If the razer orbeaver had a mouse optical sensor, it would be almost perfect, as they could look, move, and use the keys. Im sure some companys have 1 handed all in ones, but I dont know any from razer.

Do any of you remember that guy who only had one arm who was a top competitive gamer? Razer even made specialized gear for him specifically and he got to the top 1% of League of Legends.

Another reason in deed. I love it when companies do this for fellow gamers.

I should say to try the Orbweaver or the Tartartus and a left handed mouse
In Razers history there was a case like this and the person is a well known handicapped streamer and player :

Thats so inspiring! I always love seeing these kinds of things.

If anything get a Naga because you have an option to use the buttons on the side as if they are arrow keys.

Very cool to see MLT's comment.

Your suggestion is probably the best. The Naga works as a mouse and a partial keyboard. It depends on the specific game though, because some can be played with nothing but a Tartarus or Orbweaver.
