Are hue ready, to be enlightened? http://rzr.to/ChromaHue

    Hey Insiders,

We’re bringing Razer Chroma beyond the desktop, for an out of this world gaming experience so awesome that even your room comes to life. Thanks to the power of Philips Hue, we’ve created a mesmerizing and immersive gaming experience anyone can enjoy. Sync your Razer Chroma enabled devices with every Philips Hue color-capable smart lighting for ultimate battlestation personalization.

How will HUE take your battlestation to the next level?
    • Control your Philips Hue lights with Razer Synapse.
You can now control your specific Philips Hue lights. To start, do the following steps:
    1. Update the firmware for all of your Philips Hue lights
    2. Add all Philips Hue lights you want to work with Razer Synapse to an Entertainment Group through the Philips Hue app
    3. Ensure that the Philips Hue Bridge and your PC are on the same network
    4. Run Razer Synapse 3. It should prompt for an update
    5. Click on the Hue Module on Razer Synapse 3 to set it up
    • Sync all your Razer Synapse 3 devices with Philips Hue
You can now sync your favorite standard effects with Hue, including Wave, or your color of choice with Static, or a nice light show with Starlight or Fire.
    • Fully customize your lighting to your liking with Chroma Studio
With Chroma Studio, you can mix and match effects even with your Philips Hue lighting. My personal favorite is a wave through my different devices - but that's all up to you.
    • Play Razer Chroma enabled games and watch as your Hue lights react to them!
So this is probably the most amazing part - games with Ambient Lighting enabled, such as Overwatch, will now work with Philips Hue. Mercy beams react depending on healing/damage boost, or Lucio toggles as well depending which mode you're on. Check out the Chroma Workshop for Ambient Lighting or Click Here to check it out!

I have been waiting for this since last CES when Razer said they were working with the people over at Phillips Hue! I don't have any hue lights as of yet, But I might just need to pick up one of those light strips too, of course if those work with the system!

Also, I am guessing this is one of the many things that we will see at CES this year. Can't wait to see what else you guys have in store!

Note, that if you have the older "circle" Hue Bridge, this will not work, as you can only set up Entertainment Groups with the "square" Hue Bridge.

It's definitely awesome. The Hue bulbs fit in standard E27 and E14 variations, and works with Ambient Lighting for games like Overwatch, Quake Champions, etc.

Outside of gaming, the Hue bulbs have a really good range of white/daylight options that you can switch between.

Hue are making the right choice

I actually think you can put a motion sensor outside your room that can turn off the lights when someone trips it ;)
