    But it is Razer's fault; if customs requires the dimensions of the package on the shipping invoice then it's Razer's job to put it on it. The customs issue we're having is really cut and clear about the issue and literally states "Shipper/Importer must provide measurements." There's really only one direction to point the finger and this is a really silly oversight on Razer's part.

    I'm gonna agree with you on all points here; the screen is dim but it's decent enough for me I just wish the colors were more vibrant (my Galaxy S8 spoiled me) but it's still really nice. I'd rather have the 120hz display over vibrant colors and more brightness. Software has been fine but finding certain things in the menus was a pain, my friend showed me that there's a "hidden" menu in Nova launcher, you need to long press the System Icon on the pull-down menu and it allows you to access the System UI Tuner options, in there you can turn on the battery to show percentage but it's incredible small and hard to read (the number is within the battery icon if you want a sense of how small it is).

    So far I'm unimpressed with the camera as well, how did you get the modded Google cam on there? I might want to do it as well. Also, yeah, the battery does not last that long for how large it is. Playing games will also chew through and warm the phone up quite a bit.

    The importer is FedEx. Maybe Razers hasn’t put measurements documentation on Razer Phone, but FedEx should also anticipate it as an Importer. Buyer should also expect longer waiting time if they bought something that would be delivered from China or Hongkong imo.

    Hey, I offered my point of view. I can't force you to take it. You're entitled to your opinion, everyone is. That's the great thing about Insiders, the free exchange of ideas. But more people need to start posting and getting their thoughts out there if they want to be heard.

    My thin case just arrived. Have to admit Razer getting rid of DHL has made buying things from them so much better. DHL was 20 quid shipping and took about 5-6 days to get here Fedex is £10 and took just a weekend.

    ok for all the people with their razer phone stuck in TN USA for clearance delay from fed ex its not Razers fault. Fed ex is responsible for filling out the correct paperwork when importing. Fed Ex is a logistic company like expeditors or ups etc. Having worked for a company like this you get paperwork from razer and fed ex must fill it out correctly. well they did not and so now were delayed our phones. I was supposed to get mine tomorrow before 1030 am and here we are stuck. i would call razer so they can call fed ex to complaint because fed ex needs to credit them money because its a crap load of money razer is paying them. do some research before blaming the wrong place.

    ok so just got off the phone with fed ex and they are saying that razer indeed messed up the invoice. i will try to call razer once they open up to see what they say. i still believe its fed ex but now i dont know. will keep everyone posted

    Shame they went with 3, in the UK EE is the largest network. 12 months away from renewal and EE give me a free upgrade so went with Pixel 2 XL, has a better camera but had it been available on EE i'd go Razer hands down!

    this is what razer told me via live chat "Thank you for patiently waiting. So upon reviewing the details of this order, it is confirmed that it has already been shipped. Now about the clearance delay, this is completely normal as our products ship from a warehouse in Hong Kong, the clearance delay is actually normal, you can expect to receive your item within 5 Business days from the order date." i placed the order on 11-14-17 so i should be getting it tomorrow. lets see

    Razer's Theme store needs some work, it's nice and all but all I want is the different colour apps/settings/notification drawer the icons themselves should stay the same imo. already sent feedback.

    oh and the Notification light is pretty much non existent might as well not even be there it's hard to see.

    I don't think you even need to do that, from the way Razer operates and from what I've seen, you're better off posting on Insiders to get Razer's attention. Not for nothing, but I've seen Razer react super fast from messages posted here from regulars users like me. Now if only other users would start posting, they could see it in action for themselves.

    Talked to customer service myself, basically said 3-5 business days from ship date.
    This is noted elsewhere so no bogusness has actually gone down.

    Not entirely ticked, but someone did drop the ball whether it's razer or fedex.

    I've adopted a new saying after the last few years.

    "Nothing is guaranteed in this life except death and taxes, and shipping delays."

    I wouldn't blame Razer. From the messages I've been reading on the forums there seems to be a lot of problems with the shipping company. They're either charging way to much for simple deliveries or they're not on the ball on their end and delaying the delivery of Razer products that their fan base pays for.

    People weren't kidding about the Google Camera port it's miles better even if it doesn't use both lenses

    then again it seems that the default one doesn't either.

    The thin case with dark color inside from Razer Store right? Can you please upload it? I’d like to know the case logo looks like (maybe I can manage somehow to change the color), on the website it’s not so clear.

    Yeah that one. The logo on the case is slightly transparent but it doesn't show the green logo through it and the logo itself is just kinda shiny black. These are the only pictures I could get I'm afraid.



    For what it's worth the case already has a slight mark on the back of it from laying on my table.
