Good day. I have a problem with the Kaira Pro headphones for Xbox. I connected them to the console and while the sound in the headphones can be heard well, I cannot hear my voice from the microphone on the recordings. I turned it on in the settings, took it to the highest volume but nothing helps. When I turn on voice monitoring - this "echo" is heard so everything seems to be working. Do you have any ideas? Maybe something needs to be turned on in the settings ...

When will this mouse be officially announced and available at best buy? I've been wanting to buy the v2 version Currently can confirm the following based on the box 1. Usb C 2. Wireless qi charging 3. Bigger skates 4. hyper scroll wheel! (like the one on the basilisk v3 pro I assume) 5. 30k sensor (I assume the same one from the basilisk v3 pro) 6. 1k polling dongle included 7. Same modular side panels that I love What I can't confirm 1. 4k polling Razer please let me know. I REALLY want this mouse and I want to buy it from best buy so a release date would be nice.

i recently bought a razer basilisk x hyperspeed and i've been using it for quite a while but i was wondering if you can use the profiles and switch between different profiles on an xbox series x as example: i've made 2 profiles one profile has rapid click on the left mouse button and the mouse 5 button swiches the profile to the second one i made that doesnt have rapid click on the left mouse button and can switch back to the other profile. but can i also use this on xbox

I'm doing alright, but I've kept quite busy over the past few years, and I just didn't have the time to keep up with Insider, though I thought of how thihgs were going here quite often. So, for those who even remember me, tell me how you've been, what's new and what's changed!

This is not a common low battery problem. Battery is fine, it can be still charged. It seems the sensor is dead or not detected. The mice is out of warranty so I tear it apart. The issue is still not found. Since it is out of warranty, I guess it is useless to put it on the support page which gets 0 response so far. Anybody has similar issues? https://imgur.com/a/aD1vqMY

The problem is as follows ... I earned silver for a long time, I invited my brother and daughter to the project. I redeemed reward once. After the current event, I again want to redeem a reward. Brother and daughter also accumulated enough silver and also want to get a reward. But I noticed on the page of the address is warning: Your Billing Address Will Be Used As An Added Security and Fraud Prevention For Razer Silver Redemptions. Now we are afraid that we will be accused of fraud if we order rewards, because we live at one address, which is logical, because we are a family. Is there really no way to receive prizes to relatives according to the Razer Silver rules if they live together? Or how it is working?

Hi all, got myself a kraken hypersense v3 out of the box while playing video games — it makes a persistent screeching static noise .: it happens intermittently sometimes more times then other days . I’ve tried everything to fix this mobdro kodi Up to turning off spatial sound uninstalling the drivers Uninstalling synapse I’m still getting this issue , razer does not give me a clear answer and they keep continue to close threads with people with the same issue Anyone have a fix to this ?

I have a Razer wilcat that sill working very well but the palm grips are tiring off so I want to buy replacement one and I cannot contact the customer support. So How to do that ? Doesn't seem someone is doing them. I hope Razer could put some on sale. I am really thrilled to buy a new one only for some spar part wear.

When on or in sleep mode, the laptop is charging fine through both USB-C ports. When off or in hibernation mode, if USB-C charger connected at time of powering down, laptop is charging ok, too. However, if the USB-C charger is not connected at moment of power-off/hibernation, the laptop would not charge through USB-C ports, if USB-C power is connected subsequently. Could anyone else please confirm this, and if so, is this a firmware bug? Many thanks.

Hello. I tried to make google search about it, but didn't find any. I used Razer FW updater for the first time, it updated my gear to the Firmware v1.00.13_r3. I haven't changed any settings (checked every setting twice), but my friends started to laugh at my voice and asked if I bought a new headset. They weren't really good at describing it, but said that it's like talking from the can and definitely worse than before. Any other victims? And most importantly, is there a way to downgrade the firmware?

The row of keys from Q to P does not work anymore. It was working fine and suddely stopped working. No liquid spill, clean environment. Tried on many other computers, with and without synapse, tried also hard reset with CTRL+CAPS LOCK+ESC but the problem is still there. is there a solution ? thx !

Is the 4khz polling feature on the newer razer mice available when the mice are plugged in?? I have the 4khz dongle for the basilisk, and it works in wireless, but when wired its only 1000.... shouldn't it easily be able to do 4000 wired??

I see on social media Razer/Atlus are sending out Persona 5 Royal xbox controllers to certain influencers. Is there any plans or chance these controllers will be made available to purchase on the store? They look great and seem to be boxed and ready to go. Would be great if you could let us buy them :)

Today this buzzing sound appeared in the headset that lasted around 3-4 seconds and happened every 30 seconds or so. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it? (I am using a 3-year-old Razer Kraken tournament edition bought from Razer.com). Super

Hi! I have this device about a year and I do not use it so often as I have not much time to play games. Recently I noticed that the volume knob will not evenly regulate volume for left and right. sometimes left is more quiet. If I move the knob a little up or down it gets usually even. Is this a bad quality potentiometer issue?

I have a razer deathadder v2 pro wireless. It was working wonderfully until recently when it started disconnecting and reconnecting constantly. I can barely get a click in. I saw someone recommend updating the firmware and I was able to update the dongle (Which was connected through the microusb cable so I know its not the cable) but when I took the cable and connected the mouse to the pc the mouse wont stay connected enough to allow a firmware update. I constantly hear the windows connect and disconnect noise. I tried uninstalling the drivers through device manager but it didnt help. I also tried holding the profile button down for 10 seconds to reset the mouse to factory settings and it did not work either. I quit synapse and made sure windows was updated too. It happens on wired and on 2.4ghz. Bluetooth just says driver issue in the windows bluetooth even though I have uninstalled the driver several times. Thank you for any help.

Hi everyone, hope the day finds you all well. So I have been using this Leviathan V2 X for a month or so, and I notice that the speaker keeps disconnecting from my laptop while being used. I am using it with my laptop with bluetooth connection and when it disconnects, I can't seem to reconnect to my laptop or even trying with my phone. I tried switching it off and back on, but it didn't work. I had to remove the USB-C cable connecting it to the power supply, replug and switch it back on so it reconnects to my laptop. Does it happen to anyone else? Thanks!

I ordered on 10/20 and i call fedex today they said my order had clearence problem and it send back to sender. What should i do if i still want the product?

I was cleaning my mouse and suddenly the scroll wheel is super sensitive, borderline loose since everytime i scroll there's no more resistance.
