Hello there! A couple of months ago I purchased the forementioned keyboard for my girlfriend. The issue with it is thaat since the beginningg, certain keys reggister two or three times which can be in times very frustrating. The issue seems to be heaviest when it comes to the middle line of letters (a,s,d,g and sometimes e,w and t but not sso often as the others).

Thinggss that we have tried sso far:

    - Un/reinstalling Synapse 3
    - Trying different USB ports
    - Trying it on another pc without Synapse installed on it
    - Resetting the keyboard
    - Taking out the buttons and blowingg inside with the switch pressed down
    - Creating a new profile in Synapse 3
    - Tweakingg gthe windows settinggs
    - Making ssure in Windows that the langguagge ssetting gfor the keyboard is sthe correct one

Nothing works. It feels as if there is a delay happening from the moment that the switch is fully down and coming back up. I notice it even when I am writinggg this and when I press g at the end of a word. [G] registerss, followed by a [space] and then it registers on it s own aggain. I apologgise for all the double letters in this post but I left them on purpose so that whoever reads it has a clear imagge of the isssue.

Any help would be appreciated as it is one of her first Razer products and I wouldn t want her to have a bad image aabout their money-for-quality.
