The D key on my keyboard rarely is detecting input. Maybe 1 every 50 attempts.I have triedcleaning it with compressed air removed the key, no debris found updating all drivers plugging the keyboard into another pcAny advice or ideas on how to fix this? The keyboard is only a few months old.

Hello Support, I have been using the Razer Blackshark v2 Pro (2020 version) for about three months now. A few days ago, the audio stopped working and it was no longer detected in the Synapse Software. I tried running the pairing utility to fix the issue, and all I got was a pairing failed message. The part that confuses me is that it has the static blue light indicator, which before meant that it was supposed to be connected, but the audio was not working and it was nowhere to be found in the razer software. I have tried; -redownloading software-removing all razer related apps and running just the pairing utility -updating drivers-so so many restarts-downloading new synapse beta; in this version it showed up in the software, but was marked as disconnected with no way to reconnect it.-reading through many similar threads, but none of them have real answers. Unfortunately none of these worked, and now I am lost on what to do. At this point is it just an issue with the headset itself?

My Ripsaw HD worked fine when using my previous monitor. Now that I’ve switched though, I’m getting almost like a negative color effect from the card. Any solutions? I’ve played around with the Ripsaw’s settings in OBS and can’t find anything that works.
I am trying to find a was to contact support about an order. When I go to the support page, under “Raser.com Orders” there is no option to contact support. My order was “unsuccessful” and I would like to find out why.
Whenever I start playing a video or listen to any audio after my computer wakes up from sleep, the audio is super distorted and has a lot of static. I’ve tried unplugging and replugging back in the same usb slot and different usb slot, disconnect an reconnecting the aux cord from the sound card, and switching the sound output and putting it back. The only solution I found was to restart my computer which is obviously very inconvenient.
I am trying to update Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed Firmware from last 2 years but its stuck for 10 hours at the same screen above. I tried reinstalling windows but still does not work any help would be helpful. My mouse accuracy is worst than 1$ mouse.Thanks in advance.🙂
