I have a 2017 Blade and my laptop keyboard is no longer changing lighting profiles, and its not even set on one of my lighting profiles, it's stuck on the breathing animation. This all started about two weeks ago, so I don't know if this was caused by a Synapse update since I'm not sure when the last one was. But, for college this year, I decided to to buy a cheap wireless Logitech keyboard and mouse combo, so both of them run off of the same USB plug. But my laptop keyboard was still working normally and all for the first few weeks of classes. A little while after the laptop keyboard stopped changing lighting profiles, I tried to see if the Logitech keyboard/mouse program was causing this, but even after uninstalling the program and shutting my laptop down the lighting profiles still are not working. Has anyone ever ran into a similar problem when using a Logitech wireless keyboard, or any other wireless keyboard? Or has anyone ever had a similar problem with the Blade lighting profiles not changing?

Also, the blade profiles don't change when using the function keys, or when directly selecting the lighting profiles in Synapse app. I've also tried to force the keyboard to light up by customizing the lighting within the profile that is supposed to be active, and by playing games that automatically cause the keyboard to use specific lighting, like Overwatch. And the only program that is still able to change what the lighting is the AudioVisualizer Chroma App, if that helps.

If anyone has any suggestions for solving this I would really appreciate it!

Go into settings on your PC, click on uninstall programs, find Razer Synapse, click uninstall when the razer window comes up click repair, see if it fixes the issue.

Sadly, no luck. Good news is that now the keyboard is stuck on Spectrum Cycling, so at least I can look at more than just two colors.

Hey @TOPAZSaffronleet865, please drop me a PM with your Synapse logs so I can send it to the software team for further review. Thanks.

Alright, so I just got back to my laptop after the weekend, and now Synapse is working. I'm honestly not sure why it started to work because I left my laptop in my dorm and didn't touch it. Maybe reinstalling Synapse did work and it just took a bit, or maybe my laptop downloaded the latest hotfixes to Synapse, or maybe some program updated while the laptop was closed. But it's working fine now.

That's odd. But good to know that fix the problem.
