hahahahaha!!! damn he didn't think before posting that. maybe put it on top? near the cable that connects your keyboard to your computer just like the USB pass through of the corsair KB

I believe when he said 'below' he meant the area near the logo. Hahaha!

well we can considered that but there will be wires in front of you. thinking about it well is kinda messy. especially if you are the type of person who likes eating in front of your computer and you put your plate on your lap. so the top portion would be a good idea though.

Putting at the front would spoil the aesthetics of the keyboard. The best way would be to put it on the left side... Which I something I don't know why Razer hasn't done.

Who in the right mind would place an audio jack on the front of a keyboard...? o_O

    Come on, guys! :big_grin_:

i am confused which to get. i always get a negative feedback for Razer switches. i prefer clicky keyboards. however how is green switches compare to mx blue?

Razer used to use the Cherry MX switches, and I don't think there's hardly any difference in the tactile feel or the sound between those and the Razer switches. I would say that just like any other time you get a new keyboard there's a "breaking in period" where you get used to the new feel, because no two keyboards ever feel *Exactly* alike. However, if you like the clicky switches, you should be just fine with any non-stealth blackwidow keyboard. :)

    Cherry MX Blue

Cherry MX Blue switches are a typists dream. Not terribly popular in gaming keyboards (but still popular with gamers because they just sound so good), but extremely popular for day-to-day typing, the MX Blues offer that audible, tactile "click" when the actuation point is hit. They're not great for twitch-typing or double-tapping because the release point for the switch is above the actuation point, but this is a common gripe for people who have used mechanical switches in the past. If you've never experienced a mechanical keyboard, you might not notice the difference.

i watched a video in youtube about a guy comparing the sounds difference of MX blue and Kaihl green. they both produce the "click" sound but the green is a bit soft while the MX blue is a bit harsh and louder. maybe if i can buy a BW 2013 edition here it will be a sweet deal :)

that is why i am selling my stealth 2014 ultimate because i already have a Strafe MX brown. they are not the same. since there are still sound on mx brown when typing "or it is hitting the end of the keycaps" but the stealth one doesnt produce any sound at all. the comparison maybe is the mx silent and Razer orange keys. but yeah i would like to know which is better MX blue or green since i am hearing a lot of negative review about green keys

  14. this is the best keyboard yet in my opinion and i just got it yesterday ans it was worth the cost the only problem is there are no macro keys everything else is perfect

    Nice keyboard
  16. The macro keys was my problem on the BW ultimate 2014. lol. Goodjob razer!
  17. Razer BWU 2016 still an interesting keyboard, the typing sensation is great. The sound is not uniform between all keys. Some keys sounds louder than others, and some keys feel no clicky, just feel like MX Brown

I don't know is there are some defect in my keyboard, but the tactile is great

Its cool how they have made it into a single combined audio port, cleans it up a bit better
