I love these headphones, but when connected with bluetooth, if I pause and restart a youtube video after a few seconds, or a video ends and I put on a new one, the audio does not work even though the headphones are still on. To fix it, I have to turn the headphones off then on again. This can be tiresome doing it after every video. I also have to turn the headphones off and on after starting a game for them to work. I've tried uninstalling all of the razer programs and running that registry-wipe program that other user has posted to no avail. I've checked all related drivers and everything is up to date. I only install Synapse, no other program on the list. It seems like when the THX takes over, this problem happens. If I uninstall and don't reinstall, the headphones work fine and don't have this issue, but then I can't modify settings like haptic feedback, lights, etc. Is there a real fix to this? Or are we doomed to have to turn the headphones off and on every time we watch a video

So like, ive had this mouse for a few months now, and well... what is wrong with the scroll wheel all of a sudden? The infinite scroll does not work anymore and its so jank. It does not even seem like the button is releasing the scroll wheel at all. Is anyone else having this issue? 10.0.0.0.1 I even tried to update the damn mouse, but for some incredible reason, the update software does not classify the 4k polling dongle setup as a usb dongle and well, i threw away the usb dongle that came with it because it fried literally a month into using it...

Almost a year ago I have bought a razer blackwidow v3 from a local store. After downloading synapse 3 and setting up a chroma profile, my keyboard's lights stopped working. I have found out that it's enough to unplug and reconnect the usb to the computer after the start-up. However I wanted to know if there is a way to omeglz echat fix this problem, or if this also happened to someone else.

My razer chroma Keyboard has multiple chroma profiles and most of the time does not sync so i just get a static green keyboard most the time. It has worked a few times before. Any way i can fix it. The profiles dont load on the synapse app.

I've just received my Razer Hammerhead Hyperspeed Xbox edition earbuds and of course I'm excited to get to using them. I have them paired to my phone via bluetooth and have downloaded the Razer Audio mobile app but when I try to find the device within the app it always says device not found. When I look at the device list there is no option for the Xbox edition of these earbuds, only the Playstation. Mostly I just want to connect to enable ANC, etc. Has anyone encountered this or have a solution? First post, thanks! Edit: I should mentioned my phone is Android Edit 2: after looking around a bit more I've found similar reports that the Hammerhead Hyperspeed Xbox edition is missing from many or all Razer apps. Hopefully they plan on updating this soon. Also, if you need to enable ANC, do a long press of about 2 seconds on one of the earbuds to enable. Edit 3: The app seems be to updated, woo hoo!

I just bought a MSI GE76 Raider gaming notebook which has RGB lighting effects everywhere. I would like to get my Razor Pad, Mouse Charger effects to sync with the MSI. It uses Steelseries GG software to control all the PC's lighting. Any ideas?

I'm new to Razer, and recently got the Razer homerun bundle (Kraken V3 X headset, Ornata V2 keyboard, Deathadder V2 mouse, and Gigantus V2 mousepad). Googling it, the Razer Turret seems to be developerbook popular for Xbox, not the Oranata but there are some people who say it's compatible. So would it work?

Hi, Tried to install a secondary drive into my machine (980 Pro 2Tb) and I was wondering if I'd purchased a wrong one since it doesn't reach all the way to the NVME Bracket screw but after taking out the first NVME and trying it into the secondary slot, I can confirm that somehow I have a wrong NVME bracket on my machine as the stock NVME can't also reach the screw. From Reddit I read that there's been couple of people with similar issues and they've got a confirmation that they indeed had wrong model NVME brackets in their machines. I already opened a ticket with support, but curious if there's other people here with a similar issue and if so, how did it get fixed? I hope that Razer is able to supply me with just a new bracket since returning the whole machine would make my life quite difficult, I'd be without my production machine then. My razer deathstalker suddenly stopped working. It goes green then black then rainbow wave and then when I try to type on it the color turns into black then green again and I can't type. What should I do to get this fixed because this happened to me before and I gave it to fix and then they gave me a new one and now they won't fix for me anymore.

I used to be able to just plug in the black USB-C dongle into my PS5 and it would connect to my headphones, but it no longer works. Not even showing up as a connection at all, and the light on the headphones just flashes blue continuously. Have tried restarting everything from the console to my internet but no dice. Any reason why this would be the case? I only got them over a year ago for Christmas.

I just bought a new Basilik Ultimate cos the battery on my previous one was starting to die on me (which is quite to be expected after a few years I guess), so I'd like to know the best way to preserve this battery ? Should I turn the mouse off when I don't use it for a period of time ? Or on the contrary, let it on ? And put it or not put it on the charger dock ? Thanks in advance for your advices !

Considering that there has been a v2 release of the deathstalker series, is there a chance they will release a v2 of the ultimate? I love my current deathstalker ultimate, but it's frame feels a bit weak being plastic, plus the keys are membrane, and it has single zone lighting. I don't wanna upgrade to something else since I like having the screen there, but it is starting to feel really outdated, especially since 90% of the apps don't have support or are for old programs. Anyone else have thoughts or input?

So I bought a Razer gold reload on site only thing with reciept was transaction id. My friend thinks I should have a pin I've been checking and checking ... is there something I missed I'm use to buying cards in store the numbers on card type in and loads ??? My Razer Nari Ultimate headphones are not working. I hav me tried everything a quick google search could tell me. After playing a game for about 2-3 hours my headphones died, so I played them up let them stay off, and went back to my game. After some time passing maybe a hour or so I go to turn my headphones back on only to notice that the blue light is flashing and they are not STAYING connected to my computer. I tried the repairing software / pairing software online but nothing is making it fix. I deleted Razer Synapse also to see if that’s helped, and reinstalled it. Nothing is helping. At this point I am unite frustrated as they are in great shape.

Hello, I got my son the Nari Ultimate's less than 6 months ago and both earcups have broken off a day apart. Is this common? Were they just bad? I have never seen this and we are a huge gaming family. He loves these headphones because the haptic feedback. Any help much appreciated. Thank you
