Alright so basically I bought a Razer edge and it said that it would transfer about 10,000 silver into my Razer account (forgot the exact number) and it said it would take two weeks. I ordered the stuff on the 6th of June and I still haven’t got the silver, unless it means two weeks after the product has been delivered it makes no sense. Can someone help?

Lately the PC shuts down completely after a few hours without delivering an error message. What's more, the PC thinks I'm not using the supplied power adapter and the PC isn't getting enough power. As a result, many functions in the RAZER Synapse are not possible (gaming-mode). But I assure that I have been using the right power supply since day one.

No matter what only those specific buttons mysteriosly stopped working for no reason and i cant get my hands on a solution for that for that problem its been bothering me for weeks and i need help

Hi,I bought this headset last year but started using it only recently.When I connect it via jack to my PC, I can hear music but the mic doesn’t work. Depending on which port I use with the jack (whether I use the adapter or not too), the sound quality varies.The headset won’t connect via USB (through an adapter), type-C or bluetooth at all, tried on PC, laptop, android phone and android tablet. Tried various ports on the PC as well. When trying to connect via bluetooth, I hear a beep when I turn it on and off but the device remains undiscoverable no matter what I try. The LED light on the headset blinks green. Any ideas what I can do or what is wrong?

Hiya!I just got gifted the brand new razer kraken X for console and am having a hard time setting it up. I was able to download and setup the 7.1 surround sound feature but cant find my headphones when clicking what I want to connect it to. When looking in the playback device section they aren’t showing up at all. I’m not sure if this is a problem with my computer or a step I’ve missed but any help/ideas would be nice!!Thankyou for reading this:)Geo

Hello, I just finished my build for the first time and I’m running into a issue with the ARGB fans i installed in the case. The fans spin when turning on the computer but the ARGB lights on the razer kunai fans will not illuminate.  The ARGB controller came with the original microUSB to USB Header cable and I broke it. So bought a replacement microUSB cable (left side) to USB header, will this work? Or do i need to send it back for a new one? 

My headset power button seems to be stuck, but it won't press down to turn on any tips?

I think it be cool if razer realesed a mouse pad with usb-a ports so you can plug in like your keyboard and mouse. it makes sense

Hi! Today for the first time I have this issue, once I join a discord voice channel my headset start to disconnecting and reconnecting costantly, if I open my list where I can see all my output  audio device connected to me pc, on my screen I can see my headset  will disconnect and reconnect costantly, this issue stop once I leave the voice chat, I don’t have any other headset to test if it is an issue that only occurs with my Razer Headset, but this thing is driving me crazy xDI hope you guys can help me

Since the day i bought my headset, i could not find a stable equalizer setting that i can use in games. do you have any settings that can help me with the equalizer?

I bought a razer brand mouse 3 weeks ago, the mouse works with bt, but I can't connect it with a usb dongle. The lights on my mouse are blinking but there is no connection and it shuts down while playing games. Even though I put a new battery, I encountered such a problem and it made me very sad. I have a question about the Razer Kitsune. Why doesn't it support the Xbox Series X, and will there be support for it in the future?

Good day. Some time ago I wrote about my problems with the Razer Kraken V3 Pro headphones. It was about disconnecting the sound. I reported the matter to the seller (Media Ex) and after exactly 2 weeks (because that was the store to answer) I was informed about replacing the headphones with new ones. Unfortunately, the headphones returned to me with the same problem I sent them back with. When some material is being played (eg movie on yt) the headphones work normally. When the song / movie ends and the next one starts loading, or the page is simply closed and a new one opens - the headphones go silent, you cannot hear anything, you have to turn them on and off. The same problem is described here: When you listen to one song, podcast, or while playing - this problem does not occur. The second problem - when listening for a long time, the sound from time to time starts to interrupt for a few seconds (the sound fades, returns, fades away, comes back 3-4 times and then normalizes).
