Hey guys, yes I know insider is not a support system, I have been here long enough to know. I also have an open ticket with Razer (over a week old) with no reply, so I was wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue. I am not asking for help, simply sharing my experience and wondering if others have encountered the same thing. Recently I purchased a backpack with the 15% off code and bought theAndroid cables for the free headset with it, my immediate next purchase was a Razerblade Stealth, but it would not let me use my free headset reward, telling me it was already redeemed - but it never was. On top of that, I now have cables I spent $15 on, for a headset it seems I cannot redeem and I was wondering if anyone else has had something similar to this occur with them? If so, how did Razer support respond and what did they suggest? Just a little irked I spent over 1400 on items (including the Android cable) and I never got the headset, and on top of that I am afraid if they offer it to me I will still have to pay the shipping that would have been free on either of my other 2 orders. Just curious if any of you have had an experience similar to this.
