So I've been using my 7.1 V2 for a while now and ever since I bought it, synapse hasn't been detecting it, so I just put up with it. Furthermore, when I try to set it to default in "Sound" on my windows options, it only detects my headset as "Realtek High Definition Audio," and therefore doesn't allow me to set it to the headset instead.

So far none of the following has worked:

    • I've reinstalled Synapse many times
    • Tried different jacks
    • Downloaded Razer Surround Sound Drivers
    • Tried on another computer

My best guess is that it could be the pink, blue and green audio jacks at the back of my PC could be what the computer is detecting as Realtek but I'm no expert so advice is much appreciated!

The Kraken 71. v2 is currently supported by Synapse 2.
