headset works with razer dongle .  if i hold down button it just stays blue ,  connect to pc/phone tap 3 times its still blue , hold 5 seconds still blue . tap like crazy slow fast etc still blue  , i want to use these at work but dongle doesnt fit while phone is in case ,    headset works 100% fine with dongle  but would like to try out high speed mode and bluetooth

My Legion 5 died on me and I wanted to get a Razer Blade 15 Advanced Used 2019 or 2020 (with warranty and return policy), however I can only get them with the UK keyboard layout. I wanted to know how bad it would be to use one but set windows itself to US. The shift key seems rather small especially considering I use it often to sprint in games.Any advice or experience would be appreciated.

I have recently received my Nari Ultimate and it took me some time to set it up, but eventually, I succeeded. However, I am encountering a few issues. Firstly, I am unable to modify the settings while the device is connected through a cable. Is this a standard behavior? Secondly, when attempting to play Deep Rock Galactic, my keyboard is no longer updating as it used to. Is there a solution to rectify this problem? Thank you in advance for your assistance!

My AUX blackshark V2 X headset is not displaying my output devices in the dropdown list, which is preventing me from using the 7.1 surround sound feature. I have been attempting to resolve this issue for hours and have not received helpful assistance from support. I would greatly appreciate any help in resolving this problem.

My razer ripsaw HD picks up background music and sound effects but the voices are extremely quiet and muffled. This just started happening out of nowhere and am wondering if anyone has ideas to fix it.

I was trying to charge my phone through a cable, and it kept jumping from charging to not charging. So I plugged the cord in and out multiple times until suddenly the phone turned off (the battery was at 7%). I tried to charge it with a wireless charger (which usually works) and it still didn't work. The phone is not responding at all, not even a sign omeglz that says it requires charging

Hi Guys, As the title says really, I’ve recently bought the wired version of the DAV3 and it’s absolutely amazing to say the least. The coating seems much improved over the wireless version and the clicks and scroll wheel feel SO much better implemented. As much as I love it though, the wire is still a bit annoying after being used to wireless. I was just wondering if Razer are planning to update the wireless versions with these improved changes down the line at all? Really appreciate any responses! :)

This is a brand new, rarely used Stargazer.I just happened to be using the Windows Hello feature, so I tried to use this camera, but it says I can't use it.I searched the forums and saw that many people had the same problem as me. Hi, guys. I just bought a Cynosta V2 Razer Keyboard. I know it can be paired to some games the list of which is quite short, and it can visualize music played by using a tool called Keyboard Visualizer. So I wonder if there's a way to make a visual indication of keys which are set in a game settings menu under Keyboard bindings. So that you enter a game, set up the game controls and the keyboard lights up only the keys used. Is that possible?

I have my razer nari ultimate for about 3 years now and when I used it the other day it worked fine.But when i tried to use it yesterday the battery was empty, so I tried charging it but it wont charge.I made sure the cable i use works and even the red light is on indicating it is charging but when I unplug my headset from the charger and i try to turn it on it wont turn on and when it does turn on its immediately empty after 3 seconds.I cant even try a firmware update cause it wont connect using the charging cable.

I'm hoping to get clarification and recommendations for a docking station. I have the Razor Blade 14 2021 with 3070GPU and looking for a docking station. I'm confused about 1) if I can use a thunderbolt dock. I know the laptop doesn't support thunderbolt but keep seeing people say they used thunderbolt docks?? 2) why are there huge price differences between different docks with almost identical specs. Why are some $80 and others $350? What am I missing?  I need to dock for the usual peripheral keyboard, mouse, audio out, sd card reader, ethernet and monitor. I'll be getting a new monitor so flexible on what video port is needed on the dock. I think it needs to have 100w PD from what I've read elsewhere. I'll only be using one monitor and don't game at all if that matters. I am a heavy Adobe user (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) .  I'd like to spend as little as possible and is why I haven't bought the Razor dock.  Any help demystifying this and/or recommendations on a low cost dock

found this on reddit 5y response by redditor called xieutifulafter I did all this steps now I could save profile with macros on my naga pro v2  Here are the steps verbatim from Razer Customer Service:A. Perform a System File Scan. Press Windows + r and type in "cmd" without quotes. 2. Type in sfc /scannow and wait for it to finish.3. Restart the computer.B. Perform a .NET Framework repair using the tool. You can download the tool here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30135 C. Clean reinstall of Synapse 3. Removing Synapse 3 files. Open the Control Panel and under Programs, click on Uninstall. Look for Razer Synapse 3 and Razer Chroma SDK on the list of application and uninstall them. Restart the computer. Delete the Razer folders located at C:\Program Files(x86)\ and C:\Program Data. The Program Data folder is hidden by default so we might need to change the folder option first. Hello ,I am writing here to ask for help with my Razer kraken kitty edition headphones which has been having major problems for a while and I am still looking for help.My headphones have a sound that has become very mediocre over time, and crackles as soon as I move a millimeter, the rgb no longer works, it remains white, the sound also cuts out.I think its the usb or something like that.I just wish I could reuse them like last year.If anyone has the solution, help me!Thanks you for reading.(Sorry if my english is bad)

I have tried 2 different OEM cables and 2 different OEM charging adaptors with sufficient power outputs to allow for 10W fast charging and 2 charging pads (just received my replacement yesterday) but it never fast charges (as indicated by the lighting on the charging pad). I have a Google Pixel 4 and have also tried it with a Samsung Galaxy S10.Does anyone else have this issue?

Ok, first off, I just got the Razer Kishi V2 controller for my Android phone. My problem is, my phone battery will not charge while I'm playing my game. Game is Diablo Immortals. The controller is great nothing wrong with it. My phone just won't charge. It's charging before I start the game, but with game started, no juice going to phone battery.
