The Razer Armory

I’ve had my mouse for about a year and a half. I bought it as a back up mouse, in total I’d say I have less than 10hrs of play time on it. Today I unboxed it due to my current mouse starting to not working, Id say for a mouse I’ve had for well over a year and only about 10hrs of play time it should be in excellent condition, I turned it on and everything works perfectly but left and right click. If I spam click it will eventually register one click. I tried all the troubleshooting (clean install software, firmware update, compressed air, plug in mouse via usb and via dongle, use on different device, update windows) only thing I haven't tired is opening up the mouse itself for a deep clean being as its basically band new with only about 10hrs of play time on it if even that. If anyone has had this problem or knows of a solution it would be very much appreciated, or if razer themselves would be willing to send me a replacement mouse that would awesome.   

Someone also now have a microphone quality of crap? (We know they always sounded like crap, but now it's overkill). The drivers after the update totally crashed, thx stopped working. Only after a clean uninstall something there started to work but it still forced me to buy a new microphone because this one can be shoved up your ass at best. Very good job Razer. Keep doing this and it will turn out to be a powerful shit company.What the fuck is wrong with you Razer?

Cheers, I'm facing a problem. on my new headphones when my microphone opens, for example when I connect to a discord channel my sound quality deteriorates to an extreme degree. I don't know what I can do, it's supposed to be gaming headphones and when the app uses my microphone the sound sounds like old concerts. do you have any idea what is going on? 

If you ever struggled with annoying extra buttons layout in this model preventing you from using Hypershift switch in your Razer mouse of choice - welcome.Here is the solution, not ideal but is enough for me:Install AutoHotKey Launch its dashboard app and create a new script Put the script below into your file Make sure the script is configured to autostart (the easiest - create a link in the Windows startup folder Win + R -→ type shell:startup → hit Enter) Use Ctrl + Alt + M to run and stop Synapse app and service quick. At least my love to my both devices has been advocated. Would love to have cleaner solution.The developers’ idea appears to be simple. If Razer Synapse Service.exe runs then both hypershifts are synchronized between your devices. If not - they will work independently. So that way you can use hypershift on your mouse for an extra buttons layout while not screwing use of W by dummy Volume Up. Works like a charm. I recently bought LoL RP from Razer Gold. The wallet region is PH. There is no other indicators that the code Razer will give will be from any other region. When I now tried to put the code into the LoL Client, region being PH2, it doesn't accept the code, saying that it is not for this region. Anyone encountered this? And anyone would like to assist me with this? It's been several days since I submitted a ticket and pretty sure I will not be getting any response soon.

I have the original razer blackwidow keyboard and i am looking to get a custom keycap for the spacebar. the website is asking for the size and profile but i can not find this information anywhere. does anyone know the answer?

I have tried contacting Razer support but have been unsuccessful.  Razer gold pin voucher cannot be accessed however it says it has been redeemed.  Can someone tell me how I can check this again, but can’t find the correct way to confirm it again?????????????????  

I’m here to share great news: today my Blackwidow Ultimate turned 10 years old.Even though I use it almost every day, the keyboard still works fine and provides an awesome experience. Hope my device will be OK for another 10 years :)I just want to thank the Razer team and enlighten you about the durability of the products made by the company. 

Looks like the limited edition Starfield Xbox controller is indeed coming, and I’m curious if there will be a Razer charging stand to match?Controller is basically white, but the battery cover is red, so getting the regular white stand would mix up the design.Hoping someone at Razer might have something to share … ? Maybe? ;)

Hello. I just update my Razer Synapse program and now dissapared THX from sound devices. I already reinstalled but its noi showing up. Before update i had a thx now i dnt even have sound. What problems? How i can fix this? My headphones is supporting THX because i even have THX controller.

Just switched to 8k polling rate and when I tried the tester app it shows that I cap at 1k, am I actually at 1k or is it just a thing with the app? Using viper v2 pro.

I recently bought myself a Razer Blade 14 2022, with a RTX 3070ti. Before this I had Asus Rog Zephyrus g14, (2022 model).I really like the following Asus feature: depending on whether the laptop is connected to power, the screen refresh rate changes. Razer does not have such a feature, which, in my opinion, is very, very bad.This modification for Synapse was already discussed earlier on the forum (Synapse 3 - Change refresh rate based on power source??? | Razer Insider), but, alas, it is only available for 2023 models (this is unfair!)So I tried to take matters into my own hands and wrote a program that automatically detects whether the laptop is connected to power and, depending on this, changes the screen refresh rate. For now, frequencies of 60 Hz and 165 Hz are supported (this is hardcoded, but if someone uses this, we can discuss how to create a certain config). Hello!I have problem with Bluetooth mode.I setup 2 on-board profiles with the Razer Synapse in dongle mode. It worked with my computer.When I switch to Bluetooth and connect to other computer which don't have Razer Synapse. The on-board profile didn't work any more. There is only one profile. I couldn't change the profile.Summary:PC1: Connected in 2.4Ghz (dongle mode). installed Razer Snapse. And mouse works well with dongle. Can switch profile with/without Snapse.PC2: Connected in Bluetooth mode. Profile doesn't work anymore.

I recently bought the Nari Ultimate headset and I and my teammates have been trying to figure out why I echo so much not we have adjusted everything and cannot figure it out does anyone have any tips to try or is this a known issue for this headset. Im on PS5 

I brought a Razer Tournament from eBay,it works fine on my PC but it only works on my Xbox x series via the controller,which is annoying as I play keyboard so it turns off after a while,I tried plugging it into the console but no joy,am I doing something wrong here…?
