But I haven’t receive any tracking number for this order and it has been 14 days. The courier which I have contacted in my country (Philippines) need the tracking number to check on their side. Hi, so I received a free Razer Cobra mouse from Google Play as part of a special reward but after ordering on April 12th it has yet to ship, and I cannot look at the order status because I was not logged into a Razer ID at the time of ordering and there is no way to contact support directly to ask about the status.I have an order number from the confirmation email but have no way to look at if it has been shipped or any kind of tracking.Is there anywhere we can directly contact support or is this the best chance at getting their attention?
Hello, I got my Razer Blackwidow V4 Pro a week ago today, and all of a sudden mid game my “Q” key has stopped working and isn’t registering since. There’s an odd occasion it’ll spam Q, but not very often and it’s rare the key works. Any idea on how to fix? ps. I have a Razer Naga Trinity and I've been using it for a long time now. I've been thinking of upgrading but the side panel that I like which is the 7 buttons in a circle isn't in the V2 pro. they side panels look the same shape and size so I was wondering if it was possible to use the side panels from the trinity on the V2 pro

Hi, I'm currently having a problem with the sound of the Razer Blackshark V2.In any application whether it be Opera or a classic video player I can adjust the sounds in the settings but even if I have e.g. the player on 0 and the system also on 0 I still hear the sound from the player and still the same loud.Could you please help me with this?
I just received my Deathadder V3 Pro that comes with the 8k Hyperpolling adapter. The first thing I did was install Synapse and then I checked the Razer website for firmware updates. I do see a very recent firmware update for the mouse so I downloaded it and attempted to update my mouse. My mouse is not detected by the firmware update utility. I have tried choosing both the left option, for updating the dongle and the mouse, and the right option, for updating just the mouse. I have tried plugging the mouse in directly, switching USB cables, switching USB ports, plugging only the wireless dongle in (using a Logitech to control the PC), removing drivers from device manager, reinstalling Synapse, and finally another PC (Win 10). I also tried downloading the firmware updater for just the Hyperpolling dongle but it does not detect the dongle either. I have not had any problems with Logitech or Glorious software detecting mice and doing firmware updates. Can someone please assist? Th

Hi.After installing the BETA version, I noticed a problem with the Huntsman V2 Analog keyboard.When I go to the keyboard tab in Synapse 3 Beta and want to change the lighting method, nothing happens.Sometimes I get it after a few minutes, sometimes I don't.Now I have, for example: Spectrum Cycling set and previously it was Fire.Even though I changed to Spectrum Cicling - I still see flames on the keyboard.When I select another device - let's say a mouse, I will select Spectrum Cycling and click Apply to other chroma... - other devices such as speakers, pad, etc. are set to Spectrum, and the keyboard still remains in the old settings.
hello my headset has thx feature and it was working fine a few days ago but recently there is not the slightest change in sound even if thx is selected on synapse 3. when I download the thx spacial audio app it works but it has a 15 day period why should I pay money when the headset has the feature???? please helpNote: I apologise for my poor English :)

Hello, I always used my Barracuda X Headset with the type-c dongle and never had problems so far. Out of the blue problems began. Suddenly the headset does not always autiomatically connect after startup, I often have to remove and plugin again the doingle. When there is no audio output I hear a cracking noise and after a few seconds the headset simply shuts off. But not with the voice confirmation, it suddenly turnes off. I tested it in bluetooth-mode and did not experience such problems there, but it was only a short test. I tried reinstalling the device, updating the firmware, checking audio-drivers but did not manage to get rid of this problem. As far as Ive seen there were no automatic updates or anything like this before the problems occured the first time. I upgraded to Windows 11 but this was a few days before. Is the dongle propably defect? I did not have the chance to test it on another device yet. Thanks for any help.
