This post will include some suggestions for regular white and Mercury colored Razer products. Hopefully, some of these can be used in the future.If some of these suggestions are already a thing, please notify me in response.1.) First of all, make white and Mercury two different color options.-- White products can be white with black, grey or silver accents.-- Mercury products should be completely white, with either the Razer logo indented into said product if not RGB.This would allow users who want purely white Razer peripherals to be able to get purely white without accent colors, whilst also providing options for those who like the grey and black accents.2.) Secondly, existing Mercury products should have revisions that follow my previous recommendations.-- For example, the Mercury Razer Blade laptops should be revised to have a white chassis instead of metal, and a white Razer Chroma RGB keyboard. i am using my huntsman elite since long time no issue came up till this morning i was playing csgo and suddenly my keyboard started spamming keys on its own somehow i came to home screen and the synapse software was upgrading,there is no information about 0187 model anywhere i am frustrated because i cant even connect this keyboard to a pc or laptop it just start spamming keys rapidly,i really need help guys if anyone here is kind enough please give me a solution for this

I bought my viper mini a year ago and has been working perfectly fine since then but this morning, I noticed that it stopped working. There's no light at all that signifies it's even plugged in. I tried plugging it in a different computer but still no changes.  

After updating to the latest nvidia drivers the headset or dongle has been acting very erratic. Bad crackling and constantly beeping as it connects and disconnects constantly. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Three weeks ago, I purchased a Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro. However, I have noticed that its battery life falls short of my expectations compared to my previous gaming mice, the G Pro X Superlight and Razer Viper Ultimate. While those mice required charging only twice a month, the Razer DAV3 needs to be charged every 2 to 3 days despite playing for 6 to 8 hours per day. According to the Razer website, the mouse should last up to 90 hours of constant motion at 1000Hz. This leads me to believe that the short battery life is not normal. Should I return the product for repair and replacement (RMA), or is this a common issue among users? Thank you for your help.

I am not a gamer but I use Photoshop and InDesign a lot. I also do NOT use the mouse wirelessly -- when available I find a wired connection to be more stable. It’s taken me awhile to tweak the settings so that they aren’t too sensitive. Click-hold-drag can be particularly troublesome, as well as keyboard/mouse combination commands. Many MANY times I swear the left and/or right mouse buttons are responding to the PROXIMITY of my hand, or perhaps I really AM coming into contact with the mouse buttons even though I can’t feel it on my skin. The problem seems to get worse as the day goes on. I also suffer from hyperhidrosis of the hands (sweaty palms) which gets worse as the day goes on. The next morning the mouse (and my hands) will be mostly back to normal. Also, my hand is a tiny bit too small to accommodate the length of the mouse which might be part of the problem.I tried using thin “jewelers gloves” but the problem persisted, perhaps because the cloth of the glove was coming into con

Any one who owns a Razer Reusable Straw, does your straw feel a bit too collapsable? What I mean is, while using the straw I feel like one of the sections falls in to easy compared to the other section, and with almost no force. I’ve trying being gentle but seems to still happen. Could’ve I gotten a defective one?

Every time I boot up my laptop(ASUS FA506IU), this software adds one of itself to the startup queue and I end up with 14 of them rather than one. It started with just two, and slowly grew, and I don’t know how to fix it. The onboard feedback system doesn’t work, as shown below. What can I do??

Hi, I tried to contact Razer support via support tickets and via Facebook, but got no answer, so I will ask to try the community. I am interested in buying the laptop "Razer Blade 15 - QHD 240 Hz - GeForce RTX 3070 Ti - Black". But I want some question cleared before I buy it: 1. If I would buy a laptop from Spanish store, would I get Spanish Keyboard Layout or US International. 2. The laptop has win11 preinstalled, can I ask for win10 or preinstall it myself? 3. My Razer HyperPolling Wireless Dongle light won’t turn on!I just bought the Razer HyperPolling Wireless Dongle with my deathadder v3 and it won’t sync together, when I plug the dongle my computer recognize it and in my synapse too but it won’t sync with my mouse and no light turn green at all. Hi.So I just bought the basilisk v3 since it seemed great in the shop for a palm grip. Got it home and found that it might not be perfect with a big hand, specialy with the sniper button blocking. The biggest thing that I wonder about doh is the movement. If I keep the mouse straight, and move it side to side it wil track diagonally. It seems I need to twist the mouse to the let a bit for it to go perfect left and right, and in such bend my wrist a tiny bit. Is it how it should be, and is there any way to fix this? Because it forces the hand into a more claw grip stance or  rotating the mouse in the hand.
