Hey, after looking around for quite some time, I realise that I must be the only one with this issue. The only thing that does not work is the mic itself on my Razer headset.

-I have it set as default in both windows and teamspeak

-the microphone test in the options works flawlessly

-I have no audio issues when it comes to hearing everyone else and the soundpack

-Input method is set to speech activation

-Drivers are up to date, no redundant drivers installed

-already tried plugging out and in again

    -PC specs are as follows
    Gigabyte AB350 Gaming ATX Mainboard
    AMD Ryzen 5 1600 Processor
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1080 Gaming Graphics Card
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB Desktop Memory Kit
SEAGATE Enterprise Capacity 3.5 1TB HDD
Samsung 2.5-Inch 250 GB 850 EVO Solid State Drive
    Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2016
    Razer Taipan White
    Razer Kraken USB
Windows 10, Razer Synapse and Teamspeak updated to latest version

Does anyone else have an idea? (Sidenote: whenever I join a discord channel, I get a small notification that it's not detecting any input from my mic. However, mic works flawlessly on discord, and the notification disappears after a couple of seconds.

I had the same issue with a USB headphones a few years ago in TS3. I'm not really sure how I made it work but I just messed around with the default sound input in both TS3 and Windows. I may have also reinstalled the audio drivers and headphone drivers and eventually it started working and I never touched the settings again until those headphones broke.

Try every combination of default input in TS3 and Windows and hope for the best. A PC reboot could not hurt.
Hope you can make it work.
