Hi. I have a Razer BlackShark V2 X and when I try to register it, it says the device is already registered! I found a few older links that are supposed to get me to a page to request a new Activation Code but all of them keep getting me back to pages where I’m forced to go through the registration process again, just to get told that it’s already activated, or tell me to contact support regarding Surround Sound, but then I can’t even make a support ticket. This has been a really tiresome loop with no result!

Hi All, just wondering if anyone in the communuity can figure out why this gif cuts out halfway through the KIrby animation and loops back to the start with mario on the Razer Control Hub for the Kraken v4 Pro. its a really cool gif and its not cutting any other gifs out for some reason. The file size is within the perameters and it lets me actually upload the gif itself. Olá, tudo bem?Estou precisando de ajuda com o registro do meu headset Razer.Recentemente percebi que minha conta foi vinculada ao registro antigo do headset (Razer Kraken), que estava associado a outra conta de usuário (nome de usuário: Veronicatechnoegg837). Depois disso, o produto deixou de aparecer nos meus dispositivos registrados.Além disso, eu não tenho mais a caixa e nem o cartão com o código de ativação do 7.1 Surround Sound, então não consigo ativar o recurso novamente.Preciso da ajuda de vocês para: Remover o registro antigo associado à outra conta. Registrar meu headset na minha conta atual. Gerar um novo código de ativação 7.1 Surround Sound, se possível. Tenho o número de série do headset e posso enviar, caso necessário.Agradeço muito pela atenção e apoi

I would like to know if Razer Kraken Kitty V3 Pro can fit the Razer Headset Case. I only find it can fit Razer Kraken  V3 Pro not metion the kitty version. Thanks.

Hello, I have a question regarding my Razer BlackShark V2 X headset. When I try to get the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code, it says that the product is already registered and that the code has already been used, but not under my Razer account. Because of this, I cannot receive the activation code by email. Since the headset was a gift from abroad and I don't have the original scratch card, is it possible for you to generate a new activation code for me if I provide the serial number? Thank you for your assistance.

I have been using the razer barracuda x headset for quite a while, and since it doesn’t have bluetooth i require the dongle to use it with my desktop computer. The dongle when connected does not actually show up in audio outputs nor actually connects as a device, sometimes showing up for quite a small time then disappearing. I was wondering if I could order a replacement by any chance?

Any support can tell me what time will restock in SG or MY?

I try to connect it but it keeps saying "USB device not recognized".When I go into device manager, I've tried disabling and uninstalling the "Unknown USB device (configuration descriptor request failed)", I've tried disabling and uninstalling the USB root hubs too, but nothing seems to be working. I've pretty much tried any other method under the sun too.I connected the headphones into another laptop and it seems to work just fine there so it's not an issue with the headphones themselves.

Have you encountered the issue where after some time, a static noise (scratches/knaxing) occurs in a random application, such as Spotify or a game, while the rest of the audio continues to sound normal? I have already uninstalled and reinstalled all the software, and the drivers are up-to-date.

I have a problem with updating my Razer Kraken V3 Hypersense Driver. When i try it always goes to “Please reconnect your device and click retry”. Also i let u know that i followed this link to update my software. 

I could see a detachable mic for Razer Barracuda X Chroma edition. Does the headset have an inbuilt mic as well and i can use the detached mic only when i need ? If so is the quality of built in mic good for making calls ?

Every time I load Synapse 4 and try to mute my headset it turns on the sidetone and blocks the mics input completely until i turn of my computer or the headset. This doesnt happen with Synapse 4 closed.

I purchased the blackshark v2x recently the 7.1 surround sound worked fine but whenever i restart my laptop the surround sound output gives out 0 audio whereas other outputs work fine,even reinstalling works only until the restart takes place,please help me.

Is there a way to turn of the ‘’delay’’ audio tune in?for example watching movie and rewind or going forward the audio takes 3 sec before its back to normal.

I’ve been using my razer ripsaw capture card and I noticed that on several games characters in the game don’t have sound or are very faint. I’ve made sure everything was set up correctly. I can hear all other sounds however no voices. Any idea as to what to do next would be awesome. I’ve tried un plugging and re plugging and even switched out HDMI cord to see if that works and no luck either. 

Barracuda X 2022 headset (RZ04-04430100). My dongle just stopped working one day couple years ago, and it hasn’t bothered me because I just used aux cord for my PS5 remote. but now I have a PC and can’t get the dongle to be recognized. my pc just says, “The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and windows does not recognize it.” I’ve tried the Pairing tool and the Firmware update tools a lot…. they won't recognize that I’ve plugged it in, I’ve tried every USB port and USB-C port. My computers windows Is all up to date, drivers are all up to date. 

Hello. You are my last hope at Razer who can help me resolve this issue.I purchased the Razer Kraken V4 Pro headphones on October 22, 2025, and last used them on November 18, 2025. When I turned them on again around November 22–23, I discovered that the microphone had completely stopped working. This seems to have happened right after the most recent Razer software update.I followed all troubleshooting steps provided on your website. I uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, reinstalled Windows, connected the headset to another computer, and even tested it on an iPhone 14 Pro Max. Unfortunately, the microphone still does not function.I have contacted Razer Support three times, but each time my request was rejected without a clear explanation. I also tried reaching out through Razer’s Facebook support, but received no assistance there either. I simply don’t understand why my case is being dismissed.The microphone stopped working on its own after November 18 — no physical damage, no acc

Hello everyone!I’ve been struggling to use synapse settings. I was able to use properly before I hard reset my pc, but after the all installation, I am not able to use THX Spatial Audio. In the screenshots, its selected as thx but it doesnt apply at all. It stucked on stereo mode. I also found that my headset registered as speaker not headset, maybe this is causing the issue? I tried removing the app, installing synapse 3, or 4 couple times. I tried repairing it as well. I checked almost every forums, videos to fix it and contacted with support but they couldnt help it at all. I have been trying to fix it for more than 3 weeks now, and I am exhausted. I shared all screenshots that I think necessary. I started think to buy a new headset. I hope I can fix it with your help so I dont have spend more money into this bs.

Hi,Where can I find replacement ear cushions for my Blackshark V2 Pro headset? There isn’t any options for that model here https://www.razer.com/shop/replacement-parts/replacement-parts-audio and only the Kraken one is available anyway (I hate faux-leather ear cushions)!

I just ordered Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (Xbox Licensed) - Wireless Console Esports Headset - White - FRML Packaging and the item has arrived but I want to charge the battery but the cable I received is USB male to Type C female and the headphones are Type C female so how can I charge them?
