and I can't find any option on my ps5 to turn it off or lower it.  They work perfectly fine and that's literally the only issue I  have with them I thought they were compatible with ps5 and I can hear both the game and vc perfectly, but I hear myself and I hate it.(I already tried turning it off on the razer synapse app and then plugging them in, it didn't work)Any suggestions? :(

I had an issue with a drink and it fell on my Razer Book 13. Now half of my book’s keyboard is working totally fine and the other half feels sticky. I was wondering if I can remove the keycaps of the razer book 13 to clean them or not. Thenk you!

i have been looking all over for an answer,  and this site and reddit are the only 2 places i did not look.  i have a HP EliteBook 745 G5 and i never had a laptop with a type-C port. from what i can tell on my research is that the type-C port on the side is a DP port (Alt mode). but before i go spending money on an Razer core or any eGPU, i wanna find out if my laptop can support them first.  is my laptop compatable with an eGPU, or does it NEED to be a thunderbolt port to support it?

I got my kraken kitty headphones back in may as a birthday gift, but having some issues as of august. The tip of the mic fell off, as well as audio cutting in and out. Tried to go through warranty support but every time I go through the motions and click to contact support, it takes me back to the beginning page. please help :’)

I have the razer death adder v3 wireless one. I’m having issues trying to use the wireless dongle/mode I understand that there was a update on the 6th but every time I try to update it, it says connect dongle and not letting me hit update. I have the dongle plugged in I have done a redownload of the drivers and also did the razer clean to remove all the synapse files still having this issue.

Does anyone know when the Gen 3 mechanical tactile switches will be available on a full sized blackwidow? It shows only on the blackwidow v4 75%, but I need a num pad.My old blackwidow chroma with orange switches just died and you can’t buy those anymore. There are no full sized keyboards with razer orange switches on the market at all. How could there be such a glaring omission from their lineup?

Hey All, I’m looking for a solution that seems to be in the past… The orange switches. I really love the feel of mechanical keyboards but I hate the click.  I’ve been using Razer Ornata Chroma since I could remove the Clicky bits and have full range RGB to go with the rest of my razer Chroma items, Speaker, Tartarus Pro, Basilisk V3, Nari. but I really wanna move onto a mechanical keyboard but I can’t keep myself from accidentally pressing the keys on yellow switches and the Greens are not something I want to hear. Any suggestions? are there any plans to bring back the Orange switch?  I don’t want to use something not razer since I sync everything through synapse including a nanoleaf backboard and a room wide Phillips hue configuration.TLDR: are there any full sized silent mechanical switch RGB keyboard that works with Synapse 3?

Hello.I got my keyboard back in March 2023. Its worked pretty much fine,  until yesterday, i turned my pc into sleep mode and went to bed, usual routine i plugged the keyboard in.  When I woke the PC up from sleep mode every thing was fine until i unplugged the usb cable and… the lights switched off the keyboard bar the caps lock indicator!If i plug it back in the lights come back.  I checked synapse, all is fine,  static green is what ive got selected, and the power saving and such is set to 15mins so its not that.So I tried uninstalling the software, searching for anything razer on the PC and nuking the files. then reinstalled synapse…. same issue still.  Oddly when synapse isnt installed the rainbow effect happens on the unplugged keyboard, thus it has to have been a synapse update thats caused this as it lights up when its not running.So i thought ‘okay if razers software just sucks i can use it without synapse’  but after saving just static green as the default onboard selection a

My Razer Huntsman Elite has been throwing random stuck keys ever since day one that I’ve owned it.  I updated to the latest firmware v1.22.00_r1 but don’t have high hopes that this will resolve anything because this issue wasn’t listed in the “fixes” that this firmware included. Does anyone have any idea what to do?  Of course, the keyboard is now way out of warranty. Thanks for your thoughts.

Hello to all of you,In no time I will buy a new laptop and with it I want to buy a wireless mouse and a wireless headset to avoid having so many cables. The last mouse I had was the "DeathAdder" with cable T1 edition (the one they released a few years ago) and I was very happy with it. And no headphones, so in that sense I'm a virgin (and in everything to lie, I'm a gamer). Any recommendations on what to get or which ones to look for? In the mouse I don't need many buttons, with the two extra ones it's enough for me and in the headset I need a microphone so I don't have to buy more. Thanks to all!

I recently purchased a pre-owned Razer Kraken headset, and I've encountered an audio issue where the left channel seems to be coming from the right side. When I test the right side, it functions correctly, but when I test the left side, the sound isn't exclusively on the left; it's somewhat distorted. I've attempted to adjust the balance settings in Windows, but unfortunately, this hasn't resolved the issue. Any suggestions on how to address this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Hey! A quick question, I’m thinking of buying a Razer Huntsman Analog Keyboard. I don’t know much about Keyboards but is this one good enough to work with consoles. What I mean is will the Analog input functionality work perfectly fine with consoles or do you need to have drivers and other applications installed in order to use it like it’s meant to in PCs. This is the cheapest available option lol so I’m really thinking of getting this. My Razer True Wireless 2nd Gen. Right earbud is automatically turning off every 5 mins even though the earbuds is fully charge. How can i fix this or anyone encounter this kind of problem

Guys i dont know what else to do, i press my right click a thousand times, nothing happens on windows, the sound is fine, the physical click seens fine, but nothing happens, then i turn off my deathadder and… right after the windows right clicks alone, it’s seens like it’s pressed and when i turn off finishes the click, can be some config i’m missing?

I bought Razer Blackshark v2 pro 2023 headset, downloaded Spatial Audio and it wants license code.Can someone help me where I can get a code?

I really like the illumination on the RAZER BLADE keyboard. I like that only the letters on the keycaps shine and no light leaks from around the keycaps. Why aren't external keyboards like RAZER BLADE released?
