Dear support,I've had a Basilisk V3 and the associated Pro Dock for a few weeks now. Unfortunately the dock is annoying. Every few hours the mouse freezes completely, which I can only fix by unplugging the ProDock from the USB and plugging it back in.Both are at the newest firmware.What can I do about it?Greetings
Hi there, we’re a company developing a multi-camera setup. We’ve used other brands of USB cameras before and were impressed by the image quality of the Razer Kiyo Pro, however we have not been able to successfully extract video from more than one Razer Kiyo Pro camera at the same time. We were able to install two of them and we can choose to run and extract video from one or the other, but not both at the same time. The second camera lights up and then shuts down with an error message. This is in windows, if that matters. Can you please clarify if this is at all possible? We would like to not spend developer’s time on an impossible task. And if that is the case is there a time frame when this will be possible? It’s a shame that a good camera has such limiting firmware/drivers. Thanks!
I tried to install the update several times. I also tried to clean the driver completely. nothing works
So my basilisk v3 wired all of a sudden isn’t working. It was fine last week, it was fine just a few days back.All of a sudden, my house seemed to lose connection with my PC and windows started to play the chime in when connected and chime off when device disconnected repeatedly.Tried:1. Updated drivers, from Synapse, to ASUS Armory crate update and even up to...2.2. Updated from Windows 10 to 11.3. Uninstalled synapse4. Tried on laptop, still no go.I’ve did everything software possible to update my PC from what I know. However, the problem persists. Even from a fresh restart or shut down, when the mouse is plugged in. Windows cant find it, because it can’t keep a stable connection to it. It keeps disconnecting and connecting endlessly. What’s this issue that for some reason others are experiencing similar or the same problem?????? This should be fixed or a hot fix of sort needs to be done or I don’t know. Is it a driver issue of the mouse? Hardware issue from what I’m seeing but how?
Can Razer Support please give official guidance on what models of their machines are impacted by the recently-announced LogoFAIL vulnerability.If none of them are, please can you also advise this as I have seen nothing officially posted anywhere on this either.In particular I am interested to know if the following models are impacted. Hello, In September 2023, Google published CVE-2023-4863 and CVE-2023-5217 to address vulnerabilities in WebP (a compression format for images on the web) and libvpx (a software video codec library) that may result in remote code execution. The subsequent impact to Microsoft products has been documented in the Security Update Guide and the MSRC blog. Google is aware that exploits exist for both vulnerabilities.These CVEs are both categorised as High Severity and we are notified that “A verified remote code execution exploit is publicly available for one or more weaknesses related to this recommendation.”Currently we have 4 machines that appear to have Razer Software installations that have this 3rd party component included and are therefore being flagged as affected by both CVE-2023-4863 and a separate (earlier) WebP vulnerability CVE-2023-1999 (I believe the existence of these 2 vulnerabilities are why all 4 of our affected devices are being flagged as High Risk in our vulnerability m
Hi all,my daughters Kraken Kitty edition has an issue. It doesn’t charge and cannot be turned on anymore.We had this issue some months ago already and after like 2 days having the headset sit somewhere not being used, it started working again. Now we have the same issue again.I already contacted Razer Support via a case, but they tell me I have to go to the retailer I bought it from. Unfortunately, this retailed is bankrupt meanwhile - so no chance of me going there. Razers answer to that was simply ‘sorry, we cannot do anything else for you’. This is a bummer as my daughter really liked the headset.I have checked the forum and it seems more people have similar issues. Like these posts: Sounds a bit like a potential technical flaw. Any advise on how to fix it? As Razer doesn’t help me I am all in for fixing it myself - if possible at all.Thanks!

Hello guys.I have my Razer kiyo camera unused for many years, i only used it maybe 10 hours max in the total past 4 years. when i was doing an online meeting the camera started making some noises with the light blinking and stopped working.anyone knows how to solve it?i can’t open it on Synapse because it instantly open the camera and then turn it off without any message.i tried to unnistall the drivers in driver manager and still not working.
