So i bought some blutooth earbuds, lost everything but the usb dongle, bought a new pair and lost the usb dongle, so i got earbuds from one set, and the usn from another, any iddeas on how to proceed, can i link them to work as a pair?? HELP MEEE😔

Hello.So i bought a pair of Razer Kraken X Lite headset a year ago and it worked fine until the microphone stopped working.I tried using it on PC,Console,even on a phone,and the mic doesnt work.I checked every setting to make sure that the mic wasnt disabled and still doesnt work.Can someone help me?

I only ever use my dongle with the green light on the headset but recently it keeps randomly saying “bluetooth connected” my pc bluetooth and phone is off and it has never been connected to either of them. It has only ever been connected via the dongle. Anyone know how to fix this?

HelloI bought my razer headset some long time ago.Since im playing back shooter games i found out i need to activate the 7.1 sound.But i can't activate the code in the 7.1 app.Not sure if the code past some due some time and isnt available anymore.Thanks anways

Hey folks, I’ve had the Nommo Pro V2 for all of 24 hours and already dealing with a bunch of annoying issues.The speakers themselves:When I start up my computer they’re always off/disconnected, is there any way to make them turn on automatically, they’re plugged in via USB that should be possible.  Turning them on requires double tapping the command pod, how would this work for the non-pro that doesn’t have the command pod?The Command Pod:It will not enter command mode, i’ve tried removing batteries followed every guide online, and nothing has worked. Saw another forum thread where they said only returning the pod and getting a new one fixed this. Not being able to adjust its interactions is a deal breaker expecially given how much the price increases to get it in the pro version Since adding the command pod the windows media controls seem to behaving weirdly, not sure if this is the pods fault or a weird coincid

HiI just bought Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro, and I’m having issue with connecting in via Razer Audio app.It works okay but for some reason its not recognizing the device via app.I’m using an iPhone.Already tried doing basic troubleshooting.Restarting phone Install- Uninstall the app. Forget Device reconnect it again.

I’ve had my Razer black shark v2 pro headset about 10 months ago now and today the right hinge just broke while I was getting it off my head, It has never been damaged or dropped it or anything and I allways treated this headset with extra care because of how much i adored them. Is there a fix for this or a way to buy another hinge to put on? I’ve noticed a few people with similar issues but found no resolutions to it or a response from razer.

Recent updates to Razer Synapse has bricked the 2.4 GHz wireless dongle of almost every Razer Nari Ultimate headset. I’ve been using the headset for almost 3 years now and the dongle suddenly gave up working one fine day. I am seeing on this forum that multiple Razer Nari Ultimate users have been facing the same issue very recently.The issue:The dongle does not get detected by the PC nor does it connect with the headset. It very rarely gets detected but immediately disconnects as soon as I try to play any sound from the PC.The headset itself works fine when it is connected via the 3.5mm jack. So this is most definitely a software issue that partially bricked the dongle from connecting/updating firmware. Using the 3.5mm jack cable is really infuriating as it defeats the whole point of buying a wireless headset. The headset also doesn’t get recognised on Synapse, therefore none of the features(such as Haptics, Game/Voice audio control, Mute button)

I recently purchased a Razer headset and followed all the setup instructions, including creating a Razer ID. The activation code came with my headset. However, when I try to launch the 7.1 Surround Sound app, it does not run. While I can log into my account by right-clicking on the taskbar icon and selecting "log in," the app itself does not launch and the screen to enter the activation code does not appear as shown in the tutorials I've seen.I have tried several troubleshooting steps: ensuring my software and firmware are up to date, reinstalling the Razer Synapse software, disabled both Firewall and Antivirus.. None of these helpedAny ideas? 

Razer app does not see my product

I recently got gifted a pair of Blackshark v2 x and the activation code for the spatial audio was missing (yes I know they don'tincluse one). I followed the steps and Razer sent me one via email but when I put the code a message appears that the code is invalid and I can't find any way to get a new code. Can anyone help me?? I really need help.

Hello, I had to format the device. It has not installed the THX version after the format and does not detect the use of EQ features. Clean installation etc.Jul. I did. I deleted the application and reinstalled it, but I didn't solve it. Is there another solution?
