Hello, I just bought an ornata V3, I downloaded razer synapse 3 without any problem, The next day the reactive parameter (for lightning) didn't work anymore (only working with the key "fn") Do you all have any idea about what i could do ? Also, is it a know problem that i can't use more than 2 keys at the same time while playing vidéo game? I have a dual boot window/ubuntu PC and was wondering if I pair the dongle to a Blackwidow V3 Pro using Windows, will it work when I boot into Linux? Does the dongle need a device driver, or is it a HID compliant device? Will my keyboard allow me to use my boot menu before it runs the OS?

As my title suggest it, i need help for my Kraken X headband that just crack and is very unconfortable since. I took a really good care of my things usually but it seem that this is a weak spot on most of the Kraken X headset. Does someone got a clue or a solution for it?

Hi Everyone, I recently broke one of the "hooks" of my spacebar - I had to take the spacebar out and it broke on the right side. I can still type, but it feels weird when I hit the space bar. My item is out of warranty (purchased way back). Is there anything I can do? Can I re-purchase space bar or? Thanks in advance

I just purchased a BlackWidow V3 mini and was wanting to use it via Bluetooth on my Oculus Quest 2. It seemed to pair successfully but it would not allow me to type anywhere. Has anyone else had this issue with this or any other Razer keyboard?

7.1 sound not working on win 11 on my RAZER BARRACUDA X headphones. The application installed correctly, I registered the device as required, entered the activation code as required. Then the app told me to change something in the settings. I watched a few tutorials on yt on how to do it and where. It turns out that I don't have such an option at all (that is, Speakers (7.1 Surround sound)) that needs to be set in the sound settings.

I just realised the Nexus software now includes a virtual gamepad module. This is a gamechanger for me now I can map buttons and sticks to parts of the screen and play games that dont have gamepad support with my kishi v2. One thing however - I play with look inverted so need to invert the Y axis - i would love it if Razer could implement this in the Y-Axis options on the right stick - so when i play COD Mobile everyhing else works but because the Y Axis is not inverted its basically unpalyable for me

Hi, I've had my blackwidow chroma for many years, one of my absolute favorite keyboards. I've recently had a massive issue where 90% of the keys aren't working properly. "W" for example works fine but "4" has to be pressed 5-10 times for it to work, some keys stopped working altogether, the issue is happening with every key, i tried putting it in demo mode and back in normal mode, tried uninstalling synapse 3, uninstalled drivers as well but still the same issue, any ideas? the issue started about a year ago and i just put the keyboard in storage and used another keyboard but I'm trying to fix it now, please help :) thanks

Connect Razer Headphones To A Phone Or Tablet Via Bluetooth....

I love these headphones, but when connected with bluetooth, if I pause and restart a youtube video after a few seconds, or a video ends and I put on a new one, the audio does not work even though the headphones are still on. To fix it, I have to turn the headphones off then on again. This can be tiresome doing it after every video. I also have to turn the headphones off and on after starting a game for them to work. I've tried uninstalling all of the razer programs and running that registry-wipe program that other user has posted to no avail. I've checked all related drivers and everything is up to date. I only install Synapse, no other program on the list. It seems like when the THX takes over, this problem happens. If I uninstall and don't reinstall, the headphones work fine and don't have this issue, but then I can't modify settings like haptic feedback, lights, etc. Is there a real fix to this? Or are we doomed to have to turn the headphones off and on every time we watch a video

So like, ive had this mouse for a few months now, and well... what is wrong with the scroll wheel all of a sudden? The infinite scroll does not work anymore and its so jank. It does not even seem like the button is releasing the scroll wheel at all. Is anyone else having this issue? 10.0.0.0.1 I even tried to update the damn mouse, but for some incredible reason, the update software does not classify the 4k polling dongle setup as a usb dongle and well, i threw away the usb dongle that came with it because it fried literally a month into using it...

Almost a year ago I have bought a razer blackwidow v3 from a local store. After downloading synapse 3 and setting up a chroma profile, my keyboard's lights stopped working. I have found out that it's enough to unplug and reconnect the usb to the computer after the start-up. However I wanted to know if there is a way to omeglz echat fix this problem, or if this also happened to someone else.

My razer chroma Keyboard has multiple chroma profiles and most of the time does not sync so i just get a static green keyboard most the time. It has worked a few times before. Any way i can fix it. The profiles dont load on the synapse app.

I've just received my Razer Hammerhead Hyperspeed Xbox edition earbuds and of course I'm excited to get to using them. I have them paired to my phone via bluetooth and have downloaded the Razer Audio mobile app but when I try to find the device within the app it always says device not found. When I look at the device list there is no option for the Xbox edition of these earbuds, only the Playstation. Mostly I just want to connect to enable ANC, etc. Has anyone encountered this or have a solution? First post, thanks! Edit: I should mentioned my phone is Android Edit 2: after looking around a bit more I've found similar reports that the Hammerhead Hyperspeed Xbox edition is missing from many or all Razer apps. Hopefully they plan on updating this soon. Also, if you need to enable ANC, do a long press of about 2 seconds on one of the earbuds to enable. Edit 3: The app seems be to updated, woo hoo!
