Hi, I use a Mouse Dock Pro with a Balistik V3 Pro. Is it possible to pair a Nari Ultimate and Deathstalker V2 Pro with the Mouse Dock Pro too ? Regards

I have the Razer Audio Mixer, and I'd like to replace my headphones for the BeyerDynamic DT 770 Pro 250 ohm. Does anyone have any idea if the Audio Mixer will handle it. I currently use Hyper X Cloud 2, and it seems to drive it okay, and they are 60 ohm.

So I have a 15 inch blade advanced. 10th gen i7, 3060 with 1080p/360hz screen that I worked like to get a monitor for and have a few questions. Do I have to get a 1080p/360hz monitor, or will the laptop "scale" based on the output available? Could it output in 4k, or am I locked at 1080p? If locked at 1080p vshare, do I need a 360hz monitor for compatibility, or would a 1080p/240hz monitor work, albeit at the lower refresh rate? Basically, am I locked into either 1080p/360hz, or nothing or will the graphics card allow flexibility? Thanks!

I just bought the razer kraken mercury edition and i can hear only the right earphone, the left one doesnt have any sound. Also the mic doesnt work. And i scratched the numbers for surround sound 7.1, is there anything i can do with that?

I updated my razer blackshark v2 Pro to the latest version via the updater and then once it updated I used the usb dongle to test my headphones and immediately i noticed 0 volume in the right ear and only volume in the left ear. This only happens when I am using the wireless usb dongle but when I am using the auxilary cable and connecting my headphones and laptop via the wire both ears work.

I purchased the Razer Mamba Elite in 2018, and it had several issues with build quality. I had to return the mouse four times, each one with a different issue. I was curious if this mouse has a different build quality as of 2022, if the problems have been fixed? As it is the perfect shape for my hand. Thanks

I just got this wired new mouse and it was working for about 15 minutes then it just turned off. I don’t know what happened I installed the mouse update app but it wasn’t detecting it same thing with the razer synapse app. It doesn’t turn on with other laptops either. I don’t know the problem or what to do if anyone knows let me know please.

Hey guys, so I love the gen 1 optical switches on my deathadder v2, but I would love to get a lighter mouse. I was hoping I could get the gen 1 optical switches on a viper v2 pro. Is that possible without modding it myself? It would be awesome if I could buy it through the razer store. Any suggestions?

I recently caused my ears to hurt while playing a game and testing audio. Is it possible to damage the headset with these loud sounds?

I just got a new pair of wireless headphones they sound works and all, but I can hear myself through my mic and there's also an annoying static, Does anyone have any tips on how to fix this. p.s - I've watched many youtube videos and none have worked.

I try 3 time installing and un-installing using RazerSynapseInstaller_V1.11.0.379.exe, but all its screen is always all blank. I try to install THX Driver Only, but it ask for activation code, NARI should have that already by default. Not sure how to solve this issue. the default window driver sounds seems to be tiny.

Klawiatura ma najnowszą aktualizację i sterowniki. Może miał ktoś taki przypadek ?

HI, I am about to buy this model: Razer Blade 15 i7-12800H 16GB/1TB SSD 15" QHD 240Hz RTX3070Ti however i have a few questions about it. I would really apreciate it if you could help me out :) 1. Is the ram upgradable? 2. Is there an option where I could get rid of the logo on the lid? ( i am in interior designer and my customers will propably not like that one) 3. How does it charge? USBC? Since I am rendering interior scenes ( via cinema 4d + arnold) ad always on the go, I thought it would be a good option to buy this laptop. better have a nice CPU and later down the road add a egpu into the system. does that make sense? is there a cheaper alternative? the Blade 14 is also interesting but the cpu (9 6900HX) doesn t seem to be as efficent, am i correct? thanks for the help and enjoy the final days of the year!

Hi, as a typical teenager, when I got my pair of the earbuds, I forgot to read that you have to charge it first for an hour before using it. I didn't do that, I used it for a while and when I was about to put it nack i saw the instructions and charged it. Did i cause any damage?

Hi guys ! Is it possible to change the battery on the Razer Basilik Ultimate ? I bought it a few years ago, I absolutely love it, but the battery is slowly dying, it used to last about 10 hours with full lights on, now it's more about 3 hours :frown_: I guess that's expected, as with any other battery after a few years, but I really love this mouse and don't want to change it ! So, can I just change the battery, or should I buy a new Basilik Ultimate (I saw one on Amazon without the charging deck for about 70€) ? Thanks !

Brand new out of the box fully charged earbuds not responding or pairing. Had theses for 24 hours. They worked after charging and pairing the first time but after returning to case to charge they do not respond at all. The case shows fully charged. I open the case and nothing. I have tried to push the button on the ear buds and nothing happens. I think I have a bad set. I went through the online tutorials and videos and nothing as worked what am I missing? I appreciate any insight, but think I have a bad set.
