    Hey there everyone, last night I picked up my first ever Razer product, the Deathadder Chroma. I was instantly in love, and really enjoy using it. I was wondering what all of you started with and what products do you suggest for me to pick up?

    A pair of headphones and a keyboard dont hurt. The ones I usr are the Deathstalker chroma keyboard, and the kraken 7.1 usb.

    I also started with a Deathadder! but not the chroma as it was almost 10 years ago that i got my first deathadder haha. I would pick up a keyboard if you havnt already, razer makes some amazing keyboards :)

    Hey, welcome to the cult ;)
    My first product was a Razer imperator :)
    I'd suggest you get yourself an awesome mousepad to accompany your new mouse!

    welcome aboard, tristian :)
    I started with a taipan, & i still use that bad boy at work. i'd highly recommend a blackwidow keyboard if you haven't already found a mechanical keyboard you love. i have a stealth at work and a chroma at home, & they are by far the best keyboards i have ever owned. a bit pricey, but i can certainly testify that they can take a beating day in and day out and still feel brand new

    Something similar like you, i started off with a deathadder but not chroma. Like you i really like it a lot as it has very high dpi and the design allows me to play for longer hours as it does not crimp my hand. I would recommend a mechanical keyboard from razer, as it is very stylish and productive.

    Welcome to the cult! The first keyboard I got with Razer was the Blackwidow which is still holding up super well over a year later.

    I would suggest purchasing a headset and a mouse.
    In addition to this you may want to consider a mouse pad (I love extended) and a headset hanger.

    Congrats on the new Death Adder!

    Hey welcome to Insider Tristian!

    My first Razer product was a BlackWidow Ultimate and that's definitely my suggestion for you! Get yourself a nice BW Chroma to go with your DA Chroma :cool_:

    Welcome!! :)

    If I could recommend any "newbies" to Razer pick up items, I'd probably say to go with a Blackwidow keyboard, a mouse mat and a Kraken headset to start out. If you really wanted to branch out and money isn't a restraining factor then I'd also say to pick up an Orbweaver and the Leviathan.

    Welcome, @Tristian ! My first Razer item was Naga Hex v1.

    I'd recommend you pick up a BlackWidow and mouse mat next! Keep up updated :D

    I started with a Razer Naga 2012. I have rapidly acquired a whole lot more of Razer's equipment to my arsenal now though! On top of the Naga 2012 which still sits in my top draw, I have a:
    • Razer Blade 14" (2016);
    • Razer Widowmaker Chroma;
    • Razer Deathadder Chroma;
    • Razer Firefly;
    • Razer Leviathan; and
    • Razer Turret.
    I'm really just waiting for the Razer Core to make its way to Australia now so I can plug a GTX 1070 into it. It's been a painful wait!

    Glad to have you onboard! My mom brought me a Razer Krait back in 2007 lmao! Been in love with Razer ever since. Congratulations on your purchase. The Deathadder Chroma is a solid choice, I'm using one too. I'd suggest you get a Chroma enabled keyboard (preferably the Blackwidow line). The lighting effects will sync with your Deathadder and it saves your eyes from color OCD syndrome. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

    Oh yes, get yourself a Goliathus as well to save your Deathadder's feet.

    First generation Mamba was my first. I've been hooked ever since.

    My first run in with Razer was I splurged on a Mamba way back when it was new. Absolutely adored the thing but had to sell it due to money issues. I'm actually shortly picking up the Mamba Chroma tournament to rekindle.

    I also started with the Deathadder Chroma. I would say if you don't have a decent pair of headphones go for a pair from Razer but if you do I would suggest getting a keyboard
