It has pass more than 30mins and my Razer Gold worth 55SGD is still being hold as PENDING!Not my first transaction but my biggest as of this writing.NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT TO CONTACTFix this issue that has been plaguing your system! You will lose customers with this lousy reload system. **Edit: I tried to reload a small amount to see if it will go through along with the 55SGD. But guess what?! it went through w/o the 55SGD! Fcking hell.DO NOT HOLD OUR MONEY!

Can the monitor spin to a vertical standing position? Or only landscape?

I understand the default for switching between paird devices is on the bottom of the mouse. Top botton near the wheel is for cycle DPI. Can the cycle DPI button be assigned to switching between devices?I just use both a PC and a laptop and dont want to flip my mouse every time i want to switch

Hi im wondering what Firmware version everyone is at in the razer audio app im currently at 1.0.13.0 but i read somewhere else people getting ones at 14 or even higher . Also my earbuds tend to want to disconnect while playing on dongle ps5 while also being connected to a bluetooth device . Turning off all pair devices seemed to solve the issue so im sure a firmware update would fix this 

When the Headset is connected with the dongle, I can hear bussing sounds in the background and I couldn‘t find any Solution to fix This problem.I would be grateful for any answer!

Hello! I recently made my first razer purchase (moving away from logitech).- Razer deathstalker V2 pro TKL keyboard- Razer basilisk ultimate wireless mouse I am absolutely loving the quality and functionality of these products. I am now looking at upgrading my headset.My question is, does the Razer Barracuda Pro have the capability of connecting to my xbox series x? I would love a headset that does it all: PC, Mobile & Xbox Console. I am unable to find a definitive answer online. Thanks alot,New razer user.

I have owned 3 Razer headsets now and within a year the head band breaks or stretches to the point it falls off. I returned the first set and the replacement set didnt last 3 months. I am Done if  Razer cant make a better prodect than this then there are plenty of other (better companies) out there these days ..so after almost 20 years of buying Razer Products and spending thousands  I am DONE!
