i was looking at razer’s mice recently in anticipation of getting an updated razer trinity, as my old (wired) naga trinity is aging. i noticed that razer now only offers the razer naga trinity as a wireless mouse, the only wired versions of the naga being a naga with fixed 12 buttons and the left hand edition of the mouse. why is razer only offering the best edition of the naga (and i imagine many of their other models are doing the same thing now), the naga trinity, with only wireless connectivity and not wired? dear razer, wireless peripherals are a major security vulnerability. please continue to offer the trinity version of the razer naga with a wired version. not everyone wants to use insecure peripherals that do nothing but provide a majorly insecure attack vector for cyber attacks for literally no logical reason whatsoever; wireless peripherals are not only useless, they’re literally detrimental.

I got a used Razer Blade 16 2024 with Core i9 14900HX and RTX 4080.I updated the BIOS from 1.04 to 1.08 (latest) before doing any test. The GPU is only using up to 80W.I tried setting to turbo and also setting custom with CPU set to Boost, GPU to high and Max fan speed, but it still only using up to 80W on the GPUIt is using the original 330w power adapter.GPU-Z says PerfCap Reason: PwrGPU load running OCCT Adaptive Extreme stress test temp is Core: 78.94c, hotspot, 85.31c, memory junction, 80c with room ambient temp at high 80fI get very poor result in 3DMark Timespy only getting 13545 when the average is 18655.GPU-Z advanced tab NVIDIA BIOS says about power limitminimum: 5W, default, 80w, maximum: 175wMSI afterburner power limit slider is greyed outPlease help

Hi bro, I have a Razer BlackShark V3 Pro headset. Every time I power it on, the audio sounds muffled and distorted. I need to cycle through the EQ button on the headset to restore normal sound quality. Both the headset and dongle are running the latest available firmware. I’ve noticed multiple other users in the community are reporting this exact same bug. Is Razer aware of this issue?

Hi @all, For over half a year now I have had a honestly very painful audio bug that completely destroyed my PC experience. The audio spiked to insanly high dB without raising the bars in the volume mixer when starting any new activity (YT, Spotify, Games etc.) and then returned to normal values after 1-2 seconds. I have read through the threads in the forum regarding the audio spiking and did not find any solution. Nevertheless, I did not give up since I like THX Spatial and as the Razer support team suggested, disabling all the sound enhancements was not an option (but it also worked). I played around with the audio settings in Win11 and noticed that I must have changed things whilst deactivating all the audio devices I am not using anyways.So, in a nutshell, → Win+R → mmsys.cpl → right click on the headset → properties → Surround Sound → make sure it is not set to “deactivate” but is on Windows Sonic (I must have deactivated it in my wish to get rid of everything that may interfere w

How can I get another domed thumbstick for the v3 wolverine pro? I can't find anything in the Razer store.

I dont hear any sound in my left ear cup. I have had the headset for 9 months. i have followed all the trouble shooting options. uninstalled synapse, reinstalled audio drives but i when i test the headset the sound level plays the left ear sound but i only hear the right one.Also when trying to balance the sound levels in windows it doesn't even show an option to balance, the button to allow left and right channels is not available when using a dongle - only when connected purely by Bluetooth but that still doesn't fix the sound even in that mode. If it helps the 2.4 has both the Game and Chat options, neither fix the issue.

I also no longer have the original box, and the serial number sticker on the headset has been worn off and is no longer readable. I have proof of purchase (receipt). Hi everyone,I received a Razer Gold PIN as a birthday gift, but I can't figure out where I can redeem or activate it.I have a Razer account, but when I go to the Razer Gold website, I can't find the option to enter my PIN anywhere. I have also checked the available payment/reload options, but Razer Gold PIN doesn't seem to be available.Is there currently a problem with PIN redemption, or am I looking in the wrong place?I'd really appreciate it if someone could tell me where I can redeem my PIN or how I can use it.Thanks in advance!

I’ve got the V3 Pro here right now, and honestly, I’m far from impressed. The sound is very tinny, quiet, and lacks any real punch.I tested it in Escape From Tarkov and Dying Light 2 — and in both games, my €25 Sennheiser USB PC8 delivers a much better overall sound quality.Firmware updates for both the dongle and the headset are installed. I’ve tried toggling THX on and off and played around with the audio settings a bit, but in both games, the sound still feels really poor — especially compared to that cheap headset.I also tried uninstalling the Razer software and running it without, but that didn’t help either.Anyone got any ideas?

Depeche Mode - Enjoy the Silence 

Just got a 2023 Blade that I’ve spent a week troubleshooting because it’s been freezing in under a minute if taken off out wired power. Digging through forum posts as such seems to be that the 2023 model has an issue with Cstate changes, which cause it to lock up while on battery power, but no real solutions have been talked about. All my drivers, bios, etc updated. All scans for issues bring back nothing. Has anyone found real answers for fixing this? 

Not very happy. Paid a lot of money for this gamepad and now I'm having issues with the thumbstick. I cant go left anymore and sometimes going forward doesn't work. I've tried disconnecting it and reconnecting it and still nothing. I've had this less than a year and not impressed at all

I lost my razer hammerhead true wireless x right earbud when I was outside, I can remember that I placed them both correctly into their case and placed it inside my pocket. But when I arrived at home, I saw that my right earbud is missing and I went back to the mall and tried to find the right earbud on the area that I placed them inside the case. But sadly, I didn’t find it, I spent 3-5 hours trying to find it but it was almost midnight so I just gave up and made a decision to purchase a new set. But my friends and some people are suggesting that I should just try to purchase a spare piece. 

I picked up a BlackWidow V4 Pro Full Size about a month or two ago. About 2 weeks ago, my left shit key stopped working fully and now only works every 1 out of 4 presses or so and even when it does work, it will stop working about 50% of the time. Nothing has been spilt on it and I have removed the key to see if something was stuck under it but I didn't see anything. I also have an issue with certain keys activating twice with one click like my N and my S key, but that's not as much of an issue as the shift issue.Does anyone know how to either fix it or am I going to have to sadly replace my keyboard as I use my left shift key all the time?

Hey guysI’ve got a razer black widow v4 75% with razers orange switches. I really like the keyboard and the switches but unfortunately the switches are beginning to miss inputs. Particularly the s and y key for some reason.Razers switches are quite expensive by themselves and are not available from my country and will need to be imported from Germany through amazon.I’m wondering if anyone knows any other more affordable switches that are compatible with the keyboard and offer a similar feel and sound to razers orange ones?Any assistance would be greatly appreciated thank you

I got the new v3 pro Naga but the entire first day I had it the scroll wheel would not change sensitivity when pressing the button ndespite software showing it changing, next day when I turned on pc it was working, then since it mostly works but can stop working randomly for no reason. When it does work and shift it does make a loud is noise you can hear, maybe this is normal? But I don't k ow it's its hardware fault or just a software bug, anyone else had this? I see no reviewer mentioning it.
