I charged my headphones overnight and surprised that it won't start/open so i checked in the razer audio app to see charging status but it's stuck at 10%. I tried other charging cable and adaptor but still stuck at 10%.
I am trying to remap my keys to bring the WASD keys down a row from their default position.Button 13 - W (Default key is S)Button 17 - A (Default key is Z)Button 18 - S (Default key is X)Button 19 - D (Default key is C) I remap them using the Keyboard Function (Key Recording) from the left-hand side of the Synapse screen.Everything looks good. However, when i use the keypad and press w, it sends ws to the computer. When I pressa, az is sent to the computer and so on with all of the other keys.How do I fix this?Thanks!
Hello everyone,I have a question concerning the RGB lighting and the haptics on the Razer Kraken v3 lineup (Kraken v3 Pro, Kraken v3 HyperSense and Kraken v3). I would like to know if the RGB lighting and the haptics settings reset to default when Synapse is closed. More precisely, I'm planning on buying a Kraken v3 Pro and I'm not a fan of RGB lightning and haptics.Therefore, I plan to disable them using Synapse. The thing is, I don't like having Synapse running on my computer, so it will always be closed.If I close Synapse, will the RGB lighting and haptics settings reset to default? What if I were to uninstall Synapse on my computer, would the RGB lighting and haptics come back to the default settings, or would they still be disabled? Also, what would happen if I were to connect my Kraken v3 Pro to my phone (with the 1/8 trrs cable), would the RGB lighting and haptics settings stay disabled or would they reset to default?When searching, I didn't find the answers online, hence these
I just turned on my pc today, and my razer barracuda X doesn't connect anymore. I looked on the website and it says the razer barracuda X is no longer supported by razer synapse 3. Is there anyway to still use my headset? Or is the problem something else. The headset also still has a green light when turned on.

For the past 10 months I have been trying to get a replacement USB dongle for my Razer Blackshark V2 Pro which I purchased in 2022. The item was never in stock and I was never able to get one even now. Of course now I cant get one because Razer made the greedy decision to just stop selling certain replacement parts. They also don't have support options for that type of issue I noticed. How very interesting that a problem Razer artificially created is also one they don't have proper support for.I had to lie to the automated system in order to get access to a real person who, bless her heart Rizza you were so nice so thank you, did her best to put in a request for an exception. Or at least i hope she did because I got disconnected suddenly and without warning from our chat before it ended. The Razer website “crashed”…For a company that seems to claim to be “for gamers by gamers” it sure does do its best to do a lot of stuff against gamers. So i hop on my computer and get on discord, everything loads up and connected immediately like normal, for about 5 minutes it was fine till randomly disconnecting and flashing blue. Both pairing and trying to "reconnect" the dongle to the headset doesnt work as everyone else says as iv seen so far. Is this headset just out of date now? Havent had it long enough to enjoy it fully.
Hello,ive had this headset for about 2.5 years with no problem,but now after upgrading my pc and to windows 11 it just stopped working.it imediatly disconnects after playing a soundalready tryed troubleshooting with all the tools but still didnt work..:(anything more i can do?please help.

I would like to stress my charger, and not so much the laptop, but is there any way to see that the charger gives my laptop enough juice? The pop-up warning is just a "warning" and not so much any real test.Razer Blade 15 2020 advanced, third party charger that is 240w.

Hi Guys, need your advice. I changed PC recently and tried to connect my Razer Leviathan (V1) to my new PC (Win11 Home) using Bluetooth but my PC couldn't detect it. I was able to find my speaker through my mobile phone Bluetooth but not my PC. My PC can detect other Bluetooth devices too, just not Razer Leviathan. I already did the following:1) Windows Update to the latest2) Updated all Audio and Bluetooth drivers to the latest via Device Manager. I even tried to uninstall the driver to reinstall again.3) I factory reset my speaker by pressing the mute button for 10 seconds. Thereafter, I pressed >3 seconds on the Bluetooth to make sure it was blinking (pairing mode), which the speaker was detectable by my phone but not PC.4) I could connect my speaker using AUX cable to my PC. I also updated the audio driver for it (latest) when connected. For convenience, I wish to use Bluetooth instead. It worked perfectly for my old PC (also went through win10 to 11 and had no issue).
