The man o war has a MAJOR design flaw on the top headrest. It's a cushion attached to the main headset by these 4 little itty bitty plastic pieces. When you "stretch" the headset to put it over your ears it builds tension along those 4 plastic pieces and sooner or later the just snap.

I've owned 2 man o wars that have done this. One broke in mid december and the other broke not even 4 minutes ago.

Razer please redesign or discontinue this headband.

This being said though, they are the only headphones with decent surround sound. I tried upgrading to logitech's G933 and it sounded like absolute garbage.

I had the same issue, and feel the same about wireless headphones, it's one of the best out there, but this design flaw is really bad. At this point I don't know if RMAing is even worth doing as I'd remain without headphones for probably 1-2 weeks and then at some point the new one would break as well so I'm not sure what to do here...

Just got one myself (thank you @kajira). I'm considering putting my head in a vice to make it narrower in order to prolong the life of the unit.

I'm kidding. I heard it has this issue and am taking extra precautions.
