Is there any way to rebind some of the sensitivity buttons to be mouse buttons? (ex. Sensitivity Clutch → Mouse 6, creating a new mouse button that can be bound) I’ve looked pretty much everywhere on Synapse and I can’t find anything that would let me do that. Is there something that I’m missing or is this just not possible?

Greetings, there is a problem. I use the Razer DeathAdder v3 HyperSpeed mouse and have installed Razer Synapse to it. I adjusted the mouse to my game, reassigned the side buttons to the numbers on the keyboard so that it would be convenient to jump through the cells in the inventory. Today I log into the game and nothing works. I tried reinstalling the application, updating the drivers, restarting the computer, restarting the application itself and running it as an administrator. Nothing helps. But as soon as I connected the mouse directly to the PC via a wire, everything immediately worked. All the reassigned buttons are working. And when connected via a dongle, it works like a regular mouse. At the same time, I can switch sensitivity levels, but not to reassign any key. Help please

Model no. RZ01-0233I purchased a Basilisk (V1) sometime around late 2019 and used it (loved it) up until about 4 months ago when the right click started having trouble registering clicks. Sometimes it would double click and sometimes it wouldn't click. I tried replacing it but I just can't get used to another mouse and want to attempt to revive my old Basilisk. I'm a little attached to the mouse and I really don't see myself (happily) using a different one in the future. I can't find any Basilisk V1's to buy online and I can't find what switches I should buy to repair it with (assuming the issue is bad switches). In addition, some may suggest resetting firmware using the firmware posted on Razer's website as a solution to problems such as this; razer does not have the firmware reinstall for the Basilisk V1 posted on their website so I have no way of doing this. I am experiencing an issue with my Razer Leviathan V2 Pro soundbar. At random times, it disconnects from my computer when connected via USB cable.Details of the issue:The soundbar randomly disconnects and reconnects during use. I have tried using different USB cables to rule out a faulty cable. I have connected the soundbar to different USB ports directly on the motherboard. Other devices connected to the same USB ports function normally without any disconnections.Despite these troubleshooting steps, the problem persists.

I would like to purchase the Razer Huntsman V3 Pro, but the Italian layout is missing, nor are there any compatible keycap sets that can be purchased separately. Unfortunately, I completely depend on the availability of this layout in order to proceed with the purchase.

Hi, I am using a Razer laptop and the fans get loud even in lighter games. I want to reduce noise but still keep stable performance and safe temperatures. What settings do you usually change first, like power mode, fan profile, or CPU/GPU limits? If you have a simple setup that works for you, please share what you changed and what results you saw.

First my brand new BlackWidow V4 couldn’t handle 3 profiles and me switching them manually. It kept resetting.Then couple days ago it just turned off for 1-2 minutes for no reason couple times. Reconnecting usb did not help only waiting. Then it went black completely. I did hard reset by holding Spacebar+CapsLock+Esc before plugging in. It worked for a while. Today after turning on PC it kept resetting non stop. I reinstalled synapse, drivers, checked on other PC, reinstalled newest firmware. Keyboard works if there is no synapse running and keeps restarting when synapse is on. So my question is: Which mechanical keyboard with macro keys and fully programmable buttons should I get once I get a refund for this junk. 

Recently bought the razer DA V4 pro mouse, however i recognised that when I click it in certain point on the side the mouse seems to make some kind of clicking sound or something i don't know. Could you tell me if this is a normal thing or should I return it

My Synapse Software just forced an update on me earlier today during a PC Reboot….  Now the Synapse software comes up telling me to upgrade to Synapse 4 because they no longer support Synapse 3….  ...and it no longer detects my Razer Ornata V2 keyboard, or my Razer Naga Hex V2 Mouse… telling me that I no longer have any Razer products connected to my computer. I dont like Synapse 4… I’ve tried it, its horrible software. Razer, why can’t I just keep using what WORKS??  IF IT WORKS; WHY DO YOU HAVE TO BREAK IT???

Hey I just found my old Razer Mamba mouse. I loved it back in the day and I’m wanting to use it again but I don’t have the cord. It’s next to impossible to find one online so I was hoping someone can point me in the right direction on using this mouse again 

I have had a problem for 3 months since I had the keyboard and I tried changing the plug where I connect the keyboard and it still has the same delay on keys like arrow /wasd/ sometimes it takes my keys sometimes it doesn't. I also reinstalled windows and still clean so many times and nothing ...If you know how to help me, I sincerely ask you to help me because I play some games and it doesn't work on my keys. I paid money for the keyboard and I can't use it to its full potential.

I’m trying to find some advice / log a support issue with my Woverine V3 Pro boothtooth adapter. It’s less than a year old, but the serial number has worn away as it’s on the sticke behind the pad. This means I cannot find anyway to log a support query.The problem is with the Bluetooth adapter not connecting. I unplugged from my xbox and plugged into my PC to update the controller, this keeps giving malfunction errors. tried multiple USB ports. Since doing that it no longer works in my xbox.Stuff for ideas now.

Literally while in call with a friend it just stops transmitting audio. Audio settings are all the same, i tried restarting my pc multiple times, reset the plugs. Idk. 

Basically, I've lost access completely to the old e-mail I used to make my Razer account and register the products I own. I am unable to change it and unable to contact Razer in any way. Their "support" doesn't actually give you an option to receive account support and just sends you back to their warranty support page. What do I do? Literally nothing on their site is helpful and it's frustrating that they evidently don't like the idea of actually helping their customers.

Razer blade 17 (mid 2021) RZ09-0406 Windows 10 Home 64-bitMy GPU has limited itself to 210Mhz making all games I run run really poorly.Using software such as HWMonitor and GPUZ it's saying my GPU chip power draw is 522.3W (max) and my board power draw is 752.7W (max), and PerfCap reason is Pwr (Limited by total power limit) which it shouldn't, and stays at that level even with nothing open.Any suggestions on what may be the issue.If you need any additional information please ask and I'll provide it, thanks

For some reason the Mic doesn't work and actually has never worked ever since I bought itLike the audio is fine and everything is perfect except for the MicWhen I go into Razer Synapse I can hear myself when I turn on Side Monitoring but only there and nowhere else it's doesn't pick up any audio anywhere elsePlease let me know if you had this problem and found a solution 

I have got the blacksharks v2 SE, and recently the THX spatial audio  “broke”. Directly in synapse calibration tab, the sound is coming from opposite side or from anywhere else, but not the correct direction. I am worried about reinstalling the software because I dont remember anything about the activation key and dont have the packaging box. I also tried everything GPT told me to do and nothing solved this issue. Does anybody have a fix for this? I reckon anyone experienced and not dumb like me could immediately tell me what to do.  I dont really need it but I would like to use it, when I know i have the possibility, btw it will soon be 5 years since the purchase of my headphones

Do you also find the purple swithces unnecessarily extremely loud

Got a new and my first wireless gaming mouse.Bluetooth and wifi dont appear to be all that smooth when looking around in games.Even watching for shutters or frame drops, theres nothing. Its like the mouse is registering intermittently, just at a super fast rate, which results in what looks like stuttering, but isnt actually GPU stutter. Does that make sense?Is this normal, or do I have a bad mouse?
