Hellow fellow serpents As the Christmas is coming i want to buy a pair of Razer Opus ( not x) for my girlfriend . She needs the headphones for music and especially for online meeting as she works from home and she wants mobility. I need to know if this model of headphones has a stable connection while using them connected to a laptop. The laptop has Bluetooth 5.0 so latency shouldn't be a problem . Can the Microsoft Teams , Zoom and Discord use the built in mic ? Is there going to a be delay both in hearing and talking to the other person ? Is it worth it as an all rounder or should I change my mind about this model ? If the headset doesn't work as it should on what she needs , please feel free to recommend a good pair of wireless headphones for both Iphone/Android and PC . Thank you in advance ❤️

The razer basilisk mouse has a nice little lip for your thumb to rest on, but my pinky finger tends to drag on the other side as I play and effects my aim. I feel like having a similar lip/rest on the other side would help make more consistent aiming. The rests going out on both sides I feel would give it kind of a ‘stingray’ ish look so I thought that would be a fitting name for the Concept.

Hi. My razer lancehead wifi mouse frequently is freezing. Buttons working, but cursor not moving. After 5-10 sec all is working again.

I've some razer silver coins and i want to redeem it for a razer item like a gaming mouse. Can anyone explain to me how it's working after redeeming silver to a voucher. Do i have to pay Taxes or shipping fees ? Can i use the voucher to get the mouse from the store directly or even get the pick up choice from the website ? For a game I play I REALLY need the Funtion keys (F1,F2,F3 etc) … but I don’t want to press FN with the normal Number key to active Them. Is there a way to always omeglz keep the normal Number key as the Function Keys?

I have lost the dongle of my Orochi v2 and checked online if there was any way to order an replancement. This lead me to the ofificial razer page, where different 2.4 ghz are sold (https://www.razer.com/shop/replacement-parts/replacement-parts-mice), but not the one for the Orochi v2. This lead me to the question if it is possible to connect the Orochi v2 to other dongles via Razer hyper sense multi dongle, because the Orochi v2 wasn't meantioned in the article on that (https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4714/~/razer-hyperspeed-multi-device-dongle-updater). If it is not possible to solve the problem that way is there a way to get a replacement dongle?

Ever since I purchased this product. I have had nothing but problems with this keyboard. I have hardly used it since I have had it. Using my faithful Logitech G110. I thought that I would give the Huntsman another 'try out' today. As soon as I plug into the USB, on the Windows 11 search box, I get loads of letters continuing to run across the 'type in' search box, with bleeping Win 11 sounds!? None of the keys light up. When I unplug the keyboard the problem stops, I plug in my Logitech keyboard and have no problems. I totally regret the purchase of this keyboard. More trouble than it is worth, and only fit for the bin!

The headset came with a splitter, but I tried to connect it both with and without it, and Synapse still didn't detect it. My Cynosa Lite and Viper Mini were detected instantly and work correctly. What should I do?

Hi, Idk how to fix this but their update isn't able to detect my huntsman elite. I went to alot of forms online and tried to follow even instructions from their support team and still doesn't work (over 3-month bytw) of constant back and forth. Anyone have a solution I should try please let me know. The lighting works but just going in a circle and i can't modify it because razer choroma can't recognize it but all my other razer products are recognized

Hi how to change the sound preset of the chat source to listen music like if i want to control which of the game or the music is louder i can do it with the scorll thing at the left and have a good sound not like a chat?

Running a high wireless polling rate (2000 / 4000Hz) uses a lot of power, which requires you to charge the mouse every second day and uses a lot of battery cycles in a short ammount of time which will get the mouse into a landfill earlier. It would be really nice to have a faster way to turn down the polling rate to save some power, hassle and maybe extend the product life, when you are not playing. Maybe you can even automaticly turn the polling rate up, when running specific applications.

So I've recently got headphones from razer, which from there I downloaded Razer Cortex. I've been looking into the different ways to earn silver, mainly because I like grindy stuff to do like that, lol. I just was wondering I know it says "Find more SQUAD REWARDS members on our Official Razer Discord Channel". Though, when I click on it, it acts like the discord isn't there at all? So I'm just curious if there is a discord or not. Also, I'm not sure if I can ask it here, but would anybody want to join together for the Season 10 Squad Rewards? I just think it would be fun to do, but I don't have many personal friends who care about it. The games I play that are compatible with the event include: Dead by Daylight Portal 2 Stardew Valley Minecraft Rust Valorant That's all, thx for any suggestions!!

I bought this mouse specifically to run Macro ingame and had no problems setting up the macro. My question is this. Is there any way to turn off power saving in this mouse? It kind of defeats the purpose to set up a macro to farm afk if the mouse turns off after 15 mins. Thanks in advance for your help...

for several days, it does not give me rewards when playing the Raid legends game in the paid to play campaign

Hey, since like 4pm CEST today my Naga Pro started entering sleep mode extremely quickly in wireless dongle mode. It doesn't have the same issue when cabled up though. Also I made a little video that I uploaded to my <google drive> where you can clearly see synapse dropping and quickly re-establishing the connection. The end result is that the mouse skips a lot and becomes completely unusable in wireless mode. I figure this is probably a software issue and wanted to raise its attention so here we are.

I have a RAZER Atheris wireless mouse and I bought it almost a year ago. Just yesterday it was working fine. This morning I got up, and found out that it just doesn't work anymore. The mouse USB device has been detected by the computer. But for some reason the DPI light keeps flashing blue as soon as I turn it on, and when I try to move the mouse, it just won't move on the screen.

I live in Switzerland and therefor only have an address in Switzerland. The problem with that is that there is no way for me to buy THX Spatial Audio from here because it won't let me use a Swiss billing address! Is there anything that can be done to fix the problem?

Last night I left a windows 11 update, everything normal in the morning I got up to leave some games downloading what I work on, and I noticed that to start the session I was pressing buttons specifically these keys "'R4FJ" which from what you see are the that it does not detect me to key them, all the others leave me without problems, I tried restoring with esc, [caps and spacebar' etc, but I still do not make it work 10.0.0.0.1, I also tried it on another computer and the same problem continues, I am very stressed, I already asked for support because I only have 4 months with the keyboard.
