Hello! I would like to ask if there is a way to mute my mouse clicks - Razer basilisk X? Аnd if so, in what way?
The audio quality is so bad. Much worse than the levithan and nommo pro v1 I have previously owned. Not sure if this is the issue, I am trying to change the sound format (It’ currently at 16bit 48k HZ DVD Quaility) but it’s greyed out and doesn’t let me.
Hi,Today I have noticed some new firmware update for my Viper V3 Pro v1.10.05_r1. After some gaming session I discovered possible bug in new firmware. When I tried to turn off the mouse there was no blicking light indicating anything. It should light up by the color of the latest used profile then blick 2 or 3 times and then turn the mouse off. Can anybody after updating confirm this? I am 100% sure it was working corerctly. Many thanks in advance for help.

My Basilisk V3 Pro which has been working up until the software update to 20231207 this morning, is now displaying 0% for the battery in red and I can’t load any profiles nor adjust my DPI if I am using Hyperspeed Wireless. I see that there are tons of others experiencing the same issue. I updated my firmware. Uninstalled and re-installed clean. The issue persists. Before you ask me to do a clean install or gather logs, this was working fine until today’s update. I have already done a clean install. Fresh install of Windows This just started today. I have a Death Stalker V2 Pro Keyboard that works fine. This is not OS related I doubt hardware being this mouse is maybe a week old and was working until today’s update. Hi, I’ve ordered yesterday a brand new Blade 18 2024. I’ve received today the tracking number from DHL, but very soon after, shipment was showing a Exception status on Razer’s tracking page and a “Shipment is on hold” with a red warning mark. I’m very worried because I’ve read bad things about this status regarding orders (on another post in Razer Insider it’s said that “The shipment is on hold because it did not go through security inspection. I (DHL operator) can not see the details. The shipper should contact with his local DHL department for more information.”)). I’ve opened a ticket with Razer Support for orders and waiting for answer right now. Should I or can I cancel my order when that kind of problem happens ?Is this something common with Blade orders ?many thanks for your advices and help ?
So I bought a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset and everything is working fine except for the microphone. My microphone sound is so low that even if you speak loudly it still be so quiet I searched in the internet for this problem and it turns out that a lot of people have this problem too and gave a lot of method's to fix it but non of them worked. Can someone please give me some help ?
It doesn’t matter which device was selected beforehand, it always reverts back to USB Sound Card. It’s very annoying to manually switch it back after each system restart.
Hello, I recently bought Razer blackshark v2 x USB headset and I my synapse app wont detect them so I cant really do the settings with sound and microphone. I tried everything, unplugging and plugging into diff port, reinstalling app, restarting computer, reinstalling driver, making new account and registering headset again. Nothing works, the synapse app wont detect my headphones. Can someone give me any other tips what should I do? As I am not even allowed to contact support, because everytime I tried it moves me to comunnity page :D Thank you :)
