Hello, I would wnat to know if you can redeem multiple Zsilver Vouchers at once, thus getting multiple items shipped together, as shipping fees in some european contries are pretty high (about 25-30€)

My plan was to get my Kraken 7.1 V2's shipped with a metallic keycap set (which already is around the price of shipping itself) paying just for one shipping so to speak.

Does anyone know if this is possible?
    pls no speculation

    Thanks in advance!

No, you can only use one voucher per order. This is not speculation - it is fact.

It's been asked before, and well known by many people here, that it's set in the rules for only one voucher per purchase. That means any voucher, not just zSilver ones.
Each zSilver redemption item will have to be shipped separately.

Sucks to spend money on shipping, but at least they're basically offering new gear straight from them for a fraction of the price.

The best thing you can do is do use your voucher while making a purchase that meets the minimum for shipping in your area. Then you get two items, and no shipping.

Just think ahead with the vouchers, though. If you decide to buy an item that offers some extra kit, but you have to use a code to get that kit, then you can't redeem a voucher in that same order. The vouchers are just codes to get a "free" item, or for a discount on something, and you can only use one CODE per order.

Actually, even if you get anything in your order to exceed the minimum fee for shipping, you still have to pay it, at least in Europe. I think what you said is available just for USA region, because i just redeemed myself and could not get rid of the shipping fee.

Australia, too. Free shipping means just that: free.

You sure somebody didn't dupe you? How can you be charged for shipping after meeting the minimum requirement for free shipping?

It says in the general rules that if the order has any redeemed voucher in it fees will apply. Believe me i tried with larger sums than the minimum limit and no result, the only time when i would not be charged for shipping is when i'd only buy products from Razer store and not use any voucher.

Wow, I wonder what fees? Maybe I'll take a look myself at a European store. What is the point in having a minimum spend for free shipping if you're just going to add costs anyway?

Hey, @BboySurf, what store do you actually order from? I'm looking at the Czech store and it says that the free STANDARD shipping only applies to certain European countries. Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Norway, Portugal, and Sweden. Says the same thing on the Hungary page.

    The UK store says this:
Free shipping offer on cart value above ₤54 applies for orders fulfilled and shipped by RazerStore excluding bulk orders, gift redemptions and oversized items. Order by 13 Dec for delivery by Dec 24th. Offer applies to shipping fees and does not include customs and handling fees where applicable. Offer is subject to change without notice.

Are zSilver vouchers considered gift redemptions? Or is it the customs and handling fees that are always added for you? I'm trying to find specifics about free shipping to Australia, but can't find any rules like the ones above. Those rules for the UK store are the same for the US store.

I did order from the UK otherwise my voucher would not work with any other, so believe me ,i tried my best to make that fee disappear since i was not prepare to pay it. And could not get rid of it no matter what i do and while i had that voucher applied on my keyboard, if i was to remove it then yes, the shipping would disappear. So i started thinking that Europe countries do this, or i don't know, some of them at least, didn't tried anything in US region. Here is a print of the minimum price for losing the fee and the 2nd print for the order with the voucher applied and with the rest of the products from my cart which they result in greater value than the minimum one:
