Hi all, I've just purchased myself a pair of Blackshark V2 Pros and I am trying to work out the best settings for Apex Legends. I have tried the two THX pre-sets however I can barely make out footsteps, let alone the direction they're coming in from. THX Environmental Mode also sounds like I'm in an airlock... Does anyone have any settings they would be willing to share? I know Apex's sound is wank enough as it is... but currently my Sennheiser HD-25s sound shit-tons better and clear on direction than these Blackshark V2 Pros.

I got my Blackshark 2 days ago and have been playing around with all sorts of settings, drivers etc I was able to make the quality OK but the last remaining problem is that the mic seems to be too sensitive? It seems to try to cut out all background noise but it does it too strongly, often cutting off the last 1-2 letters of the words I am recording. Is there a way to reduce the sensitivity? Or maybe a setting for how it handles background noise? I am so lost and but hope I can find help here and still use the Mic :) Thanks

My product is out of warranty, so there is no chance of getting proper support. However, I would like to *buy* replacement earpads. I was disappointed to find out that despite there being a guide for how to replace the earpads Razer does not seem to sell replacement earpads for the Opus. Is there anywhere I may have missed where I can buy them, or if there's a third party seller that makes them

I know it's a long shot, but I think the Razer Chroma Mug Holder should be added to RS3 , It has the capability to program each light ( I've seen it when using wallpaper engine) I'm sure it's probably more hassle then what it's worth, but I love my chroma mug holder (it's just a shame I have Synapse 2.0 for one thing)

So i bought this wireless mouse 1 year ago cause my old OG deathadder was pretty much done but recently i started having problems while playing games. Basically the sensor stops worling for a short period of time (3-5 seconds) and I have no idea why, Ive tried to clean the sensor up , charhe it, update the drivers, etc but it aint getting better router login. Any ideas on how to either minimize it cause it happens quite frequently or completly eliminate it?

After a windows update, for some reason the Razer nari essential's mic just doesn't work. It doesn't pick up any sound, and I tried everything(troubleshooting, checking all the settings, enabling all the mic settings), and it doesn't work on any other computer too.

Hi, Is it normal that the Blade 17 2022 sometimes discharges while plugged in. It never goes below 95% though, and when it's on 95% it recharges back to 100%. Only noticed this under heavy load in AAA games and such. Also once (but only once) I got a Synapse warning that the system is not receiving adequate power or something. I Also noticed sometimes the logo on the back randomly isn't on, while in synapse it says " static " and I never even played with different settings.. ----------- I reinstalled windows completely, only installed 3D Mark and let it run. Again the laptop turned to 98% (from 100%), plugged in. Also the illuminated light at the back went off again. I can't easily re-create this. But in Synapse it's on STATIC. If I click it off and back to static, it turns on again. (for a while) I can't seem to find any simmilar situations online.

Hi guys, I haven't bought a charging dock for my Basilisk v3 Pro mouse and am charging it using the cable provided - however the charging "icon" is not showing on Synapse - is that completely normal? I've tried connecting and disconnecting the cable, same thing. Is there any way to check whether my mouse is charging properly?

Hi guys , i have just been slack with this issue since new. my blade 15 ( a 10875H with 3070 and a QHD 240 purchased through retail brand ) has consistently disconnected on battery. More specifically, if i am running on battery, the wifi would disconnect randomly ,and particularly if say downloading an ISO ( or consistently large file say over 40MB the issue is not reproducible when running on AC. The WIFI adapter has been uninstalled and followed all the WIFI disconnecting FAQ on RAZER's website, to no avail. The latest drivers from Intel as recommended are on the laptop, window is fully updated to 17/09/2022. supplementally , i added another 970EVO plus 2TB as the secondary drive and she is not showing it to be 2TB but rather just 1TB. Samsung's own Magician software correctly recognizes it as such and windows is showing 2TB space./ This laptop has been handled with kids gloves since new. the machine is so temperamental , that it would consistently ( thrice a week refuse to r

Hi, I got me a Razer Cynosa v2 keyboard. The backlighting behind the keys is blinding me. I was hoping I could turn the backlighting between the keys off, so that only the keys (letters, symbols, etc.) would light up, like on my Logitech keyboards, but I can't find such a setting neither in Synaspe nor Chroma Studio. Is it even possible to change that ? I'd like the keys to be lighted but not to have any lighting bleeding between the keys. I don't know what to do anymore... It started when I bought my orochi v2 and I started to notice some little motion delay when using it, something that I was not feeling on my g305. Than I bought a DeathAdder V2 and It felt more responsive than my g305, so I came back to the g305 and started to feel the same way that's I was feeling with the orochi v2, feels like the cursor is on ice but it doesn't use to be like that. I totally lost my desire to play anything, g305 is the best mouse I've ever used, I love the shape, orochi v2 has a very good shape too! But I can get used to it anymore, due to that small motion delay that I feel. I've tried everything, even changed the motherboard and cpu, but no success... I don't know if this is just a weird feeling that I'm having but I just want things to be as it used to be and not feel that weird motion delay feeling... I bought the Kraken v3 pro last month to replace my aging man o war headset and noticed the moment I opened the box that this new headset wasn't a true over ear headset like every headset I've bought the past 20 years. I've asked everyone I could at Razer if this is the new size they are going with on all headsets from here on out or not, but haven't received any kind of answer. This seems to be the last place I can ask. Has Razer gone to the "one size fits most" style like every other manufacturer out there or is this size reduction only on the kracken v3 pro? I'm asking as a concerned patron of Razer since it directly effects whether or not I can remain a customer. The previous size allowed me to wear their headsets for up to 18 hours, but the new size has forced me down to about an hour due to the discomfort of pressure on my ears. Hoping someone has an answer, thanks

For starters I've been buying RAZER headsets since the beginning, and have always enjoyed the audio quality. I've also been very happy with the true over ear design of every RAZER headset I've bought, until now. The thx is interesting, but running it regular works better depending on the input from the source. Now one thing to note about the kraken v3 pro is they are smaller than their predecessors. All of the previous headsets I've bought were true over ear headsets where this one is "one size fits most" like every other brand out there. So comfort is now an issue for me. I used to be able to wear their headsets for up to 18 hours, but not these. They press on the cartilage and cause pressure sores. Keep in mind this won't be true for everyone but is true for those of us with slightly larger ear sizes. I do like that you can run the different settings (thx or non thx) depending on what I'm listening to though the switching capability of the headset is a little clunky. The headset

Hello everyone! I am considering buying the mentioned model with Intel i7 11800H RTX 3060 and 65W battery. However, after doing quite a lot of research there seems to be quite many disappointed users, especially regarding the batterylife, thermals and the lifespan of the laptop. So the questions are: Can I expect the laptop to last for years with proper use, or is the average somewhere near 2 years? Is the laptop good for studying as the battery is reported to only last for like an hour or two without the charger (via users xender)? Can I connect the laptop to two external monitors via Lenovo Thinkpad Docking station gen 2 with both power cables plugged in, or does this damage the battery? Is 1899€ a reasonable deal for this laptop? Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.
