My Razer Basilisk wireless adapter is broken. Since I am in Türkiye, it is not sold here. What should I do?
I have a Razer Kiyo and I connected it to a Windows Server Essential 2019 system. I installed Razer Synapse and I also updated the firmware of the Camera. Ther are two problems:1- When the Synapse is up. in the Devices section, I choose Razer Kiyo. the camera image in preview window is not displayed and the message is “Camera is currently in use by another application” but I have not ran any application that uses camera.2- The OBS does not recognize any USB camera. So I cannot use it in OBS too.How can I solve the problem specially the second one?PS1: on this Computer my Synapse version is 0.0.76.501PS2: My Razer Kiyo works properly on my other computer.
Dear Sir/Ma'am,I recently received an email from Acroma Logo stating that my warranty claim was rejected and advised me to contact the seller for warranty assistance. However, upon reaching out to the seller, I was redirected back to Acroma Logo. I also contacted Razer Assist, who confirmed that my product is defective and advised me to contact Acroma Logo.I had high expectations for Razer, touted as a top global brand by my friends, but now I regret my purchase. While I'm not seeking a refund, as an Indian, I'm concerned about potential challenges. Discrimination from others should not be part of the equation. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
What is the process of formally complaining about customer services? You can’t fit it unless you understand how bad it is.The screen on my laptop broken (design fault) and was returned for repair within the warranty. But it appears that it is no longer supported and can’t be fixed even though it is still with the warranty.The replacement laptop I was original offered was a far low spec than my original machine. After a very slow to and fro of messages (one message a day at best). So time the support person didn’t even answer the question that was being asked. I was eventual offered a higher spec but still not as good as the original.When the replacement laptop arrived it wasn’t even the spec of machine that had been agreed in the weeks of message before hand. With multiple clarification to check the correct spec was being sent.I’ve been without a laptop for over a month now for a laptop what wasn’t even half way through its warranty. And still doesn't look like it going to be properly

HiIm trying to upgrade my Windows from Home to Pro version but, after get the original upgrade key from Microsoft retalier, while the progress is in beginning an error pops up telling that I dont have a digital license or valid product key.Based on that Im wondering if you could help me to install de Windows 11 pro verstion without to format or bring laptop to original parameters, in order to keep save all work that I had to organize a big bunch of professional folders and files.Thank u very much
I have reinstall the pc, same for drivers. no output for second screen from usb C and HDMI .Any Ideas?
I’m on a Razer Blade 14 that had to be serviced last year because it refused to start. After I got it back from servicing, I was only using the laptop for work, and not gaming, linked to a Prism+ monitor. Played Diablo IV yesterday and today the HDMI out stopped working. I looked at the Device Manager and the NVidia card had a message that it was blocked by Windows because of an error. Tried starting the NVidia Control Panel but it completely did not start so I uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled as instructed by most articles online. Also updated the AMD and Intel drivers. After all that, Device Manager still does not detect the NVidia GPU and the NVidia Control Panel still doesn’t start: Does this mean that something has happened to the GPU? Diablo IV ran hot but I had the laptop on a cooling stand… Any help would be really appreciated as the laptop is out of warranty. Really frustrated that I bought a gaming laptop and haven’t really been able to game with it because of replace
Hi,so i lost my USB Dongle for my Razer Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 and have been looking to get a new dongle.The only option i found is:https://www.razer.com/replacement-parts-mice/Razer-Mice-Keyboards-USB-HyperSpeed-Dongle/RC30-03420100-R3M1however it states that it is only for “Hyperspeed Mice and Keyboards”in the tech specs at the bottom of the page however it links towards a page which states that it should be compatible with the blackshark headset. Does anyone have any experience with this type of replacement dongles working for headsets? just want to make sure before I order one, thanks in advance
Can someone please help me ive recently lost my usb for my razer orochi v2 and my friend has a usb so he gave it to me but it wont connect to my mouse, ive tried the utilitys and synapse but it just wont connect. Can anyone help?
