The bugs I do still have, sometimes the PC reboots or cold boot lead to chroma studio don't open correctly and they stuck on green color (yeah I've reinstalled trillion times and never got fixed) and also one is interesting, if you put the PC on power saving and use the feature everything turn off when monitors do, sometimes keyboard (cynosa V2) never light up again, replug is the only fix, sometimes RGB effects feels laggy, to fix this you need to open chroma studio and reselect your own profile (cloud) to fix this.None of those things I had on synapse 3, literally, none. 

Does anyone else want more than 4 profiles? They don’t even have to be saved to the on-board memory.I would’ve took being able to export and import profiles manually but can’t even do that.Help a man out.

Currently, the lack of a native PT-PT layout (including the "Ç" key and our specific accentuation placement) forces many users in Portugal to settle for other layouts or different brands.The BlackWidow V4 Pro is an incredible piece of hardware, and having it available in our native ISO-PT configuration would be a major selling point for the entire Portuguese gaming and professional community.Please consider including the PT-PT layout in your production roadmap for the V4 Pro and ensure it is a priority for the upcoming V5 Pro or next-generation models.

I’m planned to buy a new mouse, but kinda confuse between orochi or viper whether which one is better as they got the nearly same price

How to fix this problem, I try everything on the apps but it not working. Is this issue could be part of the warrantee, if no can I fix it by changing parts ?

hello friends, my xbox went to crap and no longer want to buy another console. I’m buying the Razer Tomahawk Mini ITX tomorrow and could use any advice/tips you guys have for my first build.

When I start up my PC, turn on my headset, ALL audio sounds like it is at max possible volume. The only thing that works is unplugging and replugging the dongle. That completely resets it and it goes back to normal. I figured it was in need of a driver update, but there is nothing. Don’t know what else to do now about it.  

Hello,I have been looking for an MMO mouse, and was suggested this one. I have issues with my hands, so an important factor for me is how easy the side buttons are to click. Not just positioning, but I mean the actual force required to activate a button.Has anyone here had experience with this mouse and would share their experience? Thank you in advande.

Does anyone knows if i plug in a new razer headset in a usb soundcard that i got with my current headset (kraken tournament edition) it can handle it, bc i want to buy new a new headset.

This conversation is in relation to the memory leak I have been experiencing on my Strix G16 laptop. For over 2 weeks I have been going crazy, trying EVERY solution mentioned out there:Some of the solutions I have already tried were:Disabling all audio enhancements (e.g. Razer 7.1 Surround Sound) Disabling all sound effects/ e.g. Spatial Sound etc. Uninstalling/ Installing Windows drivers ALL the updates you can imagine…. Cancelling the Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation process directly from the task manager.… and couple of others I cant remember. I have been watching countless videos on YouTube and relentlessly reading all the Forums for an answer. My problem has never been the spike in CPU usage, but simply a memory leak. Model:RZ06-0555When pulling the stick in a direction and realeasing it, a good controller should get back to neutral center, but this new TMR joysticks on the Wolverine V3 TE 8K PC bounce in the oposite direction, sometimes not much but some times are large inputs that can mess your combos or game mechanichs, check with your synapse and see video of example.I had 1 controller with 6 months using it, updated, calibrated, clean, and I just noticed now the snapback inputs i was getting on my games I though i was bad at games, but now i realise the stick contributed a lot, I bought another one, out of the box exact same bouncing, synapse open or closed didnt matter, is a hardware failure, exact as this video I also have one Wolverine V3 TE but for Xbox, Model: RZ06-0521 and those have Hall effect joysticks and have no snapback or rebounce, no unwanted inputs on the oposite direction when realeasing the stick, so I will play with that meanwhile as I can use

I am really confused between these 2 headsets, i will use it for gaming and streaming soo the mic should also be good. The hyperx is 1k inr(11$)cheaper but is it good and i heard people saying that razer’s build quality is very bad.Please help me decide and thanks in advance.

Hello i bought this mouse but i have weird issues with games like Valorant or CS, doing specific motions like looking left and right the mouse is acting weird freezing for couple seconds, dongle in USB 3.0 port its even worse, in 2.0 motherboard its better but i still have those issues especially in Counter Strike. First it was also on desktop like mouse would lag and all, I updated the firmware for both dongle and the mouse, it fixed desktop stutters but not in game.  I have tried other things,  like disabling fullscreen optimization made it better in valorant nothing seems to completely fix it. One thing i did not try yet is to use USB adapter and keep dongle close to mouse. I also have on my desk wifi router, tried movong it below desk more on right but it doesnt seem to change anything

I were given these headphones as a gift they lasted me only one round of siege, working perfectly fine but then when I realized the Xbox output volume was turned to the max and I still wanted more cue sound I tried to adjust the wheel thing on the right side of the headset with the + and - icon I pushed it up and then I realized it’s infinite for some weird reason then my audio just stopped working completely and every time I would turn the wheel I hear a beep and it does nothing. To summarize, I got the headphones audio was working then randomly stopped working (the mic works just fine I tested myself, and this is for Xbox windows works fine as of my knowledge) things I’ve tried: restart Xbox, power off headset unplug dongle thing for 30sec plug back in, fix from Xbox accessories, fix from razer headphones Xbox app, charging the actual headset, adjusting volume constantly

Im using Huntsman v3 pro tkl 8hz. It was working fine 10 minutes ago but it suddenly stopped working. I tried to unplug usb and reconnect it but it shows up red lights on A and D key. The volume nove is working but all the keys are not working. I tired every method on this insider Even deleting driver and restarting it. I bought this one from seattle razer store like month or 2 ago.
