I use the Kaira Pro on my Xbox One X since December. For about a month now, I am getting a pretty regular sound distortion that lasts about 30 seconds, even after doing the firmware update. I searched for a lot of threads that included this issue, and it seems that for most people it was resolved in a xbox software update, but my console is in the latest software version and I'm still having this problem. The distortion affects multiple games, like AC Valhalla, BO Cold War, Warzone and GTA, as well as the party chat audio. This issue is happening all the time and is making the headset experience very unpleasant. My headset software version is: 1.1.2.70

I recently bought a Razer Blackshark v2 headset, and it is making sound effects for every key stroke, and every time I open a new tab in my browser etc. How do I turn this off? It's a great headset but this is so damn annoying.

I have link my headset with my phone then i find that my mic can't receive my voice. same problem on my pc. Is my headset broken and what should i do?

Greetings, I recently installed the Razer 7.1 SURROUND SOUND. I had used the similar older Razer program, for some time in the previous years, and remember that the basic version was free, but now it asks for an activation code. I own the Razer Kraken Pro V2 headphones, and I have them since 24/11/2017 (D/M/Y). In the site, I see that the program is included with the Razer Kraken headsets basic version. Am I eligible to using the program with the headphones I already have? An if I am, how do I find the activation code? Thank you all, very much.

Hi all, I'm new here and just got a Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Headphones. Have been configuring it and play around it's settings and realized that when it's headset function is on (to use it's microphone), It can't be used as a playback device using Headphones. Is there any way i can use it's mic while still listening to songs playing on my PC? Appreciate all the help and advice I can get. Thank you.

I recently got this new headset and did a mic test with playback and don't like the sound quality of the mic. It sounds stuffy? And isn't as clear as I expected. It sounds muffled in a way and picks up a lot of background noise. How do I fix this? I've seen reviews about this headset before and its mic which is why I got it. The audio is amazing,,, i just need this mic fixed! How do I improve it?

I just got myself a nice pair of hammerhead True Wireless Pro, and i was wondering if anyone knows if i can use an airpods/offbrand protective case or if i Have to buy the official THS one, thx in advance <3

Hi. Just wondering if this is common, as I can't seem to find any other topics like this.. As soon as I connect to voice channel in LoL or Discord, the sound mutes system wide and only the voice works. I've tested it on multiple computers. This is the only audio device connected for both sound input and output. Tired playing something in the background and testing voice channel in windows 10 sound settings and it works but as soon as I connect an application to the channel, it mutes until I disconnect it. Any ideas?

First post, but I had to: I spent $400CAD on these to replace faulty Astro A50's and not really impressed all that much. A little bit of background. I am an IT director. I use my headsets across my PC, Xbox Series X, PS5, and various laptops for gaming, video conferencing, watching movies, music, etc. I like wireless headsets because in 2021 wires should not be needed. I understand that this headset isn't really marketed for Xbox, but it does say it works with it and it's on the box. It doesn't work with my PS5 which pisses me off a bit but whatever. Overall scores: PC - 7/10 - good volume, haptics are a cool addition especially for FPS gaming and they are comfortable, mic is lackluster though. Xbox - 4/10 - haptics don't work for Xbox (non-Xbox version), the volume is low, no adjustments or software, really crappy mic. Overall look and feel: 6/10 They fit snug, rotating cuffs, and look good. the buttons and knobs are cheap. especially the chat/game adjuster. You would expect a $40

Hi all, this is for people who have a Nari Essentials headset (maybe this applies to other headsets too, dunno) and have crackling noises. Short version: Check if you have the dongle plugged into a USB3 port, if so try USB2 Longer version: i have a set Nari essentials headphones, and they worked fine for a while, but then suddenly i had very annoying crackling noises which i couldn't get rid of whatever i tried. Googling this only gave me results blaming synapse 3 and how i should uninstall it, or some Window servicepack, or trying various sound settings in windows. None of that helped, i tried all of it. I remembered i switched the dongle into another port so i tried plugging it back and behold, it seems there's trouble with USB3 ports (plugged directly into my ASUS motherboard) So, if you run into this issue, and all the other 'fixes' don't work, try a USB2 port! I could not find this information on this forum, so I hope this will help someone!

Hi, Recently Razer has released new Razer audio app which actually replaced Razer Opus app, but this new app doesn't support Opus headset. is there any solution?

After reinstalling Synapse for a mouse issue and manually reinstalling THX from "Old Hardware" (found that solution in this forum) now it works but only with my monitor speakers, not with the Sound Card. A solution I found is to disable the speakers using the Windows Sound Properties, but that solution isn't the best.

Hi! I have Blackshark v2 Pro headphone and I use it with the bundled USB dongle. THX Spatial Audio software should automatically switch to the headphones as soon as they are plugged in but they dont. It was working previously but now it is not any more (I think after I connected the dongle to a different USB connector). I tried now for 2 hours (!!!!) to fix this problem - I am IT professional so I know what I am doing. - in sound THX is set as default audio device - deinstalled as per the instructions on Razer homepage Synapse 3 and reinstalled all - reinstalled all drivers in device manager whatever I do the sound ALWAYS comes from my loud speakers connected to my onboard audio. Only when I choose headphones as default device then I get sound. But then I do not have surround sound, which was one of the reasons why I bought these headphones. so what else I can do? I am thinking of giving back these headphones if surround does not work. it is really stupid move from Razer not to

so i recently bought the black shark v2 x, everything is great except the razer 7.1 surround software. the problem is, the sound kinda distorted or muzzled (im not sure how to describe it but i dont feel satisfied). but when i turn it off & on again, everything sounds perfectly great. the second problem is, i need to that method everytime i wanna turn on my laptop & every single of my games. its very frustating to do such a thing. anyone has or had such experience?

Ive tried a bunch of clip recording apps like Shadowplay and Overwolf and all of the recordings I got only picks up the mic audio and has totally no in game audio at all. Ive tried almost all fixes I know like getting rid of Nahimic, sound settings and a bunch and it didnt do anything to fix it. Does anyone know what ways should i try to fix it? Someone help pls! Hi! I kinda don't know what i should do. I'm waiting for the normal "Nari" headset over 2 months now to get back in stock, but still no hint when or if it will be back in stock anytime soon. So i wanted to ask you guys if you think i should wait and hope or just go for "nari ultimate" and try that one? I wanted to ask if it is rly worth it and if there is any other difference than the "Razer HyperSense". For example is the battery life the same if i don't use the chroma lighting and the "Razer HyperSense"? Since i myself don't see the lighting and i read something that the hypersense only works good for some things. thx for the advice in advance (and sorry for potato english)

Hello everyone, I have a problem with my new Earbuds that arived today. So I unpacked them and first at all I decided to charge the case till its green and its full so my earbuds are full too and I can start configure them. But when I connected them the first time I already noticed that my left Earbud didnt charged up and was on 5%. Then I putted them back to the charger and waited for 1 more hour. Right now I checked again and my left earbud didnt charged again. They just arrived today and I dont know it its a technical issue or a configure issue. With best regrets

Can you use Razer Thresher for Xbox for your mobile phone? Using the xbox wireless adapter to your phone via OTG? Then connect the headset to the xbox wireless adapter?

Hello from France I have a Razer Nari essential (with dongle), which I connect to my computer without any problems. The problem is, when I turn it on or off, I have to manually select in the sound settings, the headset, the headset mic or the speakers on my computer; it does not switch automatically, as with wired headphones. This gymnastics is boring, especially since it is necessary to do the operation for the headset AND for the microphone of the headset, every time I turn it on and off; so suddenly it is neither practical nor intuitive. Is there a way to rectify this? Thanks for your help

Hey everybody, Always played my Thresher 7.1 on ps4, just got an ps5 and did try connect it but can’t find it some how. Does anybody know if and how i can connect a Thresher 7.1 on PS5???
