So my main dongle was lost and i ordered online but when im trying to pair it , it doesnt pair and i already asked razer for replacement my question is The replacement should pair to my mouse?

A few weeks back I my dongle started acting up, it started disconnecting from time to time until one day it suddenly lost all connection and can no longer be detected by any razer software. Since my mouse is out of warranty (bought it back when it first came out, i think) I bought a knock off dongle replacement.Now here is where the problem starts, the razer pairing software recognizes both device but is asking for the original mouse cable to pair it. I mean a bought a wireless mouse for a reason so I no longer have it. Is there anyway to pair the mouse and the new dongle?Thanks in advance.

The cable of my Razer DeathAdder V3 wired mouse seems to be damaged, so the connection keeps cutting in and out. The warranty period has already expired, so I can’t get it repaired through A/S. I would like to purchase the connector and USB cable separately. Is there any way to do that?

A discussion thread for artists who have workflows that are unconventional.I’ll start with mine, used for vector graphics.I generally use, of all things, Moment of Inspiration CAD software for making the actual shapes, reserving Inkscape for coloring, processing, and effects. If I need to make it into a raster image, I export as a raster - usually WebP - then take it to GIMP (that’s the GNU Image Manipulation Program , and yes, mods, the developer is aware of its’ unfortunate acronym) for further edits.I also use MoI for 3D shapes, which I then take into Blender to further modify, process, and render. I’ve done quite a bit of this, actually.What workflows do you have that others would find unusual?

Everything is listed red.What it comes down to is that usage of this headset can weaken the immunesystem and can also lead to allergic reactions or infertility.Now ive been using the v3 Hypersense for a few years now and my son also has one. Im not afraid or something, but a response from Razer on this thing would be nice, since they're listen in that list as one of the worst models available. The list of tested headsets/phones is available here as a pdf:

This conversation is in relation to the memory leak I have been experiencing on my Strix G16 laptop. For over 2 weeks I have been going crazy, trying EVERY solution mentioned out there:Some of the solutions I have already tried were:Disabling all audio enhancements (e.g. Razer 7.1 Surround Sound) Disabling all sound effects/ e.g. Spatial Sound etc. Uninstalling/ Installing Windows drivers ALL the updates you can imagine…. Cancelling the Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation process directly from the task manager.… and couple of others I cant remember. I have been watching countless videos on YouTube and relentlessly reading all the Forums for an answer. My problem has never been the spike in CPU usage, but simply a memory leak. The Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation would start at 1GB and slowly (but surely) creep up to 8 - 9GB. I call it memory leak, because

Hey guys! I am trying to enter gaming, and I bought a 5070 ti gaming laptop and the mouse I picked is the Razer Viper V3 Pro. In the manual I received it says that if I register my mouse, I can get up to 2 years of warranty. I just registered my device to this website, but I did not see a pop up saying that my mouse has warranty, is there a way for me to check if I did get the warranty or do I already have it? Thank you in advance for your help.

Purchased a headset from Amazon through a third party seller back in Feb and when I attempted to register device, it wouldn’t allow. When I attempted to reach out to Razer Support, I then see that the device is registered as stolen. I emailed Razer through support and through my other personal email and haven’t received any reply. I would like to get this resolved to see what I should do. Or if I should just send the headset back lol

Hi everyone!I really like my Razer BlackShark V3 Pro headset but I have a few issues sadly that I can not fix. - When there is no audio playing for a few minutes, the audio then played in ‘faded-in’. This is very annoying it basically mutes shot notification and short voice chat moments. I can't find to turn this off anywhere.- The headset stops audio all together sometimes, it still shows in Windows and is playing but no sound. Reconnecting the dongle or powering the headset on and off again fixes this. - Synapse tells me to update the firmware yet I already upgraded to the version that is listed on the website from August 1st 2025. 

It has been quite a while since last time I saw any razer gear that is available for redemption. I tried to contact customer service but never got meaningful responses. Anyone, please let me know, if the redemption would be back. 

Hi all,I’m working on a Razer Blade 15 Advanced (2021) (RZ09-0369) for a client.The machine previously booted into Windows without issue. The user attempted a Windows “Reset this PC” at home, and it now stops at a black pre-boot screen simply stating:Enter PasswordThere is no padlock icon, no recovery key ID, and F12/boot options are blocked.It appears a BIOS/Supervisor password may have been set inadvertently during the reset process, and the user does not know the password.Before escalating to Razer Inc. support, can anyone confirm: Is there any known recovery method for this model? Does CMOS/battery disconnect clear supervisor password on RZ09-0369? Or is motherboard replacement the only option if the password is unknown? Appreciate any help, thank you.

I have a Nommo V2 Pro, and the 9-pin cable that connects the left speaker to the unit is broken. I attempted to replace the connector, but I wasn't able to do it since the 9-pins are so difficult to solder. The other end of the cable goes into the speaker and isn't removable.. This product is outside of warranty, and I don't have RazerCare, so I'll need to pay for repair. Would anyone be able to inform me of the process? It’s hard to imagine Razer offers no option in my situation? 

use online controller tester, when i press the L3 button, dont have any respond.but the joystick use for moving is perfectly fine.can fix it?

I wanna disable cloud sync for Synapse and Chroma. There has never been a case where the cloud sync issue popup was any helpful. I just wanna run this locally. How do I stop this?
